Went to eastwood on looking for ceramic engine paint, and the correct way to use it in a paint gun. So one of the employees explained everything to me. A very nice experience! A+
Went in for some 2k primer and everything was neat and orderly. Staff was on point. Asking if needing assistance. But I was fine. Nice to be able to go to a store and browse around and staff willing to answer your questions if ya have one. Just wish I could afford more of what they have. But that's just more work on my end.
The guys at Eastwood were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my purchase, they left no questions unanswered and everything I looked at in there store seemed to be of great quality for an extremely great value. I'll never shop anywhere else for my auto body needs again
I picked up some Fast Etch after trying a metal prep from theauto store. The NAPA brand was about $70/quart. It seemed to leave deposits of iron phosphate over the surface that were difficult to smooth out. There was some flash rusting nte next day. I applied the Fast Etch as a spray and wiped smooth with a paper towel ( the same manner as the metal prep). The Fast Etch left the surface smooth and uniform and there was no flash rusting.
I recommend the Fast Etch and it is half the price.
If you work on cars, or restore anything metal, this place is worth checking out! Wide selection of automotive paints, powdering coating powders, and welding supplies. They occasionally have some great clearance deals! Best part...helpful staff who aren't at all pushy. Love this place!!!
I don't get much reason to stop into Eastwood, but I enjoy it when I do. I needed rust encapsulator for a project, and they are a good value. I also appreciate the cool cars that sometimes pop on into their lot.
Ordered two quarts of basecoat over a week ago, and the order is still marked as "processing." No updates, no shipping info, nothing. I called them three times and got the same frustrating answer every time: they can’t cancel or refund it, and it’ll take another week just to process, plus 3 more days for shipping? That’s ridiculous. Definitely rethinking ever ordering from them again.
Well stocked, clean, and organized Eastwood location in Parma. Friendly and helpful staff, answering all my questions and even demonstrated their 30/60 compressor. Can't wait to go back!
I purchased $750 worth of paint. They didn't bother shaking it, and didn't supply any mixing sticks, filters, or data sheets (flash times, mixing ratios, dry times, etc). Probably the last time I purchase paint there. Fortunately the data is available online.
I tried multiple times to reach your Parma store through FB message but after several days and multiple attempts regarding your custom paint selection but I could never get a response. Thanks for nothing, I'll go elsewhere in the future and remove myself from your onslaught of promotional emails.
Very interesting tools and products. relatively good prices. Although 80% of inventory looks like it came from China, but that's the new American Way. They have very good classes about their products and ways to do things.
Always friendly and helpfull. Have in stock what I need and most importnatly if there is an issue, the resolve it timely. Lucky to have a store nearby.

I have been shopping at the Eastwood store in Parma Ohio since it opened & before many of the chains existed. Major problem shopping there is that I usually go in for a couple of items & find more than I came for that I just have to have...LOL! The staff is always helpful & I always get what I came for......Fred
The store is clean & well organized! Very helpful polite folks! I'm retired & am putting together a small scale metal working shop in my garage. Eastwood has everything I've needed reasonably priced!

I took my scroll compressor in for service. They went through it completely and even upgraded the pressure switch. Great job!!! I have 2 of these compressors and highly recommend them if you want a quiet reliable compressor.
Walked in was met by a salesman, talked about what I was looking for a shrink er stretcher. The model that I wanted wasn't out so he went and got one I told him I was going to wander around and look at stuff at the store. Found a couple of the things that I wanted a pedal for the Tig and a tungsten grinder this wonderful woman helped us out with that when I got back to the counter the shrinker and stretcher was on the counter waiting. Plus my son found a deal for 10% off very happy Good staff.
Staff was very friendly. Sandy was helpful and even let me open a few paint guns just to check out the feel in my hand. Lots of sales and overall great prices. I'll be making a trip back to Parma every time I need something. Knowledgeable, friendly and fair. Can't get any better!
I've been Eastwood products for years now with no complaints. The store is very nice as well as the staff. They also have a ton of instructional videos online. I'm headed there now to purchase a bead roller
