Glenn the salesman went above and beyond to help me find some lug studs for my car. He was pleasant to speak with and pick up was so easy. The manager Glen was very kind and helpful when greeting us as we walked in. He made a good pick up experience for us when we ordered coolant. We miss the Thursday car shows! Hope to see them back again soon!

Lifetime warranty stabilizer link. Manager says no warranty because it’s wear item don’t make any sense lifetime warranty, but it’s wear item. .. makes noise not covered under warranty ??????

Came on a Saturday purchased 2 pak #3156 and 2 pak #3157 bulbs for $29. My gosh.Went home and looked online and bought 12 for $8. Decided to take back the next day unopened/undamaged. Came to parts counter and before i said a word he stated there is no return on electrical parts. I looked around and said where does it say that? Was no behind the counter sign stating return policy.He directed me to a backwords sign that explains the return policy which you cant see as you walk into store. You MAY see it as your leaving but you already purchaed it so its yours no matter. As for $29 for 4 bulbs i would have rethinked it before i purchased . But he did not want to listen to me. I felt like it was entrapment. I Will not shop at that store and will spread the word of my experience.

Oh. My. Gosh. I seriously have never gotten better customer service than from Mike. They were 5 minutes from close, and had no problem helping me find anything I needed. Mike was quick, kind, and efficient, and had me checked out with all my items within minutes. And even though he had no obligation to, I asked him- a minute before close- to scan my car codes. He gave me recommendations and was incredibly professional and helpful. I wish I could give him 1000 stars- but I rather he get a promotion instead!!! (But if he’s the boss, that makes sense lol) Biggest thank you to Mike and his team that night, you all helped a worried 21 y/o girl make it 500 miles home safely. I cannot thank your team enough.

Closed/locked doors before their actual close time. I needed to stop in and grab a socket. I arrived about 10 minutes at 9 pm. I understand it's close to close, but if you aren't open until 9pm, don't advertise that you are. Advertise that you close at 8:50pm or 8:45pm, or whatever time you decide to stop servicing people. I've never had this issue at Autozone, I just happen to be closer Advanced Auto parts. I know now that they can't be relied upon, just wanted to put this out there to maybe help them change their poor business practices and help anyone that may waste their time driving their close to close.

the employee that helped me was very nice and helpful. he ran testing and diagnostics on both of my car batteries, the alternator and the check engine code. I ended up not needing any parts for my car, so I bought an accessory just because I was grateful for his extensive assistance.

Although I knew what I needed, no one there greeted me or asked if I needed help. I did have a hard time finding the correct motor oil (European Full Synthetic). After a few minutes I did find it, but would have been nice if someone had asked if I needed help.

Don't fall for the Advanced Auto bait and switch scam. They promise 15% off, the catch is there are 30 exceptions, I'm not kidding! Nothing consumers hate more..

I had called ahead of time asking if they could install a battery and was told yes. Upon arrival I was told there was one battery left and it was expensive but I needed it so I said sure. Then the associate said he couldn’t install it. I explained that I needed it as I had to jump my car to get it there but he said he couldn't get to it. So I went to Autozone and the guy there installed it with no problems. This was a disappointing first experience at this store and I won’t be going back.

Bob W. at Advance provided us with EXCELLENT customer service today, and plenty of other days. Today he installed my boyfriend's battery, since I recommended he come here. I've been coming to this store for years because of the great service that is always given. Bob W. so graciously stood out in the cold and snow to install the battery and did it with a smile! Thank you so much!

The genleman I just talked to is named Garret and he just told me that the brakes I purchased from them are not under warranty unless they are defective( I hope you would not sell defective brakes of all parts) . When asked how come Autozone has no problem honoring their warranty his reply was that they have better warranty and make a lot less money on brakes. LOL I guess I will be shopping at Autozone in the future for all my car needs. Advanced also mede it imposible to exchange a battery about nine months ago and I just thought it was an unknoledgeable employee issue but now I see a pattern. Again I was able to exhange a differnt battery at Autozone no questions asked about a month ago. We all know that the parts made today are not what they used to be, put politely. It's nice to know that there is places like Autozone which will at least honor their warranty and not make you jump through hoops.

Great auto parts store. My opion best around. They take as much time with you to answer all and any questions you might have. Very knowledgeable as well. I never fo anywhere else but there. Well , I go to Auto Zone but for 1 reason only and that reason is to get codes scanned. Other than that Advanced is the only place. I do order online fr Amazon or places like that for parts sometimes because you can get parts cheaper online but if it's only 10-20 dollar difference from online and in-store I will always get it from the store. I dont wanna wait 2 days or more for shipping when I can walk out with the part I need and get home and replace it. Plus warranty is so much easier when I can just walk in store and bring part back and walk out with brand new part in less than 10 minutes. Online you have to file claim then send it back and wait for new one to be shipped out. And car jus sits till I recieve they new warranty exchange arrives which could be weeks.

The manager there was great, a very customer oriented person. They did not have the exact right part that showed in their computer system but he went above and beyond to try to help me and was so nice to my daughter. He even bought me a monster for the trouble and I was blown away. Best auto parts store experience I have had. Thank you!

Great, centrally located location. Clean both inside and outside. If they don't have a part, they have it mostly the next day! Recommend for your auto needs.

Workers were rude and mocking me for asking a simple question. UPDATE: found exactly what I asked for on the advance auto parts website. The exact same thing they laughed at me for asking if they carried... yeah they sure do know their stuff.

The guy behind the counter spent about 10 minutes on the phone with someone while I was waiting with products in hand to cash out and said thinking I couldn't hear him 'this f***er is probably getting annoyed I better let you go' while making eye contact before hanging up. I'll make the extra drive to auto zone

Everytime I stop at here for some last minute parts, I have had an excellent experience. Staff is very knowledgable, always have what I need in stock, and have worked with me on price in the past. Recently I had a warranty issue with a product and they replaced it without question. I will be back. THANKS!

Staff here is always friendly and helpful. Store has a good amont of items in stock. However, for a large national chain, the prices are too high on consumables such as oil, lubes, and cleaners. Walmart has them for 30% cheaper.
