I have been taking my vehicles to Sirl's now for a few years since we noticed our old mechanic wasn't really fixing them and still charging us. I have been very happy with repairs and service at Sirls to the point that I have moved over an hour away and they are still my go to repair shop.
I stupidly locked both sets of keys in my car. The guy that came out tonight was so nice and so incredibly helpful!! He got my car open with zero damage!!

Using my roadside today y’all towed my vehicle and only towed it two miles to a shop to diagnose a reduced engine power issue. The problem is I had brakes that worked before it was towed and Now when the repair went to move it the truck no longer has brakes.!!!! I’ll filling a complaint with the BBB AND ANYWHERE ELSE I CAN. I’m probably going to lose my job now.
Had a tough situation to get a wrecked truck into a tight space. Couldn’t do it with the original truck, sent out a different one and get it put where it needed to be!
This is the second time I've had to have my car towed. I have roadside assistance and they were designated the towing company. No showed for the first car, when contacted the rude receptionist said they had no ticket. Took over 3 hours to get assistance. Today... the exact same thing is happening, although now, roadside assistance is having to find someone else as they claim it's outside their jurisdiction! NEVER AGAIN!
I recently had to get my vehicle towed twice and my insurance uses Sirls and I'm glad they do. Both times the gentlemen were extremely kind, helpful and tried to see if they could fix the issue so it wouldn't need to be towed. They were fast and efficient but most importantly they treated me with respect. Being a younger woman, I don't always get spoken to in a kind, respectful way when it comes to cars but these men were so kind and helpful. They seemed like they really enjoyed what they do and having opportunities to help people that are in stressful situations. I would highly recommend them!!

I am so grateful to the team at Sirls after my daughter’s car was towed in after breaking down. The repairs were done quickly and expertly. Took my car in for an inspection to see what it needed done and they gave me an honest opinion of what it needed and didn’t force me to do anything at all. Now I just got to decide what I want to do with it. Nice people and highly recommend them for work. Not many honest shops left that’s for sure. Thank you for your time appreciate it a lot.
Brian came through in a big way today. He picked up my Jeep and got it into my driveway exactly like I asked, despite there being a couple of complications that may have given trouble to someone inexperienced. He helped me test the issue I was having with my vehicle and I'm confident now that I have narrowed down the problem. He is good people and I'm thankful that he was able to resolve my situation while also being super respectful and considerate. I would happily recommend using Sirl's for any tow job you might need, especially if the other operators are as awesome as he was.
We have used Sirl's Automotive for their mechanical expertise on our personal repairs and an unfortunate insurance loss. We've also used their towing services, they are very speedy and reasonably priced all around. Very quick times in their repair turn around. We recommend Sirls to all our family and friends that are local.
Had a great, patient, and friendly tow truck driver assist me. He did exactly as I asked when dropping off the vehicle. I would use this company again without hesitation!
I mean, just wow! I had issues with my car's starter, and they took care of me! The amazing work speaks for itself but what really needs to be mentioned is their top tier customer service. I cannot recommend them enough!
Unbelievable service. I didn't catch the guys name tonight unfortunately but he assisted towing me and my 2014 RAM. Very knowledgeable, extremely professional. Unfortunate spot for my truck to die and he had multiple answers for the situation, even taught me how to get my truck in neutral because I had a knob shifter.. Thanks again man for your professionalism in the blistering cold!
I have nothing but good things to say about this shop. I have had to go a few times requesting heavier repairs. The parts needed were ordered and arrived with in 1 day, and car completed within 2-3 days. They are so very kind and polite and I enjoy every interaction with the staff there. Just had a phenomenal experience with Sirls. Nobody ever wants to require the services of a tow company but when the need arises, you know you’re in great hands with Sirls. Driver Ray was prompt, courteous with a great attitude and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend. Won’t hesitate to use again if needed.
Can't recommend. When I brought my car in they asked me 3 times what other things they could check, fishing for additional work. I get a drain and refill on my Nissan transmission every year in Illinois, but I'm temporarily out of town in Ohio. So I tried Sirls. They said the transmission was leaking, but they insisted on 'test driving' while the fluid was low, and they reported problems I hadn't been having, but might be expected if the fluid is low. After a drain the transmission takes 4 quarts to refill, but they only used 3 quarts and underfilled it. They again insisted on test driving it underfilled, and reported the transmission was having problems I wasn't having before, but problems that could be expected when the transmission is a quart low. And I know they only used 3 quarts, because I had provided the transmission fluid, and I saw how much was left over. When I asked them directly how many quarts they put in before I picked up the car, they refused to answer, saying they would have to ask the technician, stated in a way that made clear they weren't going to do that. Lots of red flags. Didn't see many customers, but they seem to do a lot of towing. I guess towing is really their main line of business.
Blew out both my passenger side tires and needed a quote quickly. Doug and the team at Sirl’s did just that and was helpful with getting the best prices for the wheels. Appreciate the urgency and pricing. Definitely recommend this body shop!

Kudos to this company. My boyfriend’s truck got stuck in mud. I contacted our Roadside Assistance and they matched us with Sirl’s. Nick who came out was a heck of a nice guy and very helpful. He was fast and efficient. Would highly recommend!
Used Cirl's twice in the same day for tow service. Not only were they efficient, but they were also professional. Nick took extra precautions to make sure he didn't scrape the driveway and got it between the house and fence like a pro. Would recommend.
