I went through a broker with this company called Concord junker they did an excellent job, but the actual pick and pool location that I went to did not provide me with any paperwork or original contract agreement for 460 was not recognized by any of the service representatives I just received an email that instead of sending me my $460 check in the mail it is only for 365. I will admit though that in that email they asked if they could compensate me for the balance. I have yet to receive my funds. One good thing I can mention is that they did come pick the vehicle up in a timely manner. The driver was courteous as well.
There pretty friendly, and the gal on the phone worked with us on a better offer for our junk truck, they were on time and did exactly what they said they were going to do. Thanks so much for the Christmas $$ help.
It sucks that they don't give you more money for your scrap vehicle.
