Had to get my truck towed 60 miles home from a dealership. The process was smooth. From the guy who answered the phone to the guy that towed my truck, and they updated me with the ETA frequently. Also called 3 other tow companies and Esteps gave the best price by far. The price made me choose them. The smooth process was definitely a bonus. Especially when dealing with other tow companies. Thanks guys. i greatly appreciate it.

Told twice that a vehicle was being towed and it was not. Tried calling a third time but they were closed at 4PM and could not leave a voicemail.

They towed my car and took it to their yard when I told the guy to take it and put it in front of my house...He didn't listen!!! I had $400 in quarters in a big Ziploc bag. When I came to get my car the money was gone. The guy that towed my car is the one that took it. So if you get your car towed by these people and have something valuable missing in your car you might want to look at the tow truck driver!!!!!

Typically when you need a tow truck you're already having a bad day, and mine was made worse by needing to tow a finicky old Italian car from lovely Hocking Hills. John showed up in 10 minutes, assessed the situation, then expertly and safely loaded my Ferrari roadside for it's ride up to Ferrari Columbus. Thank you for the help!!

We were blessed to have John for the Estep's driver. Very courteous and friendly. After he was finished helping us I shook his hand and said it's great to meet very good people. Wish I could give more stars. Thank you again John!

🚨 WARNING – DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY 🚨 Absolutely the worst roadside service experience we’ve ever had. We requested help and were promised a 30-minute arrival. After waiting over an hour with no sign of help, we called for an update—they ignored us, then after a while we have received a text back, where they lied about the ETA again ,and eventually BLOCKED our number. No one ever showed up. No updates, no answers, no follow-up. Just silence. Stranded and completely abandoned. This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and unreliable. If you value your time, safety, or money—stay far away. We wouldn’t trust them again under any circumstances.

John arrived promptly to tow me, my wife, and daughter from Lancaster to The Plains. A Life saver! The rate was very reasonable, a lot less than I guessed it would be. These guys are great. Great conversations. No doubt I would call them again.

We broke down in Lancaster and needed to have our vehicle towed an hour down the road to our house. Everyone I called wanted a couple hundred dollars more and most of them had someone with a rude tone on the phone. I decided to give these guys a chance and it took a little while for them to arrive but they went above and beyond. The owner is a really friendly guy and his worker that showed up was friendly as well.

Do not hire this company, for any reason. They tried to charge me $464 for what even the Fairfield County Sheriff said should have been a $180 tow. The Estep towing company was a good company when Mr. Estep was still the owner, but this new owner is a crook. Call Merritt's Towing. He bailed me out of this mess for a fraction of the cost.

What a great company. Hired them to tow my 18yr old college student’s broken down truck.. They responded right away and even looked under the hood to see of it was something that could be fixed easily. Stayed with my kid until a friend came to drive him back home. Definitely recommend. Price was very fair

Dave and his staff are the nicest group of people. Dave let me park my broken down shuttle overnight in his secure lot at no charge and then help me tow it down to fleetmasters for repair. Top notch business. Don't hesitate to call them first. You will not be sorry.

Great experience with these guys. They were polite, respectful, and professional from the moment I called. They understood the challenges of towing a Tesla, and we worked together to get it loaded per Tesla guidelines, which honestly wasn't that confusing once you understood what to do. And they had the best price in town. Highly recommended and will use for all my future towing needs.

Great service. Car broke down and had to get it towed. Did not wait long and their estimated wait was accurate. They loaded the car with care. Employee was extremely nice and down to earth. Pricing for the tow wasn't bad either.

I was a genius and when in a hurry to put my groceries away, locked myself out of my car with the keys still inside. My boyfriend was able to call and get ahold of Tim, who rushed over from Bremen and got here within 30 minutes. He was Super helpful, efficient, and only teased me a LITTLE BIT for locking myself out of the car 😭 would recommend and asked for a business card just incase.

