Ordered and paid for batterie online for pickup in Parma hts. Because it was in stock at store.
Got to store and they had none. Had to get a different compatible battery and cost additional $17.
I needed to recycle two florescent tubes and Batteries Plus was recommended. I was told there is a fee of $1.48 for each tube, which is very reasonable. The man who helped me greeted me right away and was very nice. Thank you for this service.

Terrible experience from buying it to picking it up.
The online kept saying there was a issue yet kept trying to take the money ( luckily the bank caught it )
At pickup the young lady behind the counter acted like I was asking for a kidney when I asked for my battery then wanted to argue with me about my core deposit

The fob works again so that's cool. I paid for lifetime replacement.

Batteries Plus located in The Shoppes of Parma,Parma,Ohio 44129, purchased a APC-Back- UPS to use in home for power outages, I can plug about 5 items in like lamps, phones etc when power goes out, lasts 5 hours,after the power outage on August 6, 2024 I really wanted this item $89 plus tax about $97 good price I was scared in the dark
Overall great experience from start to finish. I was notified when placing my order online that there was a coupon available, and once my order was ready for pickup I even received a phone call letting me know it was ready. Great service!
Counter person spent 25 minutes replacing a $20 screen protector while other people were waiting to simply pay for their purchases. Now I understand why your retail outlets fail.
It is very nice to have a a business that focuses on the products they sell. I am pleasantly surprised that they have always had my requirements in stock. This is refreshing compared to going to Wlmrt.
I needed a battery for my John Deere lawn tractor. I called the Batteries Plus store in Parma Ohio and the person l spoke with was very helpful. The battery l needed was unfortunately not in stock at the Parma location but they had it for my the following day. The staff at Batteries Plus is very friendly and a pleasure to deal with, way to go guys!

I recently bought 3 different batteries. The AAA batteries I purchased were out of stock and the salesperson switched out for a different brand. Same price and 2 more batteries.

Just when I thought excellent customer service was a thing of the past, my faith was restored when I went into this store and met Vik. He went above and beyond helping me find exactly what I needed and took time to explain everything to me. He even ordered something to have transferred to this store so it could be more convenient for me. Wow!!!
Ordered online and was offered 15% off my purchase and picked it up within five minutes of ordering. Transaction was very quick and efficient. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. What else can you ask for from your local battery store.

Stopped in for the first time to see what all they carried. Staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Introduced me to some of their other services, and I was especially excited about their machine that will test your key fob battery for free to see if that's the problem it stopped working. I'll begoing back for that little diddy!

I bought 2 refurbished phones off of Amazon that came with bad batteries 83% & 87%. This was the second set of phones and one of them was my daughters Christmas present so yeah I didn’t have time to send them back again. I found these guys and they were my elves this Christmas. Very good price they were able to put brand new batteries in the phones for me within a half hour! And comes with a year warranty too :) way better than what the third party seller off Amazon was trying to do. These guys are awesome and I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Very professional, down to earth courtesy all around. Will definitely go back again. And already told them I would be lol

I ordered online and when i got there to pick up my purchase, the clerk who first waited on me said he didnt have any order for me! Even after I told him i got an email from them telling me my purchase was ready to be picked up. Then anither clerk overheard our conversation and told the other guy that yes my order is in the back. And that it was the one they just got together about 25 minutes ago. I think that clerk needs to know how to check for paid orders! Thank you!
Zander was great! He fixed my phones the same day I brought them in. The price was very fair and accurate with what he said it would be. And most importantly, he has excellent customer service.
