My back tire sheered off on 275 today. Happened to call MX Towing. They came within 15 minutes, got it loaded up and back to the house in no time. Shawn was the one who towed it. Very friendly and efficient! Would definitely recommend and use them again! Also good pricing. Thanks again.
This is 5 star company all day long. I called and talked to a man name Shawn and he was the only company around that made me a priority. Every other company acted like my situation wasn’t a big deal. My car was in the area that the car couldn’t be there for very long and Shawn made sure he got there when he could. Very professional fast and from here on out, this will be the the tow company that I’ll be using.
Best tow truck drive I have ever came across! My daughter and her boyfriend had a tire blow out, I didn't know her exact location but I gave him a land mark, he said give me 35 minutes. When I arrive at the correct address I called him back and he said I will be there in 10 minutes. He showed up and saved the day! Great price and can't beat the show up time at 1am in the morning! I definitely put his number in my contacts in case of another emergency, and will be passing his number along!! Thanks again Shawn!!
I really appreciate this service ; they were pretty quick to respond (about a 30 min wait time for their tow truck to arrive). My lower control arm needed to be fixed and I had a flat tire. Instead of ordering a part that would arrive the next day, one of them drove to a place that had the part they needed for my vehicle. Reasonably priced too.
Had a great experience today. I busted my tire and had no spare to change out. I called Mx towing. John answered. I told him my situation. He told me give him some time and he would call me back. (It is a holiday weekend on a Sunday)
John not only found me a tire. He also took his time to drive all over the Cincinnati area to get it all done for me. I am highly pleased at the professionalism and the timely manner in which everything was done. He made sure to get me back on the road for a decent price and in a timely manner for all he had to do. I will definitely be calling in the future if i need help!

We were stuck beside the highway at 4 in the morning trying to load a truck on a trailer with no winch and MX Towing and Recovery was driving by and stopped to help us out. Awesome guy to work with. Will definitely use in the future if I need a tow.
2nd time I've had to get towed out. I was buried to the rear axle. I forgot the name of the guy who got me unstuck, but I appreciate him getting me out. Next time I get stuck, instead of making it worse, I'll just give these guys a call. Great guys and great price. Thank you.
If I could rate Shawn one million stars, I would in a heartbeat. My band & I were touring through the Midwest when our rental van blew out a tire in the middle of the night with no spare or rideshare services accessible. Shawn went above and beyond to get us to safety, and even dropped us off closer to our final destination, solely out of kindness. We truly would have been lost without him. Edwin, the tow truck driver for MX Towing & Transport, towed my car and put it on my driveway with ease considering the circumstances. My driveway is on a slant and since the car could only go in reverse, he was able to guide us through the steps to get it off his flatbed safely! I would definitely recommend!
My dad called me when his transmission blew fluid and caught fire in northern Kentucky on I75. He got the fire out and didn't hurt the truck but couldn't drive it. All he could give me was a mile marker for location. I called MX Towing and they were able to haul his truck and trailer with 1 rig. Took dad and trailer to hotel, truck to a repair shop. Sent me screen shot contact info for hotel, repair shop and a uhaul place so I knew where to pick him up on my way through in the morning. It was already evening and I was 4 hours behind him. Picked him up in the morning and he is on his way. Can't thank MX Towing enough for taking care of my 83 year old, adventurous, boat racing dad.
I called MX Towing & Recovery asking if they could recover a semi truck that was stuck in my yard and without hesitation he said he'd be there within twenty five minutes. MX Towing & Recovery had that semi back on the driveway in no time. Want to say thank you again and I appreciate how quick showed up and recovered the semi.
Shawn was so immensely kind when coming out to tow me when I got stuck halfway between Cincinnati and Columbus at around midnight. He still came out and helped me out, even helped me look up an approved location to tow me two when I didn't have the most up-to-date information. He's an absolute life saver, and kept a young woman from being left alone on the side of the interstate in the middle night.
The tow truck driver was so helpful. My car picked on of the coldest nights to break down. The driver worked patiently to see if he could get me running. Plus the towing cost was so reasonable. High recommended from me.
Awesome service, my driver, Brad was very prompt and courteous. The company was quick to answer and stayed true to the time frame they had said. It was a longer tow (Amelia to Florence) but they had no issue at all. The truck was very clean as well. I recommend this company 100%. I was driving to a gig and my car just stopped running. I soon found out I needed a tow. I was out of my area so I googled Local Towing near me. These guys answered. The gentleman on the phone was super nice and had no problem towing me from Route 32 to Independence Ky. I thought it would cost me an arm and a leg but it didn't. I was happy with the cost. Great people made a bad experience turn into a good one. I was able to make the gig on time and they took care of everything. Highly recommend them to anyone.
Ran out of gas on a busy road at 11pm. Car was pulled partially into a driveway and the rear end in the road. Called them up they were very friendly and had a driver nearby to help push my car and bring me gas. Although someone driving by stopped and helped push my car out of the road and brought me a gas can immediately after I hung up I wanted to leave a review. I was gone before the driver arrived but These guys were awesome, friendly and had someone close by ready to help! Thank you so much!
The other night the front axle on my car broke in a place where it was impossible to line up a flatbed tow truck. The first towing service that came out said they couldn’t do it without causing more damage to it. He said I needed to have a wheel lift tow truck with dollies. Even though I have an emergency road service membership, they told me I had to call around to find somebody with a wheel lift. This was about 10:30 at night. Meanwhile, my car was stopped dead and couldn’t move, blocking access to the spaces in the parking lot where I live. When I couldn’t find a towing service with a wheel lift, I called my emergency road service again. Why am I doing this, I thought? It’s their job to find someone. They told me that they would start calling in the morning after 7:00 when businesses open. In the meantime, they would try to find somebody with a wheel lift. By 2:00 AM I hadn’t heard back from them, so I called again. This time the representative from the service said they found someone with a flatbed truck that thought he could do it. I was skeptical but I was willing to try. Okay, I was desperate. So, about 3:30 Am arrives Cody from MX Towing & Recovery. He quickly assessed the situation and said the thought he could do it, but it might take a little while. You see, my car was at a right angle to the truck, so he couldn’t line up his truck with my car. Yet, Cody was relaxed and confident. He secured the front wheel with straps and jacked up the front wheels to put “skates” on them. This allowed the car to turn and line up with the flatbed without causing any damage to my car. Within about a half an hour, he had my car loaded up and ready to go. Thirty minutes later, he called to let me know it had been safely delivered to the shop where it will be repaired. I can’t thank Cody enough not only for his skill and professionalism, but also for his friendliness and kindness.
