After waiting nearly 6 hours for a AAA tow truck to arrive we were forced to find other arrangements and called Interstate instead. Amazingly they arrived within 30-40 minutes and I cancelled the AAA tow truck. Incredibly disappointed with AAA but massively appreciative to Interstate.
Wish i could give them 6 stars, winched me out of the median at 3am after insurance left me stranded. Josh on the phones was great and got someone out to me quick.
They Towed my box truck based on my request. Without asking me for any upfront payment and they told me what it would cost me which was very reasonable and affordable. They delivered my truck to the most efficient mechanic in town and he started work on my truck immediately. I will recommend Interstate towing to you any day.
Operator answer my questions and set me up for a time for the tow truck guy to come. They to came within 20 minutes! Mike the tow truck driver was excellent and professional.
Husband blew a tire at 6:30 in the morning on his way to work, three miles from home. It was -13° out. I called and it was immediately answered. I was given a quote for 60 to 90 minutes until they get there. They're were there quickly and had him towed home before the 9o minutes were even up. Thank you so much. We also live on a very tight street. The driver excelled with all maneuverability. Excellent company, great employees, and I will never use another towing company.

2° outside on a Saturday morning..fuel filter plugged on the side of rt 71 in Cleveland. Within 4 hours Dilbert had me on the road. Great reliable service. Fair price on the road call. Use these guys !
Wow best most reasonable priced shop. Got my truck and loaded trailer with 45000lbs towed for 13 miles for 750. Alot of tow companies would have charged 750 just for the bobtail truck by itself. Appreciate it!

Dispatch and the driver were excellent. When I got the picture that's when I seen that 3 lug nuts were missing from my front tire. Couldn't bend down to look when my tire was wobbling cause I had hip replacement. So the pictures helped tremendously.
I needed a jump after moving the entire day. it was already a stressful day. Being stuck added to the day on top of trying to pack 2 adults, 3 dogs and miscellaneous items into a jeep on a freezing night, was an overwhelming task but the customer service I received over the phone was great as well in person! I really appreciate it!

Service is great! When we have trouble out alongside the highway as a trucking company many miles from the office and the shop we cannot just go out there and see what’s wrong. They went out took care of it. And sent the driver on his way.
I was broke down on 11/15/25 and my company contacted interstate heavy duty and towing. It did take a while for them to get out to me based on the current demand for there services in the area so my rating doesn't reflect my wait time but there exceptional customer service. My first wreckers name was Denny (hopefully I'm spelling it right). Denny was quick to get my tractor/trailer hooked up and to there yard and then drop my trailer and get my rig to the nearest kenworth dealership for repairs. On the way we picked up a ratchet/wrench on the road that wrapped around his hydraulic lines and tore them all out. I've never seen anything like that happen before. The rest of the crew was on the ball and they were in route and working like fire ants to get everything cleaned up & resolved & eventually put another wrecker on my truck to get me to my destination. My 2nd wrecker was awesome, I didn't get his name but had a great conversation. These guys hustle and work hard to get the job done and persevered to resolve any conflicts. Keep up the great job guy's/gals.
They were professional and helpful in a night that I was freezing in my semi truck, they took care of it and gave me a ride to a warm hotel. I am thankful for their service and professionalism. The only problem is poor coordination between the office and mechanics. My truck was parked there for four days before they can change only the fuel filter.
My jeep went in a very deep ditch maybe 6 ft deep, at the bottom of a very big hill! When I finally stopped and we were in the ditch the jeep fell on the passenger side breaking its side view mirror. The road had lots of hard snowy icy conditions coming down fast!!!!! Terrible road conditions not plowed on my side of the road yet. The expert tow service man took a lot of time making sure he got my jeep out COMPLETELY WITHOUT A SCRATCH OR DENT!!!!! He took the time he needed to carefully remove the jeep without incident and I could drive it myself to the Jeep Dealership!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR BEING EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY CAREFUL!!!! I’m so grateful my friend recommended and called them for me and the driver arrived in a really timely manner!!!!! Thank you so much for an OUTSTANDING JOB!!!!! I didn’t think to take photos but the driver did!!!! I haven’t received a price yet.
It took a while for the technician to arrive but he was able to diagnose the problem very quickly and make a temporary fix. He also gave me a recommendation on where to get the problem permanently repaired.
The operator that came out to tow our tractor was super nice and very professional. Obviously very knowledgeable of his job and duties. Great value for the price. Fantastic equipment as well. His tow truck was spotless inside and out. Would definitely recommend.
Great, professional service! The man who handled my NA Miata this Sunday was very knowledgeable with his truck and I had full confidence in his ability to tow my car safely and efficiently. He was very kind and showed up earlier than expected despite it raining that day. The price was very reasonable and I will be contacting this company in the future for any towing needs!

I can’t believe how awsome they were. I called with a minor crises almost flat tire in food truck and having to still do events later I. The day. They had someone almost immediately at my site. Switched my tire md was in my way.
