I am moving out of Parma Estates due to the $450 electric bills I continue to receive for a brand new double wide with one single person residing in it. I sold my washer/dryer. Friends came over to pick it up last evening. One truck parked in my driveway, another on the side of my house. They were in my home for less than 5 minutes when Westside Towing attempted to tow the truck away. I approached the driver who demanded a $100 "drop truck" charge to release the vehicle. He then sneered he was doin us a favor. I paid the driver, complained to Westside Towing and the corporate office for Parma Estates as well as my attorney as I suspect this behavior is illegal. I am informed by my neighbors that this driver trolls the driveways at night to search for vehicles he can tow. Shamne, Shame, Shame.
I took my vehicle to get maintenance through my warranty for a new engine near end of September 2024. I Kept getting insufficient excuses and bad timelines of when my vehicle would be repaired. Once I got my vehicle back on November 5, 2024, I was informed by the mechanic (the owner), that he had cracked my windshield, as he said it with a smirk. Near 3 months and counting, no return calls or texts for when I can get it fixed. He also did not finish putting on my exhaust gasket which was part of the repair, also no communication on when that part can get put on. Several times, I dropped my vehicle off, at an agreed time and day, without it being serviced spending more money on ride shares and rental cars with more or no excuses. Windshield crack is now stretching on both sides in the winter.
These guys are extremely professional. They arrived when they said they would. They also work on cars. I thought I was going to pay through the nose to get my car fixed. When I explained what was going on I was told to bring it up to the shop. Turned out to be a simple fix for him and he charged accordingly. He could have taken advantage and didn't. He's earned my business and respect. Thank you
Great place & great prices. Rich diagnosed my car & fixed it without a problem! Definitely my go to when I need work done on my car & I refer him to people when they’re looking for a mechanic.
Richard the owner is very fair in pricing on his service offerings and extremely knowledgeable on doing repairs wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else to get worked on but here!
Also he buys unwanted cars at very fair pricing just has to have a title!
The towing services offered are top notch no short cuts and know your vehicle will towed properly without any damage to it!
Westside towing was amazing. I started calling tow companys at 7am. Buy 1pm no one called me back. I called Westside!!! Within 10 mins they were at my car hooking it up & driving it to the mechanic for me. I will only be calling Westside towing if I ever need a tow in the future! Price was amazing and did I mention it was the day before Thanksgiving!! Truly made my holiday better. Woke up a nervous wreck and was cooking dinner by the evening thanks to Westside towing.
After waiting 2-1/2 hrs at a different company, i called here and they arrived in 15 minutes no B.S. love the prompt reliable service. Very Professional. Thank you
They gave me the most money for my 2005 nissan altima and came same day all other olaces would have given me way less money i recommend westside towing to buy your junk car
We junked our 2002 Toyota Camry, I simply called then was told to text my make model and my address within a couple hours a honest gentlemen with a tow truck came by paid us and left with the car. So simple & easy. Highly recommend, just be patient they are busy and they drive all over. Thank you so much!
Not professional at all. You call them and they don't pick up the phone and cant even leave a message because the voicemail is full. They didn't show up at the first scheduled time and even said they were stuck in traffic and asked to reschedule. When rescheduled didn't even show up and couldn't get in contact with them. I would definitely not recommend.
No stars. He never showed up for two days. He kept saying he was coming and i rearranged my schedule and never showed. We called a different company and they came in a hour and gave us more money then he was going to. Very unprofessional
Rich was awesome. He came to us within an hour and was very professional and courteous. We were waiting 4 hours for another company when we called. He was getting ready to go home when he heard of our situation and said he felt bad for us. He gave the same amount as the other company offered. I will be calling him first from now on.
