I’ve been coming here for several years. All of the guys are great. They let you know what needs replaced immediately and or what can wait. Very professional and I trust them with my car.
I trust these guys. They've always been honest with me, told me what needs done and what can wait. I go to them everytime and I live a half hr away. They're worth it.
The service was friendly and efficient. The gentlemen were very knowledgeable and gave you the comfort of knowing the importance of fixing the vehicle immediately or being able to hold off until necessary.

I went to Harold’s automotive due to a check charging system message I was receiving on my dash. When Keith Sposit, the service advisor verbally notified me of the pricing, I immediately stated, isn’t that quite pricey…and he answered back, no that it was a fair price. Little did I know at this point that the part was actually REMANUFACTURED and not brand new, which Keith did not mention during any point of our conversation. I also asked Keith if there was anything he could do to save me a few dollars since I was unemployed for over a year, due to health issues.
They ended up charging me over $500 for the remanufactured part and $400 for labor… I have attached photos and excluded the top portion of the invoice to hide my personal information.
I will never return to this business and I want everyone to know how they treat people.
Found a garage I really like! Fair price and quick service at last minute which was super important as I need my vehicle for my job. Will definitely use them for future services and recommend them to others. And appreciate family businesses
Only place I will take my vehicles. Zero pressure or upselling. They tell you what’s wrong and what they will need to do to fix it. Then they fix it correctly the first time. Extremely fair prices as well. Would highly recommend.
Herold has become the only place I trust fir my car repair needs. Always fair and honest, offers free loaner cars, and the work is done fast. Glad I found them a few years ago!!

Herold's is the place for car care! Reminder texts are always sent for service on my vehicle. The staff is courteous, efficient, and honest. They work hard to fit you in when you have an emergency and are fair with pricing. I won't take my vehicle any place else and have turned my family on to them as their neighborhood service station.

There is no pressure and added sales like at some other auto places. Super transparent and communicative on process and price. I won’t take my car anywhere else!
Our vehicle had the low oil light come on and I wasn't able to get the cap off. I was in a hurry to get somewhere and thought I'd stop and ask if someone could help. The gentleman working the counter not only helped, but filled the oil and checked the level for me. Thank you for helping me out even though we are not regular customers.
We have been taking our cars and truck to Herold's for several years now. They have great service and do excellent work. A trustworthy shop. It's the only place we take our vehicles anymore. I highly recommend Herold's to anyone who needs service for a vehicle.
I stopped in to see if they could see why my check engine light was on. They gave me a loaner car, fixed everything that was wrong and gave me a discount. They even left a little bag of candy in my car. I highly recommend them.
Herold Family Auto has been taking care of my car now for the past 3 years. They always do such a great job. Took care of brakes, front end work, new battery!....& today 4/2/25....got the rear shocks done. My car should be good now for a while! Always a pleasant experience with this location on Day Dr. in Parma. Keith Sposit and his crew are the best!!

I had trouble with my jeep starting, and I had a noise that wasn't normal car noise. Keith was great, went above and beyond to get me in and back on the road by next day. He really was awesome, and the work that had to be done was reasonably priced. I definitely will be taking my car back to them. I've had work done there before and it's been quality work... no issues after like I've dealt with at another car repair shop. If you are looking for a repair shop that's actually going to fix your issue and be straight with you on everything including the cost, make your appointment at Herolds. Thank you again Keith! I know it was extremely busy when I needed to get in for repair.

Very fair prices and honest work. My car was towed in, we thought it was the starter that was bad. Turns out my TIPM was going bad which is an expensive part, Harold’s mechanics offered a cheaper alternative and did some rewiring. Most places would have charged me for the starter even though it wasn’t bad considering that’s what I brought it in for but Harold’s found the real culprit and got my car running again in just a couple hours.
They got me in quick on a short notice and fixed my very shaky car, such a smooth drive now.
They fixed the problem it was having and even looked/checked over the rest of the car. Best service I’ve received, will definitely be returning for future services.
I’m very appreciative that they check up on you to make sure things are running smoothly. Prices are fair and I’ve never been afraid to ask questions as the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable!

Herold Family Auto and Tire is the absolute best and 10/10 recommend!! I had an oil leak and they are the first place I’ve ever had my car serviced that took me under the car to explain what the issue was and what my options were. I also had to change my original appointment same day and they were flexible and understanding. Definitely get your service here!!
My mom and dad have gone here a while ago and recommended it to me for my oil change. Everyone is super friendly and honest!! They are also very reasonably priced. I definitely will be coming back for all car needs!
These guys did a great job on my 2011 Corolla. I had front and rear shocks replaced, oil change, coolant flush, and fuel system cleaning. My little car is running like new. The communication with the staff was great! I got pictures and a checklist on the whole vehicle and what should be repaired, what to watch and what is doing good. I had another chain repair shop tell me that my brakes needed replaced as well. Herold's told me they still had time and showed pictures to prove it.
They also followed up a couple weeks later just to make sure everything was still going well. Top notch customer service! I've been in the Parma area for a long time, I can't believe it took me this long to stop in and give them a try. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a small business to support that will not only take care of your car, but you as well!
My 2007 Honda Civic was due for an oil change and Herold Family Automotive was offering a $10 discount plus a free multi-point inspection. Although I had maintained my car from the day I bought it, I was apprehensive waiting for the results of the inspection because of the car’s age and high mileage. Instead of a list of repairs, the report showed that everything was good and only one item was suggested for service. I decided to go ahead with the service and Keith applied an additional discount for the work being done, the work is covered by warranty, and I was able to use my deferred interest credit card for payment. I found peace of mind about my car at Herold’s and trust this business for any future car care needs.
