Outstanding service. Christmas Eve tow from Morgantown WV to Toronto OH. Prime Towing’s driver Collin was therm when he said he would be, and was very friendly and professional. Ryan runs an excellent business and I highly recommend his company for any towing needs.

Showed up in half hour on Memorial Day and Tim was super nice and even told me about all the services they offer, super nice and professional guy, good strong hand shake too. Definitely a stand up company

These guys are fantastic. Collin & Corey towed 2 classic cars for me a good distance. They did a remarkable job. They were caring and gentle with my babies. They went above n beyond their duties to make sure they got them home safely . Ryan the owner was extremely helpful as well. I highly recommend Prime Towing.

These guys are AWESOMENESS 😎!!. Collin & Corey towed 2 classic cars for my husband from Pittsburgh to Lisbon and they arrived safe and sound WITH NO ISSUES OR DAMAGE! They were both very cautious and took care of the cars as my husband would have himself; going above and beyond the usually good service they provide. Ryan, the owner was also extremely helpful with all the coordination needed to make this happen and it went very smoothly. I must say for these guys to impress my husband the way they have, I give them 10 out of 5 stars. My husband is NOT the best customer, especially when it comes to his Mustangs, so for him to have nothing but praises for them leaves me extremely impressed. I would highly recommend these guys for any of your rowing needs. 10 star service at a reasonable cost. Unmatched quality of service!!

My Son’s best friend slid on the ice into a large ditch! I called and prime towing was there within 20 minutes, very nice! They had the vehicle out in no time, even changed the tire and put a spare on for us! Very responsive and friendly! Excellent pricing! Amazing. Ryan put my boat and trailer on his roll back after I blew a tire. He took his time and made sure nothing happened to it.

Had issues with my car loosing power on hills and sputtering while driving. Told him no rush dropped car off he had it two days and it runs perfectly. Met me off business hours for me to pick it up. Definitely reasonable pricing, and I highly recommend him!

Probly the best tow I’ve ever had. My gt3000 twin turbo lost power and this guy was there In no time to pull me to my local shop 20 miles away. Got to talk cars on the way and even gave me a ride home. These guys seem great! Even pulled my battery! Big thumbs up

Truck came way quicker than I thought. The guy was so sweet & nice. Instead of putting on my spear bc i couldn’t find the tool to take my special lug nuts off he just plugged the tire bc I was late for work. Awesome experience very grateful 🥹 there was a huge mail in my tire

Great company to deal with from the initial call for assistance until the vehicle was recovered! The dispatcher was polite and professional and the wrecker crew was polite and concerned with treating my vehicle as though it was there own.

I really love this company they are so friendly and good at what they do our car was broke down the starter was out of it I couldn't get it to our regular mechanic without paying $125 for a tow from Lisbon to Columbiana 10 minutes away I called prime towing and they came and towed it to there shop and put in a new starter all for $200 it would of cost us $325 to get it towed to our mechanic and get it fixed so from now on I'll be calling Prime to work on our car,,I would highly recommend these guys for your towing and mechanic needs!!🙂

Ryan was prompt and professional. Our commercial vehicle was stranded late on a Saturday evening with frozen product on board. He towed us over an hour to our destination. Would definitely use his company again.

The driver came from a far distance away and towed my vehicle to a place that was over an hour from the pickup spot. I feel most people wouldn't have agreed to drive that much or that far. He was very polite and professional.
