This company has towed 3 vehicles for my family over the past year. Extremely timely, and very nice to have dealt with. They gave us as much time as we needed to collect our belongings from each vehicle after the collisions, once the automobiles were hauled to there lot. Nothing more than you could ever ask for from a towing company. They will solely have my family's business when it comes to towing!

Had a breakdown recently on my Harley Davidson motorcycle. It was on a Sunday evening and I was concerned about finding someone to transport it to my home. Called 3 other local companies and none of them transported bikes, but one of them did recommend Barber's. Called them and Mike showed up about 30 minutes later, got the bike loaded up securely and got me home. He was courteous and friendly and helped me out when no one else would. I highly recommend Barber's and would certainly use them again.
Probably good for someone. Long hold time, lots of unnecessary questions Quote was $98 a mile… I was able to get two cheaper quotes at 1/3 the cost while still on hold.
Couldn’t have had a better experience with a tow company. Very fast showing up, respectful, gave a military discount bc the 45 minute drive home was some good conversation. 10/10 would recommend. The towing company that won’t work for private companies bc they care about people, that’s rare these days. Owner was my driver today, great guy.

Barbers towing came out to pick me up at 7am on a Monday when my trucks tire blew out on the road. They arrived promptly, were very friendly, and were professional. They took my truck to the mechanics and even dropped me off at work. Very great company for towing that is willing to help quickly.
I personally cannot thank barbers towing enough for coming to my aunt's rescue and helping her when she was broke down in Lancaster. She said it took him no time to get there and help her get to where she needed to be.
My husband and I reside in Baltimore. His work van broke down in Pomeroy and we needed it towed back to Baltimore.

Just got home from a two. Car broke down about ten min from my house at 11:55, I’m home writing this at 12:30. Extremely fast and reliable! Mike was super cool and really helped me out when i was in a tough spot. When/If i ever need a tow again i will call him personally for help!

My young daughter needed a tow. The price was ridiculous and possibly took advantage of her. It was a 12 mile tow and cost $245!! Will not use again for this reason. Outrageous price.
Love them! My car completely broke down and the wheels locked up so I couldn’t push it anywhere. They came to the rescue! I did not use the service, but I called Barber's Towing to check on the cost to tow a car. The gentleman said that I would be better off calling someone in Lancaster because it would be cheaper. I was a bit taken back, good honest people are hard to come by. The car is my 16 yr old sons and he will be paying, so saving every penny is important and the gentleman was correct it is cheaper to get a Lancaster business. I personally will use Barber's in the future. Thanks for the honesty.
My girlfriend rented us a cabin in Hocking Hills for my birthday. We arrived at our cabin and my girlfriend mistakenly locked the keys in our car while unpacking. Being from MI, we didn't know local towing companies to get a hold of. Started trying a ton of places and no one could do the job due to lack of equipment. Even the local sheriffs office could not help. Finally got a hold of Bob at Barkers. He said he was far away but could make the trip. He was here in a half hour and got our car unlocked right away. He saved our vacation, and for that, we are very thankful
