I took my vehicle to get maintenance through my warranty for a new engine near end of September 2024. I Kept getting insufficient excuses and bad timelines of when my vehicle would be repaired. Once I got my vehicle back on November 5, 2024, I was informed by the mechanic (the owner), that he had cracked my windshield, as he said it with a smirk. Near 3 months and counting, no return calls or texts for when I can get it fixed. He also did not finish putting on my exhaust gasket which was part of the repair, also no communication on when that part can get put on. Several times, I dropped my vehicle off, at an agreed time and day, without it being serviced spending more money on ride shares and rental cars with more or no excuses. Windshield crack is now stretching on both sides in the winter.

These guys are extremely professional. They arrived when they said they would. They also work on cars. I thought I was going to pay through the nose to get my car fixed. When I explained what was going on I was told to bring it up to the shop. Turned out to be a simple fix for him and he charged accordingly. He could have taken advantage and didn't. He's earned my business and respect. Thank you

Richard the owner is very fair in pricing on his service offerings and extremely knowledgeable on doing repairs wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else to get worked on but here! Also he buys unwanted cars at very fair pricing just has to have a title! The towing services offered are top notch no short cuts and know your vehicle will towed properly without any damage to it!

We junked our 2002 Toyota Camry, I simply called then was told to text my make model and my address within a couple hours a honest gentlemen with a tow truck came by paid us and left with the car. So simple & easy. Highly recommend, just be patient they are busy and they drive all over. Thank you so much!

Rich was awesome. He came to us within an hour and was very professional and courteous. We were waiting 4 hours for another company when we called. He was getting ready to go home when he heard of our situation and said he felt bad for us. He gave the same amount as the other company offered. I will be calling him first from now on. Westside towing was amazing. I started calling tow companys at 7am. Buy 1pm no one called me back. I called Westside!!! Within 10 mins they were at my car hooking it up & driving it to the mechanic for me. I will only be calling Westside towing if I ever need a tow in the future! Price was amazing and did I mention it was the day before Thanksgiving!! Truly made my holiday better. Woke up a nervous wreck and was cooking dinner by the evening thanks to Westside towing.

Not professional at all. You call them and they don't pick up the phone and cant even leave a message because the voicemail is full. They didn't show up at the first scheduled time and even said they were stuck in traffic and asked to reschedule. When rescheduled didn't even show up and couldn't get in contact with them. I would definitely not recommend.
