I purchased a Transmission Control Module for a customer of mine from Hilltop. They sent it out the very next day. It made it to the UPS hub in Greensboro NC where it disappeared. UPS would not let me open a claim as the receiver of the package so I contacted these fine folks and they opened a claim from their end. Even though the package was lost by UPS and the fact that it was totally out of their control they refunded me the entire amount. Stand up folks! I would not hesitate to call on them again. Leaving this review was the least that I could do to help support a business that still runs itself ethically. May God bless your business.
Was quoted a price for scrapping my vehicle and then when I called back to verify the very next day I was told $200 less, and they denied ever having said another price. I went elsewhere.
This place will sell you broken parts and then not honor their warranty by saying the buyer broke it upon installation. Got a transmission from them that knew was burnt when Trans pan was removed and saw metal flakes. Went to take it back and would not exchange nor refund money. Claiming it was broken upon install, although it was never installed
Was my first time here the people were very professional very helpful and made sure I got the right parts I will shop here again and they even delivered my parts that had to be ordered That's What I Call service it's nice to find an outfit that actually wants and appreciate your business whenever I need parts again they will be the first place on my list you look
If you live close you can probably deal with these jokers. However, I live an hour and a half away. I purchased a transfer case for a friends truck I was helping him fix. They had one, low mileage, reasonable price and the core charge was low. I purchased it over the phone, and was more the happy when I showed up the next day and one of the guys brought it right out and put it in the back of the truck.From here it gets fun... Saturday after removing the old transfer case I realize they have given me the wrong one... check the reciept, all the info is correct. So I wait until monday to call (they are closed sunday) we go through all the info again. They don't know how but it was mislabeled in their inventory.So he tells me we got another one, after establishing it's their mistake and I already made that trip he agrees to have it delivered to a shop roughly 30 minutes away at which I know the owner. It will be there Tuesday he says.Tuesday at 3:30 no word, no case. I call him,"Oh, I was going to call you it didn't make it on the truck this morning." Fine I think.Wednesday, it arrives around 10am. Owner of the shop calls and said hey they delivered that case... the guy took your old one and the wrong one... Funny I don't remember saying they could have it. I payed a core charge to which I am waiting on a refund. "the new case looks right but there are two studs missing and one broken off" Are you effn serious I think... So I call again, and their only response is that is what you get sometimes with used parts...Never again. Call Marshall's in circleville at least they can get the correct part the first time even if you have to wait.
I've dealt with these guys for 3 years now. The most reasonable prices and pleasent customers service I've encountered at a salvage yard. Hope for a continued working relationship
These guys where very helpful ,had parts I needed it for Honda ,they had alot of Honda's there also the drive was worth it I'll drive there again was very satisfied with service and customer service
