Staff was incredibly helpful. I have very limited knowledge about cars and my turn signals weren't working, they helped me figure out what part I needed and John went out of his way to help me install the new one even after his shift. Highly recommend this location for the great staff!
Went to get new wipers which were installed efficiently by Lawrence. And when I asked him a question about my car seat mechanism, he was able to figure out a solution to my problem! He was polite and took the time not only to help me but also to explain to me what I might need to do if the problem occurred in the future. Thank you to Lawrence!
My battery died at a nearby gas station. AAA was over run with disabled cars because of sub zero temperatures. I called the Westlake location, Lawrence came out within minutes and jumped started the car. I immediately went to their location, Lawrence installed a new battery in the brutally cold weather. I had an exceptional experience at the O’Reilly Auto Parts in Westlake. From the moment I walked up to the counter, Keith and Seth demonstrated great teamwork in helping me identify the right replacement headlight for my Jeep. Then Lawrence stepped in and took the experience to another level.
Lawrence’s expertise, product knowledge, and willingness to help made me feel completely confident in my purchase. Not only did he have firsthand experience with the part, but he also showed me how to replace it right on the spot. His guidance made the entire situation easy, smooth, and stress-free.
This store is truly fortunate to have someone as proactive, knowledgeable, and customer-focused as Lawrence. He went above and beyond to help get me safely back on the road at the best cost possible.

The battery died on my truck right before work. After I was jumped, I went to O'Reilly's in Westlake. John helped me and was fantastic. He knew the deadline for me to get to my destination and he was professional and changed my battery without hesitation. A battery that is not easy to access or change. I will for sure be back to this O'Reilly's because of John.
Stopped by for a headlight and before I knew it I was enthusiastically greeted by 3 workers. John immediately asked me what he could do to help me. When I told him he said he could install for no cost. His professionalism was very appreciated. Very satisfied with the kindness and respect from John and the other employees of O’Reilly’s.
Up against the sunset with a headlamp out, I called the store and Seth answered at 8:55PM. I was able to get there and he held the door open long enough for me to avert a crisis. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
I came in for a license plate cover today.Zeus immediately welcomed me as I walked in and explained which cover's he had available.I bought one and he installed it.Great customer service.Highly recommend this store.
I walked into this Oreilly the LAST minute before they closed. (I know not a nice thing to do) but I was desperate to get what I needed. Mr. Weber and his staff went more than above and beyond. Everything about the experience was more than I could have asked for. A note for management please recognize this store and its staff.
I stopped in for wipers, and they offered to put them in for me, which was such a nice service. They also had a side mirror for an old Camry in stock, which I only asked about thinking I'd get a chuckle. But two problems solved in one stop!
Update hours of operation. Told by workers locking the door at 8:15 on Sunday that they were only open until 9 on weekdays. Neither is listed correctly on google.
I suggested this store to my wife when one of her headlight bulbs went out on her way home the other night. We were disappointed with the service. After the sale, the counter man went outside and stood / watched there, smoking his cigarette instead of helping her with the installation of the new bulb. I may be wrong, but we thought their tv commercial shows installation as part of their service on wiper and bulbs?
The manager (I forget his name) was EXTREMELY helpful when I came in needing a break light replaced!! I will be going here every time I have an issue from now on :)
