Had an issue with a stripped lug after a free tire rotation. I decided to do my own brake job and found a lug nut was very difficult to turn off with my 4way. So after I finished I emailed Jason the manager and this guy not only made it right 1st thing Monday morning, but had the Parma shop road force balance all tires, replaced the hub bearing and all 5 studs driver side all free of charge. Talk about going above and beyond. Im 48 and been driving since age 16 so in 32 years of repairing vehicles and taking them to various shops, I've never seen a shop stand up and do more to fix a problem but exceed my expectations. Thank you Jason, my 2016 Ram 1500 (75K miles) rides great.
For the most part they do good work at a reasonable price. I hope they got the steering wheel straight on my wife Subaru when they did the wheel alignment. They did an alignment on my truck in December and the steering wheel has been crooked ever since. It drives me crazy. But it tracks straight as an arrow.
I would just like to say that l have been going to Vans for a few years now and you will not find a better place for your car to fixed! George at the Parma Store is the best and for being a woman l feel safe with them! They have never over charged me or taken advantage of me or anyone that l have referred to them! The owner and mechanics of this shop are really professional and honest. I came to get a brake inspection heard my car rubbing etc thought my brakes were bad, came to them and found out that my brakes were good and I didn’t even need brakes. They told me I had a backing plate rubbing up against my tire causing the issue they adjusted the plate and now I’m good to go. Thank you so much Vans Auto for being honest! I highly recommend this business.

You can definitely trust the team at Van's in Parma to do great work at a fair rate. You don't have to worry about this place writing up a long list of things wrong with your vehicle that are not. I will certainly keep them as my "go to guys" for any vehicle issues.

George was fantastic in assisting me with all of what I need, and nothing that I wouldnt. Clearly one of the few shops that dont try to just run up the bill as high as possible. Clear and concise on what was wrong and what was required, as well as providing an accurate ETA for how long the repair would take. Ill be recommending people to come here from now on, and will be back my self when needed.

The gentlemen that assisted me both over the phone and in store were phenomenal. They had an "odd ball" size of tire that I needed in a short time frame. Mounted up and balanced before they closed. Fantastic service and even better conversations. Highly recommend paying them a visit for any of your needs. All of their mechanics have years of experience and knowledge. As someone who works on their own vehicles, I trust Van's Auto.
Had my car for 2 days . They finally get to looking at my car and quoted us almost 600 dollars for a flex pipe ( unbelievable ) . Took it to a muffler shop and had it done for 185.00 what a big difference in price . Still shaking my head over this . They tried to really get us . I will never ever go back to the Vans in Parma again .
I had a nice experience here. George, was super helpful and kind with ordering me new tires for my car. They put them on very quickly and the price does not compare to other places I’ve been to. Reasonable prices here and they definitely care about their customers. I will be back in the future!

I had a great experience with Van’s Auto Service & Tire Pros in Parma! I was able to easily schedule my appointment online, which was super convenient. Chris at the front desk was a pleasure to talk to—friendly, professional, and really listened to what I needed for my car. The pricing was very affordable, and the service was completed in a timely manner. What really stood out was that they weren’t pushy at all, no pressure to do more than I asked for, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend, and this will definitely be my go-to spot from now on!
Safe to say, Van’s Tire Pros is stuck with servicing our vehicles now We thought “4.9 stars, has to be too good to be true this day and age” WRONG. Van’s offers competitive pricing and quality service. Chris was extremely helpful and extends customer service that many businesses don’t provide anymore. We scheduled an oil change and vehicle inspection - They provided a full report of items in good condition, suggested service and service required. The report is accessible at any time via email and extremely thorough, including pictures and comments. They didn’t pressure us into servicing anything other than what we were scheduled for. Though, after the condition of our rear brakes and rotors were worse than anticipated, we asked to have them replaced and they were able to accommodate the extra work and have the car back the same day.
Sale people were gloating on how much money they made the previous day, especially off a jeep lady, I didn't approve doing a $461 dollar repair on a 2 year old control arm. I left with the same exact alignment I came in on, drove straight to another shop and did the alignment in 10 minutes for free, said it was way off compared to the paperwork I left Van's with .. I gave them 2 stars because I believe it's just management from hearing them complain about their shop guys, they're shysters.... But it's tough to find a honest repair shop..
I am very pleased with the way things worked out today. The store manager, George, took the time to show me the detail they take when working with a car like mine. I have a front splitter and side skirts. They can be a challenge when lifting the car up. The touchless tire mounting machine is impressive, too.

