We run a fleet of over 130 trucks with many shippers and receivers in the Ohio area that we pick up from or deliver to. We called this company to have a semi truck and trailer towed, but while the dispatcher was speaking with his boss, we were able to hear their conversation and overheard the boss say our tow was "not worth his time" and that he wanted to "save the driver for something else." That is extremely unprofessional and highly disrespectful. If this is how they value potential customers, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for towing services.
Incredibly unprofessional and discourteous driver! Came onto private property to retrieve a vehicle that was being test driven and broke down in our lot and inconvenienced our customers.
Had a double blow out! This gentleman came within 40 minutes and quickly got me back on the road. Great service for the right price!

I blew a tire on the highway and pulled in. Even though they don’t sell car tires, they helped patch and get my car back on the road to be able to get a replacement. It was very helpful.
If you value your car AT ALL you will not go here. They do not care what damage they do to your car they will not admit to it. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never had such a bad experience at any auto places for anything ever. Rude, disrespectful and hard to not feel like it’s a very much f u pay me place. They couldn’t care less about customer service. They’re just there for a paycheck. I don’t even write reviews but this deserved one. Please go elsewhere if you value where your money goes and what happens to your vehicle. Make sure you take before and after pictures if they touch your vehicle.
We had a purge value that popped out. Called and they came right out. About 30 mins. Only charged 268 to reinstall. First honest roadside we've ever called. Would highly suggest.

We had a 26 foot box truck break down on the highway a mile or so from the exit that Fox Towing and Service is on. They brought a heavy duty wrecker out, towed us to their shop and had the truck fixed and ready to go the next day.
Outstanding service from their Team as, my truck broke down and, they were to my driver within the hour. Located the part and installed and back on the road in 3.5 hours !!! Highly recommend there services to everyone !!!

Had to have my vehicle transported from my house to car dealership for service. Fox showed up 30 minutes after they took my call and took care of getting the car to the dealer and dropped off with no issues. Hope not to need their service again but if I do they'll be my first call.
Rapid response within an hour. Wrecker was 100% operational, and equipment was clean. Operator was extremely efficient, and had adequate experience. Overall Fox towing had great ethics, an impeccable service at a reasonable rate.
This company don't provide good service. Issue was Air Valve like needs to check it might be in ice. We are just across the street when we do road call. Yes we paid them for the road call. But the service was $190 for just 15 mins. It's like they robbed us. If you ask this company how much for the service. Miss Leading! Is there negative rate for this?
It’s been a long time since I have come across an honest company. My husband and I thought our trailer tire was blown. We stopped for gas and saw Fox towing across the way. We thought we would have to get a new tire but the guy looked it and said the core of the valve stem was loose, he tightened the it and filled the tire for us. He could of taken us for a new tire, instead we had to beg him to take some money. He was super honest!! We were back on the road in less than 5 minutes!! Thank you!!
Blew a coolant hose on I70 in my Peterbilt. Derrick came out and worked on it for 3 hours on the side of the interstate on a Saturday night. Had to split the turbo just to get to the hose.. He got everything back together and got me rolling. Price was reasonable. Thanks again Derrick. You guys are awesome!!
Great price great service I'm glad I called them. I ran over a boulder in a parking lot that I couldn't see cause it was 2 o'clock a.m. Trailer left front brake chamber was torn off. service truck had new style disc brake brake chamber on the truck already I couldn't believe it and they were able to fix air lines and had all new brass fittings. That's what I call a real service company
I completely understand that for all services rendered there should be a charge. No argument there. I'm a business owner as well. BUT, charging $100 for tightening a valve steam and airing up a trailer tire 235/80R17 is highway robbery in my book. Especially because the service truck was already at location. It's not like they had to drive out there. There isn't any negative stars or I would selected otherwise Hope you'll sleep well at night. God bless each of you.
A great service provider that does a very good job. I broke down one day in Jeffersonville Ohio and these folks were called by our dispatcher to come out and rescue me they did a very good job and they got me back rolling again a job well done 5 stars these folks are the absolute best. If you are an over the road truck driver and you break down near Ohio these folks are the guys and gals to call. Perfect
They did a great job on my trailer except the air/wire lines underneath the trailer were not well aligned but the tandems were in a good condition and well installed in no time. Thanks guys keep up the good work.
