I have never met a person at a motive shop as kind as the owner of Sass automotive. I tried going to a couple well known places down the street in Parma and they both wanted around $200 to just look under the hood when my car was severely overheating with my young daughter in the car. Him and his employee took us in even while busy.

I went here to inquire about parts for my van. The owner didn't seem to want to be bothered by my needs. I have gone there in the past and he was friendly and helpful. I don't know why the change in attitude. As of right now I wouldn't recommend going to him.
