Lift took longer than expected to install. Lift worked great at first. Lift broke. No return calls or calls answered Drove 400 miles and Showed up on their doorstep demanding service They stepped up and fixed everything Air suspension failed I made my own calls for warranty from manufacturer and got new and it failed again I upgraded it myself and now trying to return the old and Dan just won’t answer the phone. Constantly sends auto reply They must have 60 trucks lined up being worked on if they’re that busy to answer a simple call.
I’d prefer someone to tell me to screw off than ignore me.
I’m very happy since my lift was repaired and I’d be happy to change my ratings if this gets resolved. I have no other choice no one will respond. I was considering building a 2027…
I had a great experience with wrecker central dan has always helped me every time I had a question and has gotten back with me in a timely manner. small business owners are people just like everyone else…ive had my outlaw series 3 lift for three years and trust me when I say I’ve put it to the test truck has made me a lot of money…I reached out to wrecker central and the owner called me personally the next day and said no problem I will send you the parts you need on the house buddy no problem!!!
I waited a while to give a review because I thought I had it wrong about these guys starting from the install process that went from maybe a couple of days to over a month and half or two months. No biggie cool but also got screwed with their finance company that I just had to deal with far as hidden charges and fees. My problem now is the unit broke in less than 8 months. Things happen I get it and I was not mad about it but I’m mad because I been writing them for over two weeks to get the replacement part that broke on the lift and I didn’t ask for it for free nor warranty I’m willing to pay for it but seem like since I told him the darn thing broke I can’t get a simple response or even get the replacement part. I like my wheel lift but it’s not the best it could definitely use some redesigning to get this lift to go flat to load a vehicle as the big bar at bottom will dig into the ground when you lower boom & the unfolding of boom can be a lot smoother as it’s not a good design to go down on the hulkster. It’s rough and I literally have to get out the truck to push the boom down to unfold.
8/25/2025 I have yet to still get a response from this company on replacement parts for broken wheel lift that has been broken for about a month now. I give up it’s completely worthless you can’t even get replacement parts let alone a response from the manufacturing company that built it.
Danny, when you received my brand new truck, it had a spare tire & wheel and jack. Also a rear view camera, all is missing. these items were verified by dealer on truck. cost of repalcing will be over $800.
Don't buy anything from these guys they are a scam and the product is cheap and not reliable I will post pictures of how my equipment broke only after using it for two months and they burned one of my friends for thousands of dollars been months that I been calling them and texting with no response I hope if you are thinking of buying this product and see this message you buy somewhere else !!!! Trust me these people are scamming

These people sound friendly on the phone, but they’re are far from that. They took my down payment months ago and still I haven’t heard nothing from them and it’s already a new year. This company is nothing but a scam. They will take your money and not return your phone calls. Don’t waste your time with them. If you want a real Tow unit, go to either Detroit Wrecker or Lift & Tow. Two real legit companies. It’s weird that Wrecker Central doesn’t have videos of their units demonstrating the strength and capability. That’s because they’re junk. Please don’t waste your time!
Been working w this company for years. Never had a bad experience. Owner really knows his product. The fact that everything is made In house and by usa products just sells it that much more for me.
Some of the best customer service I have ever had!! Owner went above and beyond to work w me on some customizable options I was looking at trying. Cleanest shop I have ever seen as well!! Defiantly takes pride in his work and really knows his products.
Was warded away by the reviews a little but definitely not as bad a place as its made out to be, pretty solid people who get the job done and some not sure what the other stuff is about
1 star just so I can warn businesses not to buy from here. February 17, 2020 I bought the wheel lift forklift attachment that costed me almost $3000usd. Mind you it's at the beginning of the covid-19 pandemic but it took 3 months for them to even respond to any calls that I made. Mid june I recieved the product less the hardware and hydralic cylinder . Mid July I recieved the hydralic cylinder . Let me add after persistent phone calls. Within the same day I assembled the product only to find out it can only turn left. Nothing was centered from the drill press. When I called that same day Danny, the owner said he would send me a new attachmen . August 18th which is today I still have a non working product. I've tried to call and leave messages only to have no result . But they cashed my business check February18. You were warned consumers. Dont go thru the headaches I've went thru. You'll find better product for same price with better customer service.
