Stopped in to possibly buy a whole bunch of hummer parts. For mine. Potentially just backup stock. Because i live the h2s. And was told “you cant go back there inless you know what you want specifically. I had alot of cash in hand. Was very terrible service.
Drove 2 hours to pick up a sun roof that didn’t work, they said come back for exchange so I did, the second one didn’t work either, just a waste of time and money, they don’t test their parts.

The lady at the front desk told me that it will be tested before removal! So when it didn’t work I called and they have to do an exchange! I had to choice but to take the second one that wasn’t tested either!!
I was shopping for new rims for my truck and came across a set on Facebook Marketplace from Town and Country Auto Parts. After confirming the price and availability, I made the hour drive from Columbus to pick them up. The rims were exactly as pictured. Great condition and even came with a solid set of Michelin tires. One rim was missing a center cap, and when we couldn’t find a replacement in the yard, Mike, the owner, offered me a fair discount. Great prices, quick service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to make the trip again for parts in the future.
Tried to get a steering knuckle for my van. They said they had them. When I rushed to get there they sent a guy to pull it. I was told the guy couldn't get the part off because the axle was seized. I get it, but in 40 minutes they said the guy tried four different vans and couldn't get any of them off. I wasted a lot of time and have nothing to show for it.
Sharon is absolutely wonderful and so sweet! The other woman however is incredibly rude. Reading through the reviews, almost every bad review is because of her. You’d think if someone is tarnishing your business you’d get rid of them. Do better.

Called to get a price on a part for my truck, I hit call us on the website who's main page didn't say they weren't open. The women who answered the phone was very rude and nasty. "This must be a matter of life and death we don't open till 830a." Will not be wasting my time or money with this business
This doesn’t even deserve one star! I called and made sure they had the part i needed before hand and they told me they had it so I drove a 3 hour round trip to get here. Then I sit there for an hour just for them to tell me the part was missing! This is ridiculous. I definitely don’t recommend.
It is because of this business that my family and I are back on the road together again. Their prices are very fair and the staff is incredible. I am, now, a customer for life; due to my experience here today. I will recommend this business to people I like.
They don't even deserve 1 star! Please avoid this place!!! The 5 stars must be people they know! You buy something there they tell you it comes with a 30 day warranty and now that I have noticed rusty water inside the transmission I bought they don't want to uphold on the warranty! They want me to bring in my bad transmission to switch parts. Oh and not to mention the lady that owns it is so rude and unprofessional. Will be calling 6 on your side. I want to make sure NOBODY else wastes their hard working money there!
I waited two hours at Marshall auto just for them to bring the part which was damaged...I called Town and Country ten minutes away and they had the part in perfect condition pulled and in my possession within the hour of calling. And they even let me ride out to the car to inspect the part before they removed it. Definitely recommend this place and will be using again in the near future #KINGSTON TOWING..............well I guess I got the nasty lady with the smart mouth today.......what ah female dog for lack of better words. Spoke to the lady on the phone at 4:20 pm and inform her I am heading there to get a climate control unit .She replied she had it . I then drove 40 m to get there at 5:10 and was told they stopped taking customers at 4:30! Extremely unprofessional ! Why would you not inform me of that on the phone at 4:20 . I will go back to driving to Columbus to pick n pull( w real customer service and ppl w a brain) before every going to this dump again !
Literally got off the phone and this lady I spoke to got a problem. Asked what a color was cause she used a different name for a color and I was confused. Later asked if the pice is set on a bumper and she said " I would rather not sell it now" and hung up. Like don't recommend this place
Nice mom and pop junkyard out in the country. Lots and lots of cars, way more than typical Columbus or Dayton. They go out with you and pick your parts, at the same price that you’d pay when doing it yourself in a typical free-for all junkyard. The lady at the front owns it, so she has skin in the game and will treat you with care.
They don't even deserve 1 star. Every time I've called there (you have to call bc they're so far out), they never have the things I call for. The one time I called they told me , "No, we do t have that," before I even finished my sentence. I called to ask for an ignition switch, the lady said, "we don't take those out out of vehicles." Then another time I called for a simple tire size and was immediately told, "No we don't have that size." I'm like, can ya check first? Lol! Yeah, let me save you the time and have you check elsewhere.
The owner of this junkyard had an engine for sale on Facebook marketplace for $600. He showed me the engine was in good working condition. i waited a month to get the engine .When I picked it up, it looked like the one I had seen running. After cleaning, painting, and installing the engine, I heard a knocking sound. I took the engine to a mechanic. the mechanic reported the engine is bad. Apparently he did a bait and switch on me. I have called this junkyard hoping they would make it right, but they will not answer . Now I am out $600.00 ! Do not buy from this junkyard!!!
I was trying to find a decent set of used tires on a budget before winter, and they went above and beyond checking all their buildings and tire stacks and ended up getting me a really nice set of matching tires in my budget. They even threw in a spare when I was doubting I'd find a set of 4 in my price range! Very friendly, helpful people, I'll definitely remember this and be back if I need anything else.
The lady that answers the phone and took my payment when I stopped by to purchase a seat was flat out rude and attacked me verbally for asking for a discount on a seat that looked like it's been outside for years. She said I was lucky that the other guy wasn't up here or he would've jumped on the seat and broke it if I asked him for a discount. I'm surprised they are still in business talking and acting like that. It was so weird I thought she was joking at first. Do yourself a favor and do not spend your hard earned money at town and country auto !!!!!
This is a great place. I've been coming here for 5 years. Sometimes staff comes off a little"rude" on the phone, but I assure you it's just because the phones ring constantly. When you visit, they are very kind and very honest and helpful.
An absolute genuine good company. I broke down just down the road and they saw me and took time out of thier day and helped me and went beyond helping me. They are truly wonderful human beings. If this is how they are out of work imagine the customer care they give! True hard working gentlemen is what they are. I have used them in past for parts and will definitely continue too and will for sure recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much and God bless!
I have to give this group a review ! Usually salvage yards are not female friendly. Town and Country is the exception. I called them for a part that had seem to be impossible to find. They were friendly and helpful. I was still dreading the visit. I was pleasantly surprised. The woman I spoke with on the phone was as friendly in person. The entire crew was so nice. The part was reasonably price and a fraction of a new price part!! I'm getting ready to shop for tires and I'm going there first. Thanks Town and Country
