They were extremely helpful in getting me set up with the differential I need for my golf cart. They also gave me a ton of advice on getting everything set up for smooth operation of the driving and steering. They will definitely see me again.
Went to purchase a used cart. Salesman Zack Burkhart was so helpful. We didn’t know exactly what we wanted and he was so patient, answered every question, dug out any cart we wanted to test drive, and made sure we were satisfied with our choice. I felt very welcomed which is refreshing nowadays. He went above and beyond by being able to deliver same day as well! They were even able to clean it up and make it shine like new again before delivering. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. They had a great selection, and I feel like I got great value for my money.
Great place with a tremendous selection and great prices. Wanted a cart for campground use, and was able to find a budget friendly unit that fit the bill! Came in towards the end of the day on a Saturday, and my salesman was happy to help and answer all of the questions that I had. I would highly recommend making the drive, as I live four hours away and my campground is 2 hours the opposite direction!
Dirk was great! Bought a Cushman Hauler online, sight unseen. This is putting a lot of trust on someone 2hours away, but the unit was even better than described. Dirk was prompt, responsive. From text message to delivery was 48hrs, impressive! Will be buying and referring only to willandale :)

Dropped off my golf cart to service on memorial Day weekend because it wouldn't run and I figured it would take awhile but they called me the next business day and had it fixed! Anyway everything from the first phone call till I loaded up when it was done was beyond great! I can't say enough about the Service center! All employees were great and I appreciate everything they did!! Thank you guys very much for a job well done!!
Between me and my father we have now purchased 3 golf carts from here. Everytime we have dealt with them that have been absolutely amazing. Calvin Willis was a remarkable sales person with timely responses to questions. He ensured everything was ready to go for me to drive 2 1/2 hours to them to pick up golf carts with zero hold ups or head aches. Lastly they are the best priced place around in both pa and ohio. Greg made the process incredibly easy for being over 5 hours away from their store. Handled everything promptly and communicated great. Also better price with it being shipped then I could find anywhere near me. If ever looking again or know someone looking I will direct them to this place.
We have a lot of issues with buying our new cart from them. I feel they need to go over a gulf cart and check everything before they deliver it. We had lights that don’t work we didn’t have a charger and the cover was forgotten?!?
For their credit they have fixed all issues but a better QC would have been appreciated and expected!

I am disappointed in the hitch on my 21 Freedom. Will not support much tongue weight and no aftermarket hitches are available for better support. Wish I had my RXV back as the hitch tied into the frame and was VERY sturdy.
Fantastic experience from start to finish. We purchased just one little cart, but they made us feel as important as someone buying a whole fleet. Dale was our product specialist and guided us through the selection process with ease and professionalism. They communicated with the custom additions we requested and actually finished on the day promised. Not so common anymore. It’s obvious why the are the country’s largest EZ Go dealer.
