Idk how else to say it other then they are really good people I didn’t have all my paperwork in order and they gave me time to figure my stuff out knowing if I didn’t I would be waiting almost 2 months to see them again and they wanted to make sure I could get my vehicle back on the road. They are really friendly people and they were very quick with there inspection. Thank you guys for helping me out
I understand the need for the inspection. However, I watched 2 guys under the hood of my car with mediocre flashlights for more than 20 minutes, with absolutely no idea what they were looking at. The first 15 minutes there, my car sat in "Bay 2" with no one even looking at it. The entire process over an hour. I'm a 25 year certified technician. I can do a COMPLETE inspection in 15 minutes. I had concerns that parts of their inspection puts a significant drain on the battery of a European vehicle. As these batteries are equipped with AGM batteries. One of the inspectors looked my car up on eBay and told me my battery was $90. However, he didn't notice it was a battery from a salvaged vehicle. That battery is $400 at the Volvo dealership, so I have every right to be concerned. Inspector Rose is also an arrogant guy, with a poor attitude. This place is a poor representation of the state highway patrol.
