Hensley was great and very professional, getting a driver out to my work as soon as possible. Jim, the driver, was extremely nice and was gentle with my truck getting it on and off the rollback. Definitely will use Hensley again for any towing services in Bucyrus!
The transmission went out on my grandsons truck while we were moving things. Luckily it was in my driveway but his house is in Carey. Hensley sent Andrew out to help and he was awesome. Definitely knew his job, very professional and courteous. Will definitely refer anyone to them. Where he delivered it to is a very tight squeeze but Andrew made it look so easy. Hats off to him.
