Jonathan Reid went above and beyond helping with our daughter's car. We appreciate him helping to resolve our problem while saving us hundreds of dollars. He was easy to work with and patiently fielded numerous calls from my husband for updates. We are grateful for his patience and goodwill.
Sunday manager Jonathan was a 100% disappointment. No communication. Unfriendly. Unreliable. Incompetent. I had an appointment made online for tire install, arrived on time left car, then I had to call late in afternoon since I had no call yet for car finished. I was told it would be done at end of day, 5:00pm I then called at 4:30 and told them I would pick it up in the morning (Monday) I arrived at 9:00am and the tires were not install, Steve the Manager made every effort to get car done ASAP and ended up discounting the service as a Customer satisfaction effort, which I appreciated.
Excellent service!! I needed to make a last minute change to my appointment and they were very accommodating. The employees do an excellent job communicating with clients and prices are reasonable for the service they provide.
I brought my car in because it was unstable. They told me I had to replace the suspension. I followed their advice and paid $2,200, but when I got the car back, it was worse than before. I went back and they balanced the wheels, but nothing changed.
Jonathan was super friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to look up different tire options for what I needed. Despite the fact that he had to order them from another store, my car was ready the next day. I’ll definitely be bringing my car back here for future service!
I do not recommend this Firestone. I have had three interactions with them and each time their business practices have felt shady or the communication has been lacking. The first time we brought in one of our vehicles to have some work done they gave us the typical call letting us know there was some other work they recommended having done. We went ahead and had it done as we agreed it probably needed it. I brought that same car in a month later to get new tires and booked an appointment with them online but under a different phone number than I did before. I got a call back the next day saying that apparently their website “lies” and that they couldn’t honor the price I was quoted (it would be higher) and that they actually couldn’t accommodate the time I booked and they would have to reschedule a week later. I bring the car in for that appointment and during the tire change I get a call from them saying that the service technician advised we have some additional work done besides the tires. The same work we had done to the same car at this same location a month earlier. I inform them that we already had this work done by them and it shouldn’t need to be done again. They “checked with the technician” and lo and behold the technician “was mistaken”. My third interaction with this location, I scheduled a 4pm appointment for my other vehicle to have my winter tires installed. When I get there they claim it’ll be at least 2 hours before they can work on my car (what’s the point of an appointment then?). I inform them when I drop my car off that I have staggered tires and the winters I brought are not staggered. There is only one size of winter tire made for my car so I cannot stagger them. I checked with my car’s manufacturer last year if this is safe they told me it was and I had them installed. The tires (installed by Discount Tire) gave me no problems at all last year and they were installed for four months. Firestone however takes issue with doing this but did not let me know that until I called an hour and a half later to check on my car and the representative who answered the phone said right away that they have a policy issue with doing this, which leads me to believe that they knew they couldn’t do this well before I called but failed to call me. Who knows how long they would have waited to tell me if I hadn’t called. All this to say I no longer trust this location and will be taking my business elsewhere.
Took in my 2014 chevy cruze last year for some coolant issues they did extensive pricey work. Fast forward to now my car started smoking i take it in and the valve cover they replaced is leaking and alot of other issues. 1400 dollars later.. i drive it for a few days still smoking thinking its just excess coolant. They told me it should burn off on its own. I take it back apparently they installed another defective part!! Something with the water pump. Im sick of this place and their unthoughtful work. They should have caught that mistake because the car was clearly still smoking the same amount if not more. Im mad about it and thinking i shouldn’t take it here ever again.

My recent visit to the Richmond store was disappointing due to unprofessional and dismissive behavior at the front counter. The interaction made me uncomfortable proceeding with service, and I chose to take my business elsewhere.
