I have Allstate Roadside but during rush hour and a blown out tire on 77S they cancelled every tow and roadside service I requested. I spent two hours stuck & talked to about 10 different people who all told me they couldn’t help.
So I Google searched a local business Morgan’s was the first to answer and said they were on their way. The woman on the phone was so helpful and kind. When help arrived he was so quick and got my tire changed and before I knew it I was on my way! Their pricing was affordable especially in my time of need . I cannot recommend them enough.
I live in Akron so it was scary to feel stuck far from home but Morgan’s took care of it! 12/10 stars!!!
Came here for a quick used tire replacement the older gentleman first put the wrong tire on my car than once i told him he put the correct size. I noticed my sensor was reading o pressure. He was no help and refused to fix it. My sensor was fine before i came here! They obviously DO NOT WHAT THEY ARE DOING BEWARE COMING HERE!!!! They do not know what they are doing! I ended up getting my original tire back and leaving! He was very rude as well!!!

Mina was super helpful when he arrived even though I mistakenly told roadside I already had a spare with me. He understood, and we decided to inflate the flat and drive to the nearest tire shop. He followed me and ensured I made it there. Very cool guy.
Blew a tire on the I-77 ramp off of 490 westbound. My insurance contacted them to arrange a tow. Waited over 2 hours. The driver said he couldn't find me despite knowing a specific location and being out in the open. They then cancelled the booking and stopped answering my calls. Look at the pics. If their driver "couldn't" see me, he wasnt looking!
These guys were absolute life savers. I could not have received more kind service from anyone I was given a wonderful price and amazing treatment. I was stranded an hour away from home and still would be if it weren’t for them. These guys are the absolute best!!!!
Morgan was a really nice and straightforward guy! He went above and beyond to help out car get out of traffic and took great care of us when we got back to the shop. He even gave us bottled water.
He helped us out of a pinch when our car stopped in the middle of an intersection.
We needed a tow for our truck, and subsequently the fuel pump needed to be replaced. Initially the team was very busy, however they kept us informed on the timeline and ensured we were in the know. After getting the truck back, the mechanic showed my husband (and our toddler who wants to be a "car doctor") the work as well as other minor issues that may cause trouble later on. Great price and great work. Woukd definitely use again!
I was referred to Morgans by my friend/ neighbor who spoke highly of them. I took my BMW in for some brake work and am extremely pleased with their work and business practices. They were very upfront with me about what needed to be done and that's exactly what they did. They saved me a considerable amount of money, as I didn't need everything the dealership told me I needed to do just to get more money out of me. It's very refreshing to know there's still honest businesses out there. They treated so well, I'm taking my truck in for an oil change next week. When I find a honest and professional company, I remain loyal...and Morgans has a new loyal customer in me. Highly recommend them.
I called early in the morning to have my car towed to the local dealership, and got an appointment scheduled right away. The driver was extremely helpful and knew what he was talking about! Hoping my car won't break down again, but if it does, I know who to call!
It was about 6:30 at night. I was across the street and tried to back out of the parking spot I was in. I caught my front bumper on a guard railing. Tore it off. I put it back in place to pull into Morgan's. Mina (hope I got his name right) stopped what he was doing to help me. He spent 2 1/2 hours repairing my front bumper. All I was looking for was to get it back on long enough to drive back to Akron. He completely fixed it for me. They normally don't do body work. But he took the time to help me. I will bring all future business to Morgan's. I highly recommend them to all that read this. THANK YOU, GUYS! You saved me that night!
This is one of the best twoing companies that has ever helped me! My car was stuck in a field because I work at a school and often have to drive back behind the building for sports practice. I've never gotten stuck before, but today I did. I called AAA and even they wouldn't help me. But Morgan's was all about it. They came and pulled me out. Bola was the name of my tow truck driver and he was awesome! He wasn't going to stop until he got me out. If you're ever in a jam, then this is the place to call!!!
My husband's tire blew out Sunday night and he couldn't get home on the flat. I found a tow company, they were backed up with tows because of the snowstorm but did pick up my husband and bring him home. But after numerous calls, (they stopped answering, and their voicemail was full) getting the run around, paying for the tow UPFRONT, they never towed my husbands car. The gas station that my husband pulled off in and left his truck there, needed his truck out so that they could plow and if we didn't get it out tonight the owner was going have it towed to police impound. Luckily I stumbled upon Morgan's Auto. I called and talked to Bula he told me to contact his brother Mina. Mina was absolutely awesome and professional! After telling him what happened with the other tow company, and even though he was pretty busy, Mina made it a point by getting my husband's truck out of the gas station parking lot and into our driveway. He never once got upset when we called him, (like the other tow company did) ALWAYS answered his phone, even texted a picture of my husband's truck with the text "got it" to us. He was dependable, personable, warm, and friendly, he was also VERY reasonably priced! Thank you so much Mina, I don't know what I would have done without your help! And thank you for getting it before we started racking up fees with the truck being in the police impound lot! I will definitely refer him to anybody that needs a tow, and like I said earlier he was absolutely awesome!

