You can search all your life to try to find a skilled, fair, honest, and ethical mechanic and never find one. It is a modern Diogenes quest. My family is fortunate though, because at long last, we've found one. This is a mechanic who takes his business seriously, and has been honest, trustworthy, and eminently fair. Ever wished you had a mechanic who you could go to with a question and get an answer and an explanation that makes sense? Here he is! I trust this guy's ethics and skill so much that my last breakdown, I had my car towed 50 miles to have him look at it.
It's difficult to write a review like this because it's like discovering a hip new hangout before everyone else discovers it, and then the buzz starts to spread and you can't get a table any more. I've now taken 2 of my pick up trucks here for repair, both done quickly and properly. Excellent value! I'm planning on taking my 1970 Nova SS next. I've spent 31 years in the automotive industry and I have to say this was one of the best experiences I've had dealing with a mechanic and getting a vehicle repaired correctly the first time. RC actually fixed another mechanics mess on my Powerstroke. If you are looking for an excellent mechanic, friendly person and a great value, do not hesitate to go to RC auto.
