Had car towed. Company left it at the VERY ENDof the parking lot with a broken rear control arm. Can CANNOT BE DRIVEN ON THIS. Owner than tried to charge me an ADDITIONAL $125 to move it. Also was very rude before even telling me the extra charge. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Plenty of tow companies that will treat you with decency
81 years old man had a broken down car on a cold January day…this dude David did a “NO SHOW.” after promising the elderly veteran he would be there by 9:00AM to tow his 2012 VW GOLF. Sad part is…the old veteran started shoveling snow at 6:00am to make sure that the tow man David had a clear pathway to work. Only to get STIFFED by the “NO SHOW.”
His rating should be “0” and he should find a new job that doesn’t require helping people.
Do NOT recommend this company… it’s a FAILURE!
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves one. The service was unprofessional, the communication was rude, and the pricing was extremely high compared to other towing companies. There was no effort to explain costs or treat customers respectfully. Very disappointing.
We slid off of a customers driveway, into a very deep ditch, due to ice and the pitch of the drive, made a few calls and ended up picking Ameri-Tow to do the job. They were the only ones to even mention bringing out a bobcat with tracks and a winch (which they 100% were going to need). They also showed up AND got the van out of the ravine before the other company even estimated their arrival. While the price was higher than I wanted it to be, it was more than fair for the equipment and the manpower needed to get me back up and running.
called for a tow and was in the process of figuring out if a different dealer/repair shop could best address the issue i was experiencing and this tow company called back impatiently asking if i wanted the tow or not. I was on the side of the road coordinating pick up from a school bus stop for my children and waiting for the repair shop to call
me back when David Fagan called me twice and threatened to cancel the tow i had set up. Not reliable. Not professional. Not even courteous. Do NOT use this company rather trust the reviews they don’t lie!!
Ameri-Tow called on my company for drain and plumbing services. I am very thankful they did because we needed a trusted service for our plumbing vans and equipment. Twice now we have been very impressed with the quality, and professionalism Dave and his team have shown replacing king pins on our Isuzu box truck and most recently installing a heavy duty trailer hitch for a van. These guys are competent, and responsive. They got us back on the road fast. I plan to use Ameri-tow for all my repairs!!

David’s service was wonderful! He was expedient, polite, and professional. If I ever need another vehicle towed, I know who I will be calling! He arrived under 30 minutes and had it loaded on the flatbed in about 2-3 minutes!
David was super respectful, friendly, on time, and professional and made what I thought was going to be a disaster super easy and stress-free. Even taking my car to the shop and dropped off the key to the body shop for me! Highly recommended them and will be using them in the future whenever I need a tow again!!! Amazing job!
My car my car broke down on the side of the road. I called roadside assistance and they said 4 to 6 hours before someone could be there. I called Ameri-tow And they gave me an estimated time of 25 minutes. He was there in 15 minutes. They loaded up my car on a flatbed, drop me off at home - fixed my vehicle And kept in touch with me the entire time they were working on it. These guys are first on my list of people to call in case of a roadside emergency. 5 stars for sure

They very promptly came and towed my broken down vehicle to the dealership even tho it was weekend. Great communication and also reasonable priced.
The driver that was dispatched to me was actually VERY efficient and FAST!! However there is more to the story, I was almost the 3rd car in a 2 car accident. To avoid the accident I slammed on my brakes and apparently something broke couldn’t move it so I called this company. He had to service the other cars first (which was completely fine take care of the accident first I called a ride home and waited) he pulled up 20 minutes ago 7:00pm today, never exited the vehicle to talk to us Nothing…so I gave him a payment card while he sat in his car. He quoted me 160 on the phone. COOL no issue. Since I used a card it was an extra $16 bucks also no issue. Said my pleases and thank yous and he asked “How did you find me” I said “Google” He then says “I want you to go on there do a review. I think I deserve 5 stars for my service blah blah blah” I’m in my head thinking wow he’s a piece of work DEMANDING anything from me with that kind of attitude. So I politely told him “I’ll do it when I get inside” he says “No I wanna see you do it now” I said “I don’t have any service out here.” he says “I have two bars” I said “Dude i’m gonna do it” and he starts running off at the mouth & after the day I had I LOST IT!!!!! I started freaking out. WHY ARE YOU ASKING FOR A REVIEW AND I JUST ALMOST LOST MY LIFE IN AN ACCIDENT GOING 50mph dude????? HIS APPROACH AND DEMEANOR WAS TERRIBLE FROM THE JUMP but others grumpiness don’t move me and never will. I’m always polite my mom taught me manners and after so many demands I just lost it. For $160 GO SOMEWHERE ELSE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!
This guy is charging $600 for a flip and tow and also won't give the car back. Straight crook. And probably kicking money back to the cop that told my son AAA would not tow it and he would have it towed.
Broke down right around the corner from Ameri-Tow. But even still, the response time was amazingly quick (within minutes). They even came out with a second truck to get the rest of my family off the side of the road. Very thankful for this companies help today. Price was fair too 👍

