We part out model 2001 to current year Duramax trucks and offer every individual part including complete test run engines, internal engine parts, transmissions, frames, axles, cabs, doors, beds, front end parts, interior, wiring harnesses and any other parts found on these trucks down to every last bolt and fastener. Our team is knowledgeable and can help with proper fitment and update information. Most parts are on the shelf and ready to pickup or we can ship to anywhere in the world. Very rude people who do not care about their customers, nor do they stand behind and honor their warranty. Spent $2,000 on a bad part send it back and they said we tampered with it when we never did. This place is nothing but scammers. I would not use them
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered a ficm from them. it was sent to me we put it on the truck and it was messed up also. I explained to her we removed it from the box installed it onto the truck, and the truck would not start. removed from truck and put back in box and sent back. they stated that the tamper proof stickers were messed with and they wouldn't warranty it. (they were already messed up when it got to me and I tried to explain it to them but they insisted that I took it apart when that never happened). so now I'm out $2,000 because of their screw up. The lady I spoke with is named Courtney, she was very rude and unprofessional about the whole situation with me telling her I received it in the condition it was already in..
edit: I have spent a bunch of money with this company in the past and have never had a problem until now. even sent something back a time or two and got the replacement with no issues until this.
edit: I would like to add. I asked to speak with the owner and she wouldn't put them on the phone
Buddy had a transfer case rebuilt by These guys, Four months later practically blew apart, Professionally installed and had plenty of fluid sent it back to them. They claimed it
Ran out of fluid , fluid was checked and drained before shipping back to them ...no help from the manager 1600$ Wasted

I stopped in to look for some RIMS for my 2001. Austin, very personable, took me to the aluminum rims, we found 4 good ones w/ tires. $100 each. GREAT PRICE. I am very happy w/ them. I will absolutely use them again.
Came out here to get a rebuilt transfer case, came right in the door was treated very well and immediately talked to like I had been here many of times. Very personable. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for any parts!
I drove 50 minutes to get here. Was welcomed to the place as soon as I came through the doors. I was there to buy a back glass for my beater of a daily driver. Very knowledgeable staff. Got the window for a very reasonable price. Then got to take a walk of the facility. Wow. Is what I have to say. If you are a diesel gearhead this is your place for GM diesel trucks. Parts Parts Parts for days here. Will return to do business if something comes up. Thanks again for the great communication that you gave me. Plus being open on a saturday is a plus for me.
Absolutely fantastic service. 3 hour drive after getting off the phone with the lady at the desk. Stayed 2 hours after she was supposed to be off work. Had exactly what I needed, clean looking engine had me loaded up and helped me secure my load and let us take a look around the facility. 10 out of 10 service !
Absolutely insanely high prices. Wanted over $500 for two door pans, switches, and door wiring for an 03-07. They also wanted $800 for a set of stock steel dually wheels used and rusty without tires. No wonder why they have so many parts.

I met with Dan just before leaving and he helped me load the parts I purchased and made sure that all my parts needs were met. Great team of associates. Looked for a particular discontinued GMC part all over the internet and local junk yards, with no luck. Stumbled on Hicksville and called them up. They had the part I was looking for and shipped it the next day. Thanks guys and gals!

I purchased a rebuilt LBZ engine from them a while back and within the first 5 thousand miles I found metal shavings in the oil. I called Hicksville and they stood behind it 100%. They picked the truck up and covered all costs for a new engine! I couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend!! Great service!!
I recently purchased a truck (2017 Chevy 2500) to rebuild from them, they were very easy to work with through the whole process. They had most of the parts in stock needed to do the repairs (doors, cab skins, bumpers, glass, etc) and even the small parts like window seals, speakers, and lights. Anything not in stock they could get in short order. Very reasonable prices and extremely knowledgeable about all things Duramax! They definitely know these trucks inside and out and have shelves full of all kinds of misc parts too. I will definitely do business with them again!
I drove out to Hicksville Auto Recyclers from Connecticut (about 750 miles) to get a replacement frame for the one that rusted out on my 2001 GMC K2500 Duramax. I can absolutely tell you it was the worth the drive (considering I spent 24 hours driving to get there and back that's saying something). Awesome people to work with. A few of their techs worked after hours on a frame swap and I drove home the 750 miles with no issues. I have every confidence in their work and will fully vouch for the 3 technicians I worked with - they care about what they're doing and will only put things together the right way. It was overall a great experience. Hopefully sometime I can work out a deal with them for a later model truck as a replacement (and maybe even a commuter car if they do another one) - I wouldn't hesitate to buy one from them regardless of rebuilt/salvage/etc. if they've gone through it.
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with! Call and get put on hold every time you call and never receive a call back. Didn’t send me the right year oil pan for my truck and the door they sent me which was damaged they refuse to replace. Would not recommend this place to anyone looking for parts for a vehicle. I’d much rather have paid a little more to get parts from dealer and save myself the headache.
ordered two injectors late on a saturday and they were nice enough to leave them in the mailbox for me, after driving about 4 hours to and from to try and get my truck running the injectors i had received were worse than the ones i had. that was a chance i took, but the only reason im giving three stars instead of five is the only return they can do is a in store credit, which i do not want i wish they would have stated a return policy when i ordered them. customer service was great and getting me the parts i needed but just fell short on the return. they did offer to exchange them, but as of now i ordered reman injectors. and now im out 300$.
Update* as stated they did end up going the extra mile to return the injectors for me with a full refund. i would send anyone here who needs help with hard to find parts but i do recommend checking the return policy before purchasing.*
Very helpful Staff. They know their DMax trucks. Great Selection they always have what you are looking for with very few exceptions but, some items are priced a little high.