I was in a pinch and had broken down in an alley when my control arm and axle had snapped on my Ford Fusion. Tim showed up and was professional and courteous. He made sure to load my car delicately as to make sure no additional body damage occurred when dragging the ground. I cannot recommend Esteps and especially Tim enough! He will treat your vehicle like his own. I will be sure to use them in the future!

These guys are great! My car flew off the road during the snow storm and AAA bailed on me. I gave these guys a call and they were on it. Tim was the driver who helped me, he had a great attitude and was very professional we joked and it made a bad situation a heck of alot better. I didn't catch the dispatchers name unfortunately but he was also very professional and helpful. Hopefully I won't need a tow again but if I do I'm definitely gonna give these folks a call. 10/10 experience fellas. Knocked it out of the park. If you are ever in a bind and need a tow please call estep's towing, you will not be disappointed!

I locked my keys in the car with it running at 4:30 in the morning. I tried calling the 24-hour services on several towing and locksmith companies and no one ever showed up. The sheriff's department was gracious enough to come out and get me back in my car at 6:30 in the morning. So honestly I have nothing good to say about any of these 24-hour services I don't think they wanted to get out of bed.

Tim did an awesome job towing my Harley! Very fast response time and good service all the way around. 5 stars for sure! The professionalism was appreciated as I had enough to worry about already. My bike making it there safely was not one of them. Thanks Estep!

I needed a tow in a short time frame and they provided excellent service. At the time I called they were short on drivers. I was stuck on the side of a very busy road unable to move my car. They were able to help me out despite being short on staff and in a time crunch. I highly recommend them and I will use them for all my towing needs. You won't be sorry. Took great care of my car too!

My wife locked her keys in her car we called another towing company and they took 1.5 hours to do nothing but give excuses as to why they weren't there yet. Tim from Esteps Towing said he would be there in 30 minutes and he was there in 20. He is first rate and if we have any towing or recovery needs Esteps and Tim will be who we call. I truly appreciate their courtesy, speed, and professionalism in dealing with my wife.

Their service was amazing!! My car broke down at a gas station late at night and called Estep's the very next morning. I was fully expecting a big bill with the timing and the distance my car had to go... but it was just under $100! I changed the time on them a couple times and was about min late due to traffic and the driver was extremely friendly, was there on time and took care of my car perfectly. There was a hiccup in delivering it as well and he called to make sure he was relocating it okay and then called again once everything was good to go! Excellent service, good people! A & J towing is awful!! I will definitely be using Estep's from here on out!

This past weekend My husband, daughter and I were enjoying the weekend in Hocking Hills when we locked our keys in the car. After calling DNR, the sheriff's office, the local police and a couple other wrecking companies and were told they do not do lock out services we were getting a little nervous because we were 3 1/2 hours from home. After calling Estep's they sent Tim out pretty quickly. Tim was very kind and Professional. He was patient and took care not damage our car and had us back in our car and enjoying the rest of our day quickly. Estep's was also very reasonable priced. Thank You Esteps and Tim. You were awesome.

Very pleased with the service I received. I called them after another towing company screwed us over. Explained what was going on and told them I needed it towed quick. The guy told me 30 mins. The driver Tim arrived in 15mins. I was very pleased. He was very professional. I would recommend this company to everybody. Good job guys.

I highly recommend Esteps! Tim was phenomenal! My car was stuck on a pretty steep incline and I didn’t want to move it because it would roll down into a ditch. A different tow company came out with a flatbed and said they couldn’t do it and I would need a wrecker to get it out. Tim came out in a flatbed. He looked at it, hooked it up and had it out in 5 minutes. No damage. No problems. He made what could have been a terrible situation a great experience. Cracked a couple jokes and I even walked away smiling and thankful! Thanks so much Tim! You did a great job!

Tim came to give us a tow after we waited an hour and a half for another company! Very friendly guy with great customer service! Lost our keys after we made it home and he still managed to get pur car off the rollback safe and sound!!! We'll definitely be using these guys from now on!! Thanks for an awesome experience!