I want to be clear: this feedback is about this specific location, not the Firestone brand. I will continue using other Firestone stores, but I will not return to this one unless customer service standards improve.
i dropped my car off on a friday evening, and i told them i needed it back by monday. i called monday morning to inquire about the status, and i was told to pick it up that afternoon. i called around 5pm to inquire about the status, and i was told they might be able to look at it the following day
The service I received was very polite and friendly from the staff. The service was also fast and reliable. I went in they took my car to the back right away, and I was out the door within an hour and 15 minutes. I purchased two new tires, and the experience was very nice.
my grandmother and i went in for a tire repair and we were serviced by a young man named nino this young man made sure i had air in my tires, replaced all 4 valve stem caps, added wiper fluid to my vehicle and was very respectful and helpful throughout the whole process. i will definitely be coming back
Service was completed on same day as car was taken to the facility. The tire repair was efficient and the spare tire was put back in its storage area and repaired tire installation on the vehicle. I was kept informed of the progress and an additional issue with battery was found I was contacted and authorized the battery replacement.
Firestone take great care of my car and it’s even better with Brandon and his excellent customer service. Thank you for all your help! Very much appreciated!!
I stopped by the Firestone in Richmond Heights just to get some air in my tires, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. David helped me right away—friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything was done right. He didn’t rush, double-checked the pressure on each tire, and even explained how to monitor them going into the colder months.
What could’ve been a quick in-and-out chore actually left me feeling taken care of. It’s rare these days to find someone who treats a small service like it matters. Thanks, David and the Richmond Heights Firestone team—you’ve definitely earned my trust for future visits.
I had a 1pm appt and my car was not pulled in till 2:50 pm. I was told the tire was sealed or plugged. The following morning after my tire was supposedly repaired, it was totally flat. I called another Firestone and took my vehicle there. Because the tire was incorrectly repaired at the Richmond Rd location, I was forced to purchase a new tire because it could not be repaired twice for the same issue. This is my second visit to this newly built Firestone on Richmond Rd, and the service both times has been poor. It is difficulty to reach them by phone. If you call, your call can be placed on hold without being acknowledged. You will wait on hold indefinitely. An appointment time means nothing, it takes a long time to have the service completed, and the service was poor at best. New building, but very poor service. Firestone should specialize in tire repairs, I was very disappointed at this outcome. I will not return to this location for service of my vehicle in the future, and I would not recommend them to anyone else for service.
I called today, and the man who answered said they could work me in to replace my battery! He was very nice on the phone, and I so appreciated this courtesy. The woman at the desk was also courteous and professional. The wait wasn’t very long, either! Thank you! I’ll be back … ?
Great for tires changes and basic needs like oil changes or alignments. However, I took it to them to diagnose issues with my HVAC system and they couldn't help me. They said that it is probably a wiring issue and they don't have anyone on staff that could fix it. This particular Firestone was short handed the day I went so maybe that's why.
It has become too commercial. The young lady just did her job. Due to her resources being limited to what I was asking she could not fully help me. The desk tech couldn’t reprint my previous service because it was at the “closed Store”. The desk tech couldn’t email me my comprehensive vehicle inspection paperwork that we used to traditionally Get a copy of because the email system on the table doesn’t work, But it gave an option.
I do understand the Company trying to Be environmentally Conscious and not use all the paper. The Location is new and the technology is what you have advanced to; so put in the work order and get it fixed so your consumers who have been serviced by you for over 2 decade can continue to receive the Amenities we value. I’m more than likely will try to go to a smaller Franchise next time. Additionally The location does not have a diagnostics tech And the closest one Was reported being in Mentor. So they cannot assist me.
I couldn’t be happier with the service this Firestone provides! I have them maintaining 2 trucks and 3 VW Bugs which we drive 30 minutes to this Firestone because of the professionalism and pride in work! My wife and I request the same technician each time as he was the first tech we ever had several years ago in their old location. Steven does our tires brakes oil changes alignments all general maintenance and even some more technical like a new engine harness! Steven is a class A mechanic he is always smiling! All the people there always so friendly and honest this Firestone has been so fair We just have no complaints! I recommend this shop to anyone and everyone! We have many family and friends that go here its just a great place in this crazy expensive world! Here you truly get the most bang for your buck!
