Brought my 2002 Toyota 4Runner in for a big list of needed repairs—rear catalytic converter, full exhaust system, front brakes (pads and rotors), oil change, rear diff fluid, rear brake adjustment, and some extra labor. These guys knocked it out professionally and thoroughly. They explained everything clearly upfront, used solid parts, and made sure the job was done right without any surprise upsells. The truck runs and feels way better now—emissions issues gone, brakes solid, everything quiet and smooth. Fair pricing for the amount of work, too, especially for a shop that stands behind their motto: "Good work isn't cheap, and cheap work isn't good".
This is the best mechanic I’ve worked with in years! Our family van erupted with oil on NYE morning. I was able to tow it to them. They were honest about their timeline and said if they could get to it earlier they would try. By 4:30pm the SAME DAY they called and said the work was complete! I couldn’t believe it. They didn’t overcharge, were so fast, and incredibly friendly. Norton’s is the best!

Also, I didn't send my truck in for a check engine light...but, it was repaired when I got back in it!
Maybe the battery being flat lined did it...but, I'd like to believe they just fixed it and moved on wo saying anything...

I was looking for someone locally to do some work on my Ram 3500 dually diesel and Norton’s Automotive came up consistently as recommended by several friends I respect. I called and talked to Bryan. He said the work I was needing on my diesel would be no problem, so I quickly ordered the specialty performance parts, and scheduled the work to be done. He got me in quickly and the work was completed in one day. He did good work and at a reasonable price. I will definitely take my truck back to Norton’s again in the future.

This place was recommended by a friend. The people were very easy to work with. Their office and shop seemed organized and clean. The prices were reasonable for the services. I will definitely bring my Jeep back for service and recommend this shop to others.
Brian and Norton Auto fit me in very quick and fixed my Chevy in one day (even though it had a few things wrong with it). I don't feel like they tried to get me to fix things that didn't need fixing but were thorough in what did need fixing. I am new to the area so was unsure of where to take my car, but I now know where I will go anytime there is a need.

Bryan frequently kept in contact with me to make sure I was fine with the costs of the repairs he was doing for me. Fixed my truck and then later fixed it after I mistakenly took it to another mechanic. The cost of labor was fair, especially considering the amount of work he did for me. Everything from intake and valve cover gaskets to replacing the entire brake system. Very thankful for his and his employees’ work.

my heater core was leaking and needed replaced. And not all repair shops do that work. So I was actually referred by Firestone on Milan Rd. It was nice of them to refer me over to Norton's automotive. Bcuz I had no clue on where to take my car. Anyways, I hope this helps someone out, down the line. Had my car breakdown on Route 2 in Huron on a Sunday traveling home. Didn't feel like paying the tow service for 50 miles to get the van home. Quick search came up with Norton's Automotive Repair and the high rating that they had. I had the van taken there and dropped the keys off in the night box. I had the alternator and battery replaced the next day. Paid over the phone - never met them but would have liked to. Quality service, very professional and quick repair. Much appreciated

They did an amazing job with my car! I brought my vehicle to them for a second opinion.. a dealership attempted to tell me that the code causing my check engine light to come on was my engine failing and I needed to buy a new car soon 🙄 turns out it was just a fuel injection that needed replaced!