Needed a tow. State Farm roadside assistance sent a guy from Morgan. I'm very particular about my Camaro. I watched like a Hawk. No issues. He even backed up to my garage and rolled the car right into it's spot. A real pro.
We used Mina’s Towing late last night (by calling Morgan’s Auto) to tow our grandson’s car to Morgan’s because it had two flat tires and we never got our tow from AAA. Mina was great! Very helpful and friendly! He recommended taking the car to Morgan’s for the tires. They called us this morning with an estimate (very reasonable) and the car was ready this afternoon. They made a bad situation bearable. Everyone was helpful and friendly.
I received my service on the 7th of April and let me tell you, the customer service was impeccable. I had a flat tire and I didn’t know until Mina pointed it out. He explained what needed to be done to my car and how he can help me. He did not just repair my tire and let me go, instead, he went into details of all the maintenance that needed to be done on my car. In all my years of going to an auto service shop this by far has to be the best one. Thank you Mina, I appreciate it.
These guys are FANTASTIC. My car broke down and I brought it to them to get it fixed. We found numerous other problems with the car, but they were extremely helpful and dedicated to getting my car back on the road. Not only do they work on my car, but they work on my boyfriends car too. Great prices, great people. I'm glad I found this shop to handle my car needs :)
I cannot even fully express how incompetent this company is. I cannot even justify giving them one star. I had an accident on Monday evening around 5 p.m. and immediately reached out to my insurance company to have roadside assistance call for a tow. About an hour and a half later I received a text message that Morgan's Towing would be picking up the vehicle and delivering it to my mechanic less than 9 miles away (this message included the name and the address of the mechanic). I let the mechanic know the car is being towed there, my car could then be there when the mechanic opened on Tuesday I could get my tires fixed and have my car back by afternoon... this was not the case. Tuesday morning my mechanic calls to inform me that the car is not as his shop. I call Morgan's at 9 a.m. who informs me that they were not told by the insurance company where to tow the car, although the information was listed in the text message I received and the insurance company confirmed the information was sent. Morgan's apologizes and promises they will deliver the car to the mechanic as soon as possible, no more than two hours. Around 3:30 in the afternoon Morgan's calls me again to verify the address of the mechanic. The car has still not been delivered. I verify the address again and I am told by Morgan's the car is in route and will be there shortly. Wednesday morning at 8:30 a.m. the mechanic calls again to inform me my car is still not there. I call the insurance company who conference calls Morgan's to find out why my car was not delivered. Morgan's proceeds to tell us the call was delivered Tuesday night. .. an outright lie. The mechanic obviously confirms the car is not there and Morgan's dispatcher tells us she needs to figure out where the car is and she'll let us know, insinuating they basically do not know where my car is at this point. After more than an hour of phone calls between the mechanic, the insurance company, my insurance agent's office, Morgan's towing and myself, a representative from Morgan's finally admits the car is on their property and was never towed to the mechanic. His explanation, "I was busy", like it was no big deal. It is 11 on Wednesday and my car was just now brought to my mechanics. Two flat tires on Monday night and I am still without a car and paying for a rental thanks to Morgan's towing. I will file a complaint with the insurance company regarding Morgan's in hopes that they never use them again, as well as with the BBB. This company lied repeatedly, "lost" my car, let it sit in their lot for over 40 hours when it could have been fixed and back on the road in a matter of a few hours . They are irresponsible and unreliable. I will NEVER use Morgan's Towing again.
Their towing service is top notch and reasonably priced. I had some basic repairs done on my older car and everything went smoothly. I supplied all the parts and everything was installed properly. This place is definitely not glamorous, in fact, a bit sketchy. After getting my car back I was surprised to see all the negative reviews here. Maybe because of the simplicity of my repair I didn’t have any issues. After reading all these reviews I may be hesitant to let them overhaul my engine, but for basic stuff like changing brakes, drive axles, oil change, they did right by me.
