Brought my car in for the first time today and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I called to see if they could install some new bolts/clips(I bought elsewhere) on my splash guard under my car as mine had rusted through this winter and they got me in same day and got it done super quick. They didn't even charge me (I know this was an “easy” job but time is money and they could’ve charged something and they didn’t). Amy behind the front desk was very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!
Had a pretty serious thing break on my car right before the weekend and they were able to get me in and tell me what’s wrong same day. I had my car back at beginning of the week. Amy was very nice.
Took my Toyota to get it looked at for brakes and a check engine light. Paid $200 for no answer as to why the engine light is on and no other services done. Robbed me $200 just to tell me what I already knew. This was a recommendation too smh
I took my 2010 Toyota RAV4 for alignment. When I received back it had a terrible shake coming from rear. They informed it needed new driveshaft. It would cost around $1,100.00 to fix.She never had that problem until after they performed the alignment. 10/1/25 1st off a 2012 toyota with a little over 114k miles isn't high mileage. MOST Important YOU NEVER did 4 wheel alignment. I had 4 new tires installed 1/13/25. I was informed both my rear tires are bald on the inside. THEREFORE MY ALL WHEEL ALIGNMENT WASN'T DONE! INFACT you performed arear end unalignment. -5 STAR REVIEW. TODAY I HAVE TO BUY 2 NEW REAR TIRES AND ANOTHER ALL WHEEL ALIGNMENT. Change your name to WURST AUTOMOTIVE.
After a long absence returned to Fuerst and am very pleased. Don't drive much these days so recent service was for oil change and tire rotation. Was able to book a "I'll wait for it: appointment and was completed when promised. Very thorough safety inspection was appreciated and pointed out some future maintenance items. Very pleased with the whole experience and will return in the future.

I've been a customer for more than 15 years & wouldn't trust anyone else with my automotive repairs. They are honest, reliable, courteous, respectful & helpful, all of which are rare characteristics to find in business these days! They display solid values & ethics in how they treat their customers, which are extremely important to me.
Absolute headache.the repairs went well enough except being overcharged. The nightmare began with payment. I mistakingly gave them a check made out to ME by a third party.It took me a few days to realize this.I didnt panic because certainly the auto shop would catch the mistake.Dont they look at the checks to make sure the info is accurate?Guess not because when i called i was told the check had been cashed??!! That was part of my rent.I had another check made out specifically to the shop from a non profit because i couldnt afford thr repair. They were so rude.especially the desk 'lady' Amy. It is now 4days waiting.my rent is late and i cant even speak to the person who handles the finances?? I am in shock. True enough it was my mistake to begin with.but absolutely positively no way should that check been cashed. Im calling the bank now. Shame on these ppl for making me wait and for the way they have treated me.
Taken my car here for a while and they always do a great job! Always know how to fix everything and pricing is good as well. And the whole company is the sweetest! Definitely recommend taking your car here!
Excellent auto repair! I've been using Fuerst for years and Bob, Rick, Amber and crew are real pros. Honest & and friendly. I like them much better than the dealership for my BMW.

Most other places are always running behind and don't even look at your car for at least an hour, even if you have an appointment. With Fuerst they are respectful of our time! They get to work right away!

I think the #1 thing that is most important to me whenever I have my vehicle looked after is trust. When I got referred to take my automobile to Fuerst Automotive I immediately came in contact with Rick, I was having some issues with a “rattling” sound in my car and of course the first thing I think of is “how much is this gonna cost me”. Rick assured me the first thing he would do a full inspection of the car at pretty much no fee to me and gave me a complete run down of my vehicle. They informed me in detail why and what absolutely needed to be addressed to keep my vehicle safe and last longer, and also to things to make sure I keep an eye on down the road that may not need to be addressed, and also things he told me look great about my car. He broke down everything in a great outline to help me understand what I needed and he was able to fix my car in less than 24 hours and I was back on the road! Not only was his service above and beyond, they even gave me a ride to work since I was in close proximity to the shop. I have been a client of Fuerst automotive now for over two years and there is no one better than I trust with my vehicle. All of my staff use Fuerst Automotuve and Rick will always get you in the same day and make sure that your vehicle is safe and back on the road ASAP! I cannot recommend them enough! Fuerst is a great auto shop. We’ve had both our cars here for oil changes, transmission fluid, brake fluid, new tires, wheel replacement, and alignment. They also have a software to see the previous work you’ve had done by them, which saved me money when I had a Honda code for brake fluid I had installed just 6 month earlier. Rick is their front office guy and is super-easy to work with, keeping me up-to-date throughout the day so I know when my car will be done to pick up. I wish I found them earlier. Thank you!

Fuerst Automotive is awesome! Customer service is top rate - they go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. I have bought tires from here, had service work, and assistance with buying a used car (they did an inspection). Very honest and thorough. Their shop is a bit of a hike from my home - but definitely worth the drive.
My spouse and I always take our cars to Fuerst! Once we were about to leave for a road trip and found a nail in our tire. We called Fuerst and explained the situation and they stayed open late and took care of our problem so we could leave on time! After that service they had customers for life. We always get our oil changes here and have gotten brakes, tires, alignments etc. We always get great service. Highly recommended
Fuerst Automotive was recommended to me, and my high expectations were exceeded. Family owned and operated, they inspect and care for your vehicle as if it were their own. While my truck was being worked on, I received a link via text message with photos of the work and detailed notes, including the name of the technician completing the work. My vehicle was returned to me in a timely fashion, running better than the day I bought it. The cost was more than reasonable. Days later, I received a personalized letter in the mail, signed by the owners, containing a coupon for my next visit. This kind of above and beyond service is hard to come by in today’s world. I’ll be taking my vehicles to Fuerst Automotive exclusively from now on.
