I’ve used this towing company for several years now and never had such an experience like this with this towing company or any other towing company ever. Got stuck in a ditch and needed a heavy wrecker to pull me out waited 3hrs for someone only for someone to never come, I will extend my apologies to the operator as it wasn’t his fault but I’m not sure why he was surprised I hung up after waiting 2hrs 45mins and not a word from them updating me they told me wait another 45 mins I did I called back to see what happened then they finally said they couldn’t get a wrecker available…. Could’ve had the decency to say it’s going to be hard to get someone out there we are backed up from the get go instead they made me wait 3hrs 30mins this will be the last time I use this company for personal or business use.
If I could give a 0 stars I would. My brothers car got towed and who ever they called out to tow his car stole many very expensive tools out of his car 0-10 I don’t recommend! Call another tow company save you’re self from getting items stolen out of your car.
My brothers car was towed the other day we received the car back a day later to find many expensive tools and other items were stolen out of his vehicle I do NOT recommend calling them for a tow!
Beware! My husband was recently involved in a not at fault accident that resulted in damage to the front end of our new Sonata. He was transported to the hospital while Beachwood police dispatched Interstate Towing to collect our vehicle from the scene. A couple days later we took the vehicle release form to their lot and asked if we could collect a few possessions from the vehicle while we were there. Much to our surprise damage had been done to the rear quarter panel, pieces of it are broken and visible in the snow under the vehicle. We mentioned it and it was met with a non chalant shrug. Because of all the sensors that need to be replaced and recalibrated the damage done exceeds $4,000.
I had the unfortunate experience of having my vehicle impounded by Interstate Towing after a recent auto accident. My vehicle was completely disabled, and I trusted that it would be held in a secure area while at their impound lot. However, to my shock and disappointment, my vehicle was vandalized and broken into while in their care.
To make matters worse, when I called to address the situation, I was met with evasiveness and a lack of accountability. The owner allegedly couldn’t or wouldn’t come to the phone, and the staff seemed clueless about the situation. It’s baffling that no one in the company seemed to know anything about what had happened, especially given that it’s their job to oversee the operation and safety of the impound lot.
Overall, this experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I wouldn’t trust Interstate Towing to keep your vehicle safe. I expect better accountability and communication, especially in situations like this.
Driver was exceptional even though he charged for a site clean up that I did. The person answering the phone at the facility was useless however. I called a couple of days later and asked if he would get the mileage off the vehicle since I needed it to cancel aftermarket options. He told me he couldn’t because it was two buildings away. And he didn’t really care when I questioned his Customer service skills.
I was very pleased with their service from start to finish. A driver was scheduled right away, I was given a short time of arrival, 16 minutes, which was very fast. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. Thank you!
This truck of yours was flashing me on the 480 going west because I was driving to speed limit on the freeway. I was on the far right lane!! And this guy has the nerve to come within inches of my bumper and turn on his high beams. It's bad drivers like this who represent your company and cause accidents. I emailed a "Jay" about this and never got a reply back about the photos I sent from my dash cam. Ask your self future customers. Is this the type or company you want towing you around?
I used their road side assistance. I hit a chunk of ice in the road and broke 4 airline elbows. The answered the phone right away, got to me quickly and the mechanic was knowledgeable and very professional and proficient with his work. Extremely pleased with the experience and happy I called them.
Our RV wouldn’t start as we were traveling through this area on our way to Pennsylvania . The service tech who was sent on call was super helpful and checked batteries, under the hood and possible lose cables. We were able to start RV and drove over to the shop to have everything checked out just in case. We were not able to find a specific issue. Appreciate the help and expertise of our service tech. Would highly recommend this company!
Driver was extremely kind and accommodating. Quick service and knowledgeable staff. Even took the time to explain the basics of the reimbursement process so I knew how to submit to my insurance company. Highly recommend their service!
Absolute exceptional customer service! I had a hook in my tire on the Ohio turnpike. After waiting over 2 hours for whoever my insurance company called to show up I called this company @ 1am. When I called the dispatcher was concerned about my safety and he asked questions that my insurance company didn't even ask to help locate me. I think it took @ 15 mins for someone to show up. The gentleman was very professional and polite. After he changed my tire he explained that I should drive less than the speed limit and keep my hazard lights on. I never drove on a spare tire and I'm so grateful that he took the time to explain that to me. I'm so impressed with the care and professionalism of this company. If I ever need towing service in the Ohio area I will contact them instead of my insurance company.
Brandon and Shane both were amazing and assisted me with getting gas in the middle of the night after I had ran out on the turnpike. They arrived quickly and were so nice and helpful, definitely recommend them if you need anything! Thank you again!!

Brandon helped me when I popped my tire on the Ohio turnpike. He made me feel safe and explained everything that he was doing. I am very pleased with his help and would recommend him to anyone! He worked quickly and efficiently. Brandon even called to follow up with me a few minutes after I was on the road again to make sure everything was going smoothly.
Great, great service. A man named Delbert came out. He was 20 minutes early and when I told him I was offsite, he patiently waited and let me know he would be in a white truck with his lights on. This gentleman was one of the nicest people I have ever met. He only did the necessary work and was very honest about what I needed and didn’t need. He saved my company money and did not take advantage of my cluelessness w vehicles! I wish i could give a one zillion star rating! Delbert is a super star!
Our car broken down while we were traveling out of state. The dispatcher was very helpful and got someone out to us on the interstate in a timely fashion. Shane, the gentleman that towed us, was very professional and extremely helpful. . Truly grateful for this service.
These guys are great! I was quoted 90 min wait time, but they showed up in 35 minutes. That saved my sanity, because it was cold outside and with a tractor that was disabled from running the engine I was mostly warm and comfortable. Content with the wait time.
I was brokedown on 90 East and was able to get to the rest area. They got there within an hour. Probably closer to 45 minutes. We are expecting a major storm this evening and the driver had a great attitude while working in the rain. His truck was very clean and he was conscientious of everything. Thanks Jesse.
Jesse came to shoreline truck service and picked my cement mixer up and hauled it down to Kenworth dealer in Youngstown just in time for tomorrows appointment….
Called them today because my car wouldn't start. Wasn't sure if it was a battery issue. They arrived in a timely fashion. Turns out it wasn't a battery issue and Jeff was able to get my car started. He is great. Definitely would use them again in the future
Brandon was awesome! Dispatch told me 45- an hour. He was there in 15 minutes. Got me home safe, even let me stop for food! I will definitely use them again if I ever need.
My guy was very personable and fun. I had a 25 minute tow back to the house. He was cordial the whole time. Car was unharmed during the load and unload. Highly recommend.
Side note, drivers on the road, when you see a tow truck trying to pick up a car, slow down! Have patience. They have a family just like you.
Noah (I think his name was) was awesome. He didn't take long after the state patrol officer called Interstate Towing, since I was broke down on the Ohio turnpike. He made sure I was safely in the flatbed before he loaded my car. He got my car and me home safe. Back the flatbed /w car in perfectly since it was a tight fitted driveway. Very friendly gentleman and a hard work. I give him 5 plus starts. I would recommend and use this company again.
