One of my tierods snapped on my wheel and me and my grand baby was stuck in the street. The tow pulled up in responsible time. He was professional and respectful. He kept in communication with me as to my location. The conversation was great during the ride. Ge thought he hit something and pulled over to check. RESPECT FOR ME AND MY VEHICLE. 100% HANDS DOWN BEST COMPANY TO USE IF YOU NEED A TOW or JUNK/SELL YOUR VEHICLE!!! My 1st call the owner was very respectful, friendly, yet direct and to the point, asked me a few important questions, verified the title was clear, quoted me a price asked if he could pick the truck up in a couple of hours between 5:30-6:00pm. He pulled in at 5:25 my husband went out to meet him and do the transfer of title, said the owner did a quick check under the truck did the title and no joke was back inside within 3 minutes, cash in hand. And, it was the EXACT amount he had quoted me which I might add was $170 higher than 2 other quotes and $100 higher than 3 other quotes i was given earlier today. I had been putting off calling around to JUNK my vehicle due to personal negative past experiences as well as hearing horror stories from family and friends when dealing with other companies that buy JUNK cars. Yet again today i was ready to give up after getting the run around from several other companies until I found this company, A-1-B's towing and JUNK cars. From start to finish I was100% satisfied and am grateful to have found such an honest, prompt, trustworthy, dependable and fair company as this one. I will confidently use/refer this company to anyone in need of selling / junking a vehicle in the future. Girlfriend's car died on a Sunday morning. Looked up nearby highly rated towing companies. First place said no, he was doing another job out of state. A1-B took the call and said he could be at our location in 20 mins. He was right on time to the minute! The car was in a bit of a tricky spot in my apartment's turnaround so he put the car in neutral and we pushed it a few feet back, then he towed it to a nearby shop, all in under 10 minutes. Price was unbeatable. This is the guy!

VERY QUICK - not even less than 30 minutes I met A1-B's in North Olmsted. Makes sure you're good. Connects with you and gives a damn about the passenger(s) safety, well-being and very clean inside vehichle. Went through 3rd Party service and they contacted him. 3rd Party contacted me and let me know they had a tow truck on the way. A1-B's called and I was given a time. Showed up Before the ETA. Very much appreciated thay the driver kept in touch: 1x when on their way and 1x when there. A1-B's, I will do everything to refer my network to your business.

The car was stuck in the mud and wasn’t going anywhere. To make matters worse it was in a spot with not much room to maneuver. A Google search revealed A1-B’s towing. We were given a time of arrival and sure enough he was here. He explained what he was going to do to free the car. He set everything up and 5 minutes later the car was back on solid ground. He was pleasant and professional. He explained everything so we had no surprises. 10/10 will use again!

No complaints across the board. My experience involved moving the car into the driveway after getting a flat tire. The car was moved about 100 feet. He arrived less than 5 minutes from his estimated time. Price was incredibly reasonable too. I was reluctant to call a tow at first because I didn't want to shell out $200 for this. We were able to get my car in the driveway and in a position where I could get the tire replaced the next day without much hassle. Grateful for that. I would definitely call again if I need a tow.