I ordered 4 tires and a wheel alignment online and scheduled the service to my preferred time. Very easy process. I also realized that the first option available was a few days away and I needed them done asap. I called the number from my invoice and requested any openings earlier than my scheduled appointment. They were extremely nice and got my appointment scheduled for the next day. Not only were they the best deal when compared to four other competitors but they had exceptional service! The Parma location treated me like family and impressed me with their knowledge and experience. I received updates via text with reports on any findings. When the job was complete I was and still am extremely satisfied with the service and my truck feels brand new. If you’re looking for a trustworthy auto repair/tire shop give Vans a try! I was not disappointed and will continue bringing my vehicles here from now on.

Definitely very happy with the service provided, as well as the customer service at this location! Good customer service seems to be a thing if the past anymore with businesses. I feel like businesses feel customers only look at what's offered and not how they are treated so much anymore. Not at this company! We were treated with respect through the whole contract process, from the initial phone call all the way to paying for the services/repairs and walking out the door. They were very honest, straight forward, caring and didn't treat us like they could take us for our money by over servicing our vehicle and forcing us into having unnecessary stuff done. Also, for being a repair garage, the cleanliness inside is remarkable. Very nice & comfortable waiting area... Plant of chairs, tables, a TV, vending machines and even a little kids table with some activity books and crayons. Will definitely be returning to this location for future work needing to be done on our vehicles. Don't want to forget.....they were quick to get our vehicle in and (if it weren't for it being a weekend) service done in a day/day and a half! Very very happy with this company and that we found them!
***Want to make sure to add (after posting this review & reading a few others), we ABSOLUTELY loved the diagnostic review link that this company sends before starting the work and the way the things are broke down in it. We were also offered a loaner vehicle since it fell on a weekend for the repairs needing to be done and a part needed ordered that wouldn't get there till Monday morning. We did wait some time after getting & driving out vehicle to make this review as we wanted it to be accurate & honest. It's been 2 to 4 weeks since we've had the services done and are extremely happy! We really could go on and on about all the things we were happy about, but this would then become a book length post. Lol!
Very helpful. Not only did they give me a good price for the work done, they kept me informed and answered my questions about maintaining my vehicle. I had new brake pads and rotors installed, as well as a general vehicle inspection.
An honest shop run by an honest guy with skillful techs. George was great about explaining issues, didn't try to upsell me on anything, and went above and beyond to not only ensure that my car was safe to drive, but also that my expectations were met and so was the value of my dollar. Watching him interact with other customers and his techs solidified for me that this was a shop I could feel comfortable bringing my car to. As a woman, that's a really big deal. IYKYK. It was clear that transparency and service were at the core of this establishment, and that's really refreshing in this day and age. I'm so glad that I came across a shop that I can trust!!
I called an hour before they closed spoke with Tony and he helped me pick the right tires for my truck. They had them delivered next morning and installed within 3-4 hours. They had a quick turnaround time which alot of people don’t have I’m am very satisfied with all of the staff at the location. I will be bringing all my vehicles to them from here on out. They also fixed the alignment
On my brand new truck after the dealership I purchased the truck from said they fixed it when they didn’t. Overall 10/10 service from Van’s auto service would recommend to everyone.
super friendly place, they send you a link with a detailed report of what they do, see, think you need soon, etc, that includes pictures of the car and their prices. i had a coupon for a free oil change and had no issues or up charge for my hybrid. would come back here again, excellent service.
Every time I need to get my car serviced Van’s is always professional, quick and super friendly! When I called Van’s George answered my call and ordered my tire right away so it was there when I came in for my scheduled appointment. When I got there today both George and another gentleman greeted me and helped me right away. George came by me and my daughter while we waited and enjoyed some small talk. If you have small children they can enjoy the coloring books at the kids table. The waiting area and bathroom area clean! Ask for George he’ll take care of you!

Everyone at Tire Pros North Ridgeville were great. I bought a single tire for a spare for my vehicle. It started with a phone call to Brandon, who did great with pricing. Then when dropping off, they had internet connection problems, but the girls(I’m sorry, I didn’t get their names) and Mike were very nice. There was a guy that called about the sidewall orientation that was great. They got the job done very quickly and professionally. Steve was very helpful as I called back for additional information.
