Buyer Beware....pay attention to how the outside of company is maintained and you'll find out all you need to know. If its littered with trash and cigarette butts that will tell you that the company is more focused on production which translates to how it operates. I caught a flat tire because of shard of scrap metal and when I had to take off to tend to the issue, they caused by the way, they copped an attitude about me having to take care of that. Imagine that 🤨 Also a company that has no clear objective on how to train its salaried management is another indication of how the company operates as whole. It's "follow this guy and hope you retain things but if you don't we'll say you're not engaged and not a good fit even though we fail as a management team to provide the necessary tools to be successful" Anybody applying for the Supervisor position please do the math on what they wanna pay you and the hours they want you to work. They expect you to work 10 hour days but they dont tell you that in the interview. Add it up and you'll be pissed. 10 hours a week 40 hours a month 480 hours a year now subtract the sick and vacation time allotted and that equates to 400 hours a year they EXPECT you to work but only pay you for a base rate of 40 hours a week not including any possible extra days. One last thing becareful of what you say and who you say it to because as the saying goes everybody who smiles in your face and smiling with you...there's snakes on the premises. I was there exactly one week and on my first day I knew something was wrong when the orientation lasted all of 20 minutes looking at a PowerPoint with the Quality Manager and 10 minutes with a person who gave me my handbook and benefits papers....not a good look at all. My boss tried to cop an attitude about not activating an iPhone which the company provided when I told him in our meeting prior to me starting I don't do iPhone but what does he hand me on my 1st day ...an iPhone when I clearly stated I wanted an Android. He said they went strictly with iPhones so I tried installing the company email portal on my Note 9. I'd rather them cover a portion of my bill as I stated in the first place if I had to choose an iPhone. I never unboxed the phone and when he said " I told you to activate the phone last week how hard is it to do that it's a simple as just powering it on" Well how simple is it to understand when I said I don't do anything Apple and you can't make me take a phone I don't want no parts of. But again that's the mentality anybody has to deal with. It's not an organization that I'd want to be associated with.
