I ended up with a nail in my tire amd losing air quickly called the shop Marty answered said come on down they were able to fix the tire and do an oil change for me very quick, professional very satisfied new customer.

Would NOT recommend, there's not something right, my car is worse than when I took it in im contacting a lawyer, I can't afford to pay 400 bucks and not even know if they ever even tried to fix it, I ended up with a waiver and my airbag light on!! NOT A GOOD THING FOR THEM! Oh yeah I had to get my tire fixed too, they ran over something in their parking lot!!!

Our classic, yes classic 1984 Fiero, all original under 32,000 miles was serviced by Al’s Auto!! They took extreme care working on it and able to resolved our issues and provide necessary maintenance needed. Very pleased and will only use Al’s Auto for service for my classics!
We found this garage in 2019. We have taken our daily drivers and our classic car here since that time. We recommend this place to all of our family members and our friends. They can get very busy. So, if you need a Saturday appointment plan ahead.

My skid plate suddenly came loose and I stopped in right before they were about to close with very low hopes/expectations that I would be assisted. They refastened it in 15 minutes for a mere $20. Thanks guys!
I would give them zero stars if I could. Estimated time frame 2-3 weeks it took nearly 4 months. Over that 4 month time frame there was little to no follow up with the numerous messages and calls left asking for updates. We had to go up to the shop to get any information. Finally after that almost 4 month timeframe and paying over $4000 in “repairs” the car broke down the very same day. There are several other auto repair shops in the area, I’d suggest giving them your business as according to Marty at Al’s Auto Service “they have enough business, he or Al doesn’t care about my negative review about their terrible work.”
Al’s place is the best, him and his whole staff all got some signature style comedy alongside their extensive knowledge about vehicles as a whole. They’re very good especially with older muscle cars!! Always a nice sight to see goin to the shop, some wild custom, restored, or original mint cars I’ve never seen in person lol. I’d have to say the comedy/professionalism value/ratio is on point . They do good work and get it done quick. Fully approved

I needed a gas tank repair, other places quoted me 200-300. Marty talked to me and gave me a solution that did not cost anything. While there, he changed my oil. Very happy at the honesty and professional way I was treated.
They are going out of their way to solve an annoying noise others seem to not be able to find on my 2012 jeep wrangler. Very pleasant and accommodating. I think I have found my new auto place.

I called Al's garage for an oil change appointment and within a couple of days they were able to fit me in within the hours i was available. I expected to wait a bit like i always do when i got my oil changed at the other place, but was pleasantly surprised when they took my car in right away! they also rotated my tires and let me know by the next oil change I'll be needing back brakes. I appreciate being let known in advance of upcoming expenses so i can budget accordingly.
had a alignment ( not ) DONE ON MY 2005 DODGE RAM 1500 When picked up the first time noticed steering wheel was not clocked properly called brought back several days later vehicle still has steering wheel not clocked properly was told by marty don't know what else he can do. My guess is steering was not straight when work was done . have driven on side street's crown left and right FLAT PARKING LOTS and freeways wheel is still not straight unless I'm turning right. other vehicles I have driven on the same roads do not have this problem. I need vehicle fixed correctly or my money back so I can take it somewhere they can do the work correctly . obviously it is not the crown of the street it was the work done.
Have never had Al's work on one of my vehicles but thought I would check it out since so close to home. Called 3 places asking for same thing, pricing a front brake job for my car. Prices given were $300, $300 and Al's . . $460. Soo . . . might do great work, Idk, but check your prices.
Al's is very dependable not only for scheduled maintenance but for unexpected car problems. Our car had an unexpected loud noise and we were able to take the car in the same day we called to have it checked out and it was fixed that day. We trust Al's for their great service and dependability. We have been a customer since they opened. Marty has worked on all of our cars through the years and has done a great job. Thank you!
I should have just gone to a dealership considering how much I was charged for the minimal work that was done. I had my transmission fluid line dump on me and was towed here with AAA's recommendation. I share my receipt as proof that for a job that should normally cost at most $250-300 I was charged over $600! Their business practices are to obviously take advantage of people who are admittedly at their mercy. In addition I checked my transmission fluid upon pickup and it was damn near black. Meaning more then likely they never fed the transmission new ATF. Please do yourself a favor and find a trustworthy and respectable mechanic because you won't find it at this shop
Al's Auto Service was recommended by a friend who has had work done there before. I called at about 8:30 am hoping but not really expecting to get an appointment for a wheel alignment the same day. To my surprise I was asked if 1:00 pm would be ok. My vehicle is a 1967 Camaro that I spent 4 years restoring by myself and with only 21 miles since restoration and having no way to do a wheel alignment myself I was a little nervous about someone else working on the car. I brought the car in and was met by Scott a mechanic at the shop who introduced himself and shook my hand . After a short conversation I could tell Scott was a real car guy. I was able to watch the alignment procedure and was very satisfied with his knowledge, skills, and attitude. He also was very careful during the process which was completed in an hour. I noticed the shop was very well equipped but had that old school feel that I really liked. Price was very reasonable for the quality of work done. I even trusted Scott to do a road test when he finished the job. I would recommend this shop to my friends and neighbors and would not hesitate to bring my cars back for service. Jim K.

I "discovered" Al's Auto about two years ago after moving "back home" after many years in Houston, Texas. While in Houston, there was hardly ever a routine maintenance procedure that didn't include a mega dollar estimate for "suggested" additional work. I was almost shocked at first when I got my first oil change at Al's and there WASN'T such a suggestion. Since that time, I have referred Al's to family members and friends alike, as well as having my car serviced there. Al's is seriously a GREAT auto repair facility.
My family and I have been taking our cars to Alan and Marty for years. Recently I took my 2 year old Subaru there because I was getting check engine lights and other warning lights. Within 45 minutes Marty had a diagnosis for me and sent me to subaru as pars of the car were still under warranty. It took subaru over a week to come up with the same diagnosis he came up with in 45 minutes! They are the best and are always so helpful, I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else.
I am completely happy with the service I got from Al's Auto Service. My vehicle's issue turned out to be less serious than we originally thought, so the cost ended up being half of what I expected. They even provided me with some extra services while they had my vehicle. Nice to deal with a business you trust.
Would recommend this place to anyone, broke down in Ohio Triple-A towed is to this shop. Al and his team were thorough and found the problem. Al himself gave us a ride to and from the hotel which extremely generous. They had us back on the road the next day and the car made it all the way to California without a hitch and still going.
