I’ve been with Ohio Mutual for sometime now, Ohio Mutual has always treated me fairly but most of all I’m a people person They have really great people working for them can’t say enough good things about their employees if the employees are happy they doing something right! The way I see it you gotta be insured with someone why not Ohio Mutual ????

My business insurance is covered by Ohio Mutual and I appreciate how they let me know ahead of time when payment is coming out. Haven't had to make a claim (thankfully), but I'm sure they would excel their as well.

Horrible road side assistance. I received a text that they were finding a provider for towing at 1:50 pm. I am still on the phone waiting as I write this at 5:21 and they have not located a provider in an area of 80,000 people. Unacceptable for road side assistance. Update, they never came. Now they gave me a window of 9-11 a.m. the next day as my car sits in a parking lot and I had to sit in the freezing weather thinking my car was going to be picked up while in it yesterday.

My husband and I are very pleased with Ohio Mutual Insurance, with the coverage, and with the cost! We appreciate our agent, Mr. Ryser, he was very professional and friendly, which helped the decision so much easier!

Just had an auto claim on my car. It was handled quickly, and pleasantly. Even the arrangements with the rental car company were seamless. ALL that being said however, I would expect nothing less considering the outrageous premium I pay every month. Retired teacher, I use car very little. I pay $101 a month for it to sit in garage 75% of the time. That's the reason for 4 stars, not 5.

Currently working with Ohio Mutual Insurance auto claims adjuster. Made us a low ball offer, which is a total loss Accident that was not my fault. Unfortunately the person that hit my car. Their employees are not customer friendly at all. The have real attitudes and are missing the human element of what they do. You are better off talking to a robot to explain everything

I have Ohio Mutual for my business liability insurance. The insurance has a line item for property loss. We had a burglary on a jobsite. Over $7,000 worth of tools stolen. Nearly the moment the Police report was in they contacted me to finish up the documentation for the loss. They paid out by the end of the week and they covered my employees tools that were also stolen. I would definitely recommend Ohio Mutual for your insurance needs.

Do not get hit by some one with this insurance. You will not get reimbursed for anything. Terrible customer service! Totally not my fault and they will not cover anything! Had to claim on my own insurance!! Unbelievable!! Will need to take to court myself because they do not want to admit fault when 6 months later they are found at fault in court.

My grandson is a listed driver on our policy. He recently had an accident, and we had to file a claim. Ashton and Kim responded quickly, and his car was approved for repair, and we had it back in less than three weeks from the accident. They are still working to resolve the claim from the person my grandson hit, but I have confidence that it will be taken care of. I have accident forgiveness, so my rates shouldn't go up. This is our first at fault claim. A year ago, the awning on my camper was torn and the motor arm was bent. They quickly approve the repair with a $50.00 deductible, and it is as good as new. Ohio metal was fine till I got rear ended. Then I got a agent that did not explain anything to me and seemed like he was unsure of how to do his job. They called me 5 months after the accident and did not realize that I was the one rear-ended and not the other guy. Plus he wrote a check which I thought was for me losing my vechile while it was getting repaired but really they said they should of never wrote it. I even wrote the manger and told him how his employee did not seem to know our care about his job. I am not recommending them for there claim process and will be reconsidering doing another year. A manger should hold his employee to some kind of standard instead of just demanding his money back.

If you are shopping for Home or Car Insurance consider Ohio Mutual. Unfortunately we hit a deer and had to use our Insurance to repair the car. The process was easy and the communication during the process made the incident less frustrated. Thank you Ohio Mutual.

Hello. We recently had a total loss claim on our vehicle. Deer kill! We also elected to add guaranteed replacement coverage to our policy. Our total loss claim could not have gone any smoother than it did! Due to storm damage to my house I had to file a claim with Ohio Mutual. I have never had to do anything like this before and Ohio Mutual made it a priority to get the claim processed and the check for the repairs sent. We had a large tree branch fall on our museum and damage the roof. The claim adjuster was very professional and got in touch in quick fashion. Insurance all seems the same until that disaster eventually hits. We had some wind damage to our home and had to file a claim. I was very impressed by how fast and responsive Ohio Mutual was. The adjuster was exceptional. Within 1 week he was able to come out, identify what needed replaced, and have a check sent. No debating or fast talk. My sister also has Ohio Mutual and has had a similar positive experience. I hope to be with Ohio Mutual for a long time.
