I got my tires done and they did a really great job. The waiting area was very accommodating for me to be able to work while waiting for them to complete the tire installation. Noah and George were very nice and helpful. The service tech was thorough with the inspection and got the work completed fast with no issues. I would recommend and plan on bringing my other vehicles
This is the best automative shop in Parma! I have been to others in the area and the service cannot be topped. Highly recommend you go here for all of your automotive needs!! I have had my tires patched, oil changed and other parts of my car fixed here with no issues whatsoever.
Noah was wonderful and created an environment that changed my perspective on what the car maintenance experience can look like.
We initially took my partner’s vehicle to AutoZone to get checked by the computer because we had a couple batteries die on us. They told us our alternator was bad, so we bought one from them and setup an appointment at Van’s to have it installed. Noah came back to us and told us our current alternator was perfectly fine, walking us through each of the photos taken during their testing. The issue was actually the auxiliary battery, which was completely dead and causing the main battery to drain.
They went ahead and replaced the auxiliary battery in a reasonable amount of time, and for a reasonable price. It even included a 2-year warranty!
As long as we’re living in Cleveland, this will be the only place we take our vehicles from now on. Thanks, Noah and the rest of the Van’s team!

The staff here is great! George did a fantastic job at contacting the company that I have my extended warranty with to get the repairs covered with just my deductible (as it should be). However, sometimes these warranty companies are difficult to work with and don’t want to honor their warranty so easily. George did not let that happen!! Noah is wonderful as well! Such a personable young man doing a great job at the shop. Thank you ALL for all that you do and the service you provide to your customers and community (such as myself).
I have gone to this place before for tires and they were excellent and not pushy. When I took my 10 year old car in for a diagnostic check after noticing some scraping sounds they told me it would be over $4,000 worth of repair (just wear and tear). Instead of pushing me to repair they advised not to spend that much on such an old car, a ford focus no less. I had never had another car so I was initially inclined to do the repairs, but after taking a week to think on it I decided it was just time to get another car. They fully supported me and I will be going back to them in the future. Once you find a shop that runs with integrity you don’t go somewhere else.
Love this Parma location for Van’s! George and Mike are awesome and always ensure that I get great quality work at the best price. As a female, I can walk in confidently and know I’ll get treated with respect and courtesy and that is not something that usually happens to us females at many mechanic shops. I refer everyone I know to Van’s because I trust them there, and that is the highest compliment I can give.
I went to Vans in a panic because my tire pressure was rapidly declining. George and the others were so, so kind and helpful! They were short staffed that day and had many cars but made sure they were able to help me out within the same day! They never made me feel dumb for asking questions or not knowing everything about cars lol. They were able to fix my tires sooner than expected too! Felt like they were fairly priced. They also sent me a detailed report of the repairs with pictures!
I heard about Vans through a friend and decided to give it a go. I went online to see what options they had which was super easy to navigate if you know your tire size and what you want. The staff was super friendly and the process was extremely smooth. I opted for the $100 alignment but they were more concerned about me as a customer and told me my car was within alignment parameters and didn’t need to spend the money. They didn’t try to sell me their top tier tire and gave me the pros and cons of each option. I highly recommend giving them your business and hopefully it’s as good of an experience for you as it was me!
Service manager is very rude individual. I will never step foot into this place again. Just needed a simple tire plugged and he was very rude about it told me to make a appointment for 3 days out. Are you kidding me? For a 15 minute job? I WILL NEVER GIVE VAVS TIRE ANY BUSINESS!!!
George handled everything awesome. Aaron was my main guy with ordering and sales and George handled the service today on 12/23. Got me in and out and was super friendly and thorough with explaining everything to me. Was my first experience with Vans and will definitely be back for more car things. New customer s very happy. Extremely pleased with the entire experience. Started on their website after a Google search before calling their knowledgeable, friendly tech center. They provided numerous tire options for my SUV, along with the various store locations and recommendations. No high-pressure sales. My appointment was fast and efficient. My final bill was less than expected, and my new tires are awesome. Highly recommend George and the whole gang at Van’s Tire Pro’s in Parma. Kudos.
Was online looking for tires, saw the site I was on listed Van's as an authorized installer. I called and asked if they would online the online retailers price they said absolutely however, they did not have the tires in stock and told me just to order through the site and have them installed by them. They couldn't be friendlier and am super satisfied with how they treated me.
My right rear brakes started really yelling at me . I new I needed to get my car in but funds are beyond tight to say the least. I called Vans in Parma spike with George he answered phone and asked what he could do for me? I told he could get my Rogue to stop screaming and yelling at. I told him what was going on, George told yes they did brakes services and yes they could get it in and done that day. I had already looked up their web site and seen they had payment options. So I clicked on it. Sure enough I was able to get my Rogue in and fixed and it is quiet and safe again. Thank you to all the staff . You all are great. Thank you George, Mike and Jason. You three made my day better. I will definitely be using you again.
George was extremely helpful...I got ran off the road and popped my front right tire. After a full inspection of the damage and the rest of my tires, he went out of his way to get me a new set, installed, aligned and back on the road the next day.

Although they were short staffed due to illness, Mike and George along with the two young (technicians) got me in and out without a hitch in quite a reasonable amount of time. Very personable and professional. Now I’m just waiting for the snow to fall so I can try out my new snow tires! I highly recommend these guys!!!
I scouted around for a while for set of tires within my price range and this location was the first to reply as well as I had to reschedule last minute, and they were very courteous as well as extremely respectful and kind during my waiting process. VERY thorough quick and simple didn’t try to push any extra add ons. We’re kind to all of the customers on the phone and that walked in the door. All gentleman, and these days in age for a single mom/woman we notice that demeanor as well for service. Excellent location, I hope to see it keep on doing well
I hands down recommend Vans to anyone in need of any car, repairs, oil change, tires or routine maintenance. The team is very efficient, fair, and honest. Their work ethic is immaculate. I have been to this shop twice in the last week, for 2 items on my car care list and both times I cannot rave anymore about the service. I look forward to continuing to work with them over the coming years. I have been on a long search for a reputable mechanic, and I believe the search is over.

Love this place! Found it by chance and it's the best find of the year!! My daughter's Audi A4 needed bump stops and back shocks, along with her engine splash guard repaired. Super quick turn around, and transparent pricing. The car is driving amazing! Mike, the service rep was excellent, knowledgeable, and informative throughout the entire process. Had an issue with a stripped lug after a free tire rotation. I decided to do my own brake job and found a lug nut was very difficult to turn off with my 4way. So after I finished I emailed Jason the manager and this guy not only made it right 1st thing Monday morning, but had the Parma shop road force balance all tires, replaced the hub bearing and all 5 studs driver side all free of charge. Talk about going above and beyond. Im 48 and been driving since age 16 so in 32 years of repairing vehicles and taking them to various shops, I've never seen a shop stand up and do more to fix a problem but exceed my expectations. Thank you Jason, my 2016 Ram 1500 (75K miles) rides great.
I would just like to say that l have been going to Vans for a few years now and you will not find a better place for your car to fixed! George at the Parma Store is the best and for being a woman l feel safe with them! They have never over charged me or taken advantage of me or anyone that l have referred to them! The gentlemen that assisted me both over the phone and in store were phenomenal. They had an "odd ball" size of tire that I needed in a short time frame. Mounted up and balanced before they closed. Fantastic service and even better conversations. Highly recommend paying them a visit for any of your needs. All of their mechanics have years of experience and knowledge. As someone who works on their own vehicles, I trust Van's Auto.
