Hensley was great and very professional, getting a driver out to my work as soon as possible. Jim, the driver, was extremely nice and was gentle with my truck getting it on and off the rollback. Definitely will use Hensley again for any towing services in Bucyrus!
Hensley’s came through for me two days in a row with amazing service at unbeatable prices. Every person I came into contact with during my experience was so helpful and kind. Kim especially went above and beyond for me the first day, going as far as trying her hardest to find other companies to help me in an effort to avoid the wait they had. The next day it was no question who I was going to call first. Their driver was incredible and took me home for no additional charge. (It was definitely out of the way!) All of this to say, I will forever recommend this business to others, and I will never be using another towing company. 10/10 - thanks again, guys!!
Once again, Jim, Kim and their crew have showed me why I will always go to Hensley Towing and Recovery for my automobile repair needs. A few weeks back, I was told by them that my vehicle needed new tires and rear brakes. I made an appointment for today and they had the work done within a few hours of me dropping the vehicle off despite other incidents that came up. Jim and Kim run a top notch business and have a great group of guys that work for them. I highly recommend Hensley for your automobile work needs. Thanks again to all of you.
My fiancee and I were driving through bucyrus heading in the direction of Columbus when all 5 studs of our back passenger wheel snapped and our tire went flying off of our van while pulling our 26' camper. They got to us pretty quickly despite being in the middle of another job. Only charged us $125 for the tow. Jim got right to work on our vehicle the next morning. Him and his crew spent so much time and energy to make magic happen on the van. These very good and very kind mechanics rebuilt the entire back driver side brake drum, put a new caliber on and wheel barring. Also put new studs and lug nuts and only charged us a portion of what they deserved for the miracle. I would highly recommend this company any time you need any help for anything. They are blessings
The transmission went out on my grandsons truck while we were moving things. Luckily it was in my driveway but his house is in Carey. Hensley sent Andrew out to help and he was awesome. Definitely knew his job, very professional and courteous. Will definitely refer anyone to them. Where he delivered it to is a very tight squeeze but Andrew made it look so easy. Hats off to him. I wish there were more stars I could give. Yesterday my car got stuck in reverse in middle of Wendy’s. I was hour and half from home. I called AAA and Hensley’s came out within minutes. We were worried we would be stuck in Bucyrus with no way home and no where to stay. The tow truck driver had me back right up to his truck. In pouring rain he was able to temporarily fix my car and I was able to drive it straight home. He could have just put it on his truck and left. But he really did save us a lot of time,money,and stress. Thank you for your help. You truly do not know how appreciated it is.
I truly cannot rxpr ss my gratitude enough. We broke down in a very precarious location on a bridge between two exits. And we were more than two hours from home. The owner got a tow truck out to us immediately. The tow truck driver was curtious and cautious, ensuring our safety. The truck was immaculate and had plenty of room for us. The owner saw that we were stranded with no viable way to get our vehicle or ourselves home. He got the vehicle in immediate and got us back on the road. Their shop was clean and and welcoming and all of their staff took excellent care of us. Thank you for making what could have been a nightmare into a pleasant experience! A breakdown is never pleasant, but I am so thankful thay since it happened, Hensoey Towing And Garage was close and so willing to assist us s. You were all an absolute blessing! Thank you!!
Hensley saved our asses! We were heading home when our car broke down. We live 3 hours away from home and I was looking on google to just take us home and figure a way to fix our car. Jacob, picked up the phone and told us he could fix the car and save us money. I honestly didn't even know their services but Jacob not only saved our asses they fixed our car took us to where we needed to go for the night and even called ahead to make sure there were rooms available. I cannot thank this company enough on how much me and my family appreciate Jacob and the rest of his crew for going above and beyond to help us get back on the road and get home safely. My story: Last Dec. while visiting family during a snow storm, I got a flat tire on a 4wd SUV. I had never changed a tire on 4wd. I had to call AAA and I got assistance with a tow truck driver from Hensleys. The young gentleman went above the call of duty to help me. He pulled my spare and came to find out it had a bad rim. We'll then, he pulled my flat tire after not being able to repair it since it's rim was damaged and put it in my dau. n laws car so we could take it to a repair shop. I am forever grateful for his assistance.
Driving on I-30 and car completely died without warning. Me and 2 other adults plus a one year old. Jim was amazing and not only took care of the car itself but helped us get to our accommodations so we weren’t stranded.

Hensley Towing did a great job for me! Took a little bit given how busy they were and an accident that occurred nearby but when they got to me they were courteous, professional, and affordable! Very thankful they were located in Bucyrus and had the tool I needed to get back on the road!

I am just so happy with this company I can't stop talking about it. My car went completely dead without warning so I called to have it towed to my mechanic. They came and were actually early. I told them what happened and he immediately said to pop the hood. It took him not even a min to tell me my wires were loose on my battery. He tightened them and viola car started no problem. He could have taken advantage of the situation. But was very honest and trustworthy. I am so glad I found them. Also very affordable quote for what it would have been to tow.
