Employees were extremely helpful & respectful. I purchased windshield wipers & they installed them for me., Even in the terrible winter blizzard storm! Highly recommend this place!

The Customer service was phenomenal! I went in to get my headlight bulb replaced. Fran and Jeff went above and beyond to get me the right bulbs and went out of their way to replace them. And the way my headlights have to replaced is very inconvenient and time consuming!! But they insisted on trying to do it anyways! For that I’m beyond grateful and appreciative. Thanks So Much Fran and Jeff!! Don’t hesitate to go here you don’t get customer service like that anymore these days!! Thank you so much

Apparently when you buy something with a warranty and when you take it back for the warranty you have to pay more I'm sorry but that's not how warranties work the manager at this advance auto parts store in solon clearly doesn't know how to do her job the guy's working behind the counter are cool that's the only reason why they got 2 stars otherwise this place only deserves 0 stars the manager needs re training on warranties and training in General.

Fran was amazing! She was the only person in the shop but she still found a way to service all the customers and she put my battery in my vehicle. I live in Solon and I will definitely be using this location for all of my vehicle needs! Thank you Fran!

I had purchased car cover but it didn’t fit on my jeep I went to return this guy on register started saying cannot give me money back but what he can do is give me store credit which wasn’t the conclusion I was told when I purchased but this manager named “ Fran” she was so nice and helpful took my cover back I really appreciate her and her hard work towards this shop I hope she gets promoted because she deserves better

Stopped in to buy 1 thing almost 15 minutes before closing (as soon as I got off work) and was told I was "just in time" because they were "just about to lock the door" They were nice enough, and quickly got me back out the door and locked the door behind me on my way out, 10 minutes before the posted closing time.

Great people very helpful. I had to get my car towed to there store so I could fix it. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. And went above and beyond trying to help us. Always friendly and joking

Good one. No riff raff working on their cars in the parking lot. Here is one thing I could review and recommend to the riff raff that is thinking of going here to do a little auto repair outside the store. You might have a serious problem with the Solo police. Go to another auto parts store.

Needed a battery tested and replaced, Francine took care of testing the old battery and replaced with a new battery. I did feel bad it was cold outside and she just smiled and said this is my job. No complaining and was very professional. I will continue to support this store. Thanks again,

Always some issues here. Don't order ahead on Sunday, their computers didn't work on that day. Had to buy the save thing in person, hoping my initial payment gets refunded

Came by late on a Saturday afternoon for a battery test and replacement after most auto shops I’ve previously used had already closed for the day. Nate made the process quick and easy while being both friendly and professional. Reasonably priced and very convenient location/hours.

Frequently put off stock, or shelves not regularly stocked anyways. I’ve ordered over the phone a couple times and no record of my parts when they said they would be in. When busy, store and staff seem be overwhelmed handling busy periods. Though I live near, I try to avoid and drive further for better service and parts availability.

Free load testing for batteries. Salesman was honest stating their battery had telltale deficiant issues and advised not to purchase. I'll definitely be back there in the future. Again, I appreciate their honesty and expertise.

I would give this location based off my last experience 0 stars of possible. Francine B. was the associate that helped me but was very aggressive. As an African American I hadn't expected to be dealt with like that by fellow African American. I asked to return a part and she said can't return, part was unused and I advised her I had receipt on my account and email. Then she says did I buy online and I couldn't return in store. I told her I bought at that location multiple times and to check the receipt. After she objected multiple times she finally did the returned. The interaction was so uncomfortable the other associate asked if she was a Gemini and I'm thinking it was because of the multiple personalities she displayed. Bad overall interaction that I will never shop at advance auto again.

Great service, great staff. I’ve been coming here for years. They’re always willing to help also, recognizing the mini rude, impatient, entitled people that come in and verbally abuse staff because they don’t know how to wait their turn. 10 out of 10 service. Thank you to the assistant manager for handling it with class.

Danni was so helpful. She found me a great cheapest wiper and installed it for me real quick. Smart woman. Her other coworker Fran I believe is great too. Amazing customer service!

I went there on Sunday with my car barely starting and no other auto shops open. The staff was super knowledgeable: they tested the battery and the alternator. They went on replacing the battery and my car is back to normal again. This is one of the best experiences that I have with auto shops, and this is the way to get loyal customers.

I came in this past Wednesday to buy new wipers for my Yukon. They still had a nice selection even though they had a bunch of wiper customers over the weekend. Salesman helped me find the correct ones and the best deal. As soon as I started paying for the wipers the other salesman went outside and had already removed my old wipers and got the new wipers on in a matter of one minute. Great teamwork and great help.

DOUBLE CHECK ALL PARTS THE EMPLOYEES GET FOR YOU BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE! The last two times I've been to this location they've given me parts that do not fit my vehicle. The first time they accepted a return. The second time an employee had to get the part from behind the desk, so I couldn't have grabbed the wrong one. I tried returning the item the same day, but they wouldn't accept it. Now I'm out over $100 because of their screw up.

On the evening of Thursday 4/8 I went into this location. Both Justin and Tyler provided EXCELLENT customer service. I had a lot of questions and both were very willing to help. Justin was knowledgeable about the products and services that I needed. Tyler was kind enough to install a new battery and wind shield wipers on my vehicle in the rain. Thanks again!

Walked in to the store to have my check engine light read. The employee (large man, older, bald) stared at me for a few seconds and continued to talk to his buddy who was clearly just hanging out in the store. I felt like I was interrupting a personal conversation. I asked him to do a reading on the check engine light and he said “nope can’t do it” and continued talking to his friend. I’ll never be back. Plenty of other auto places around that will help

Went into store to buy wiper blades. Found the right size and asked for assistance to put them on. The store has a sign that says we will mount them. Employee states he is t feeling well and wont go back outside. The temp was 43 and sunny. He obviously didn't get along with his coworker and ask him to help just flat out i wont help you. 2 things. 1 Advance auto parts was WAY MORE EXPENSIVE THEN DEALERSHIP. 2. Employee down right unhelpful. Update. CarPart warehouse on Miles Rd is was better in price and product. Friendly and helpful.

Can't say enough about this place. Tried to order online to pick up at store and the site would not take my card. Their chat person was not only NOT helpful, he went out of his way not to help. Now the good part. I called the store and the manager not only let me use my discount, he installed my item for me. I will go back to these guys when I need them.

Stopped in to ask about lights for the back of my car, because I wasn’t sure if it was either my brake light or just the general back light. When approaching the desk I asked him if someone could assist me and I was immediately told “we can help you look up the item”, but when I asked could they assist me and maybe installing I was quickly given the response “oh no we don’t do that here we just look things up”. Sad part is I’ve always go to Advance auto near my home and They’re able to assist me at that location. The sales rep looked so confused when I told him that so I walked out the door only to hear him as I was walking out to the other sales rep “ well what is he doing here then”. Funny part is I look at all the reviews above mine you’ll see so many of them that state that the sales rep took their time to go out of their way to assist and even install products. I guess it must’ve just been my unlucky day then, way to go advance auto Solon store for tarnishing other stores with your customer service. Unfortunately had to give them one star more like no stars

We called ahead and asked if wiper blades were available, they said come on in no problem, but when we got there they didn't have the driver's side wiper blade!

Nick was extremely helpful in assisting with a complicated purchase. Other associates were also helpful in finding us the current Sales, but Nick ensured we walked out with the proper item - even going as far as to install the items before leaving it to chance. Great associate and customer service!