Very Very rude, never spoke when picking up. Yelled at me leave keys in car, made me walk home in 13 degrees. Don't recommend at all. I was I. The parking lot when he was loading the vehicle. He yelled at me put keys on seat. Never offered a ride. Wasn't walking down the road . False, they were not worried about me, client walking in cold, snow , ice. They never interact with me less then a minute. DONT EVER GET THEM!!!, if reviews are good, then what happened t9 client service this day. Never ever offered a ride!!!!, but Have time to make a post, driver Lied!!! Read the reviews , if so good why only 3 stars???driver trying to cover up his attitude!!!
This company was amazing! I found myself in a snow bank with this crazy weather and considering how busy they probably were, they were quick to respond, their pricing was amazing and they got me out in no time!!!

Needed a tow today, and another company didn't want to or couldn't. Ameri-tow came to the rescue. They were there quickly, and over all the driver was extremely pleasant. Dakota was the drivers name, and was swift about everything, and a great person to be around. Definitely recommend this company for your needs. Quick, reliable and accommodating company! I had left my car on the freeway to be towed and got a ride to work.. They sent someone right away and even came up to my job to grab my keys so they could bring my car in. Thank you!!!
Quick and kind service. They got to me quickly, and they were very careful to load my car onto the flat bed. It was delivered promptly to my shop of choice. The charge for the tow was very reasonable. I hope not to need their services again, but if life puts me in need of a tow, I will call them again without a second thought. Thank you for the help.

They charged my company $667 for a tow. From Burton, OH to Ravenna, OH. When they picked up the car they said “Just follow me”and took off down the road. They did not even give me a chance to even talk to them. They seen a company vehicle and a distressed young driver and seen dollar signs. Absolutely do not use this Tow company! They will Rip you off bad. They will overcharge you like crazy!

I have roadside assistance with my insurance company. On my way to work, (at 5AM), BOTH of my front tires went flat and I needed a tow. I called my roadside assistance and they dispatched Ameri-tow. After about 45 minutes they guy called me and said the roadside assistance didn’t give them a credit card number or GOA. I called RA back and told them. The CSR put me on hold and called Ameri-tow, the CSR came back on the line and said that it was taken care of and they would be there within 60 minutes. An hour goes by and they send a text asking if my assistance came. I replied no so they called me back. Ameri-tow cancelled the assistance and didn’t inform anyone. Later on, I was at work and Ameri-tow called me asking if I ever got a tow. I said yes. He wanted to know what company came. I told him that it didn’t matter since he left me sitting on the side of the road without telling anyone and hung up. This guy called me back three times, I wouldn’t answer, he left a message saying that my insurance company owed him a bunch of money and that’s why he did that to me. After I listened to the voicemail, I text him. He proceeded to text me about my insurance company owing him all this money. I told him that I have NOTHING to do with that and he needs
To take it up with the company like a professional and not leave innocent people on the side of the road while missing work. He kept texting me arguing about the money so I blocked him. What kind of person do you have to be to leave a woman who was upset and crying about being late to work sit on the side of the road like that while I was alone and it was still dark outside. He purposely made me miss hours of work and sit there bc THE COMPANY owes him money…. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I filed a complaint with my roadside assistance and the BBB.
I had a long tow for a broken down car. I was quoted an hour wait time, but the truck arrived in about half an hour. The owner of the company came out and had my car up on the trailer within minutes. He drove me almost an hour to my mechanic and was very friendly the whole drive. I would also say that the charge for a tow on a holiday weekend was more than fair. I would %100 recommend Ameri Tow for emergencies.
