I purchased a power seat for a truck on eBay from this company for a customer who wanted to upgrade his manual passenger seat to a power one. The eBay listing stated Free Shipping.
We received the seat by FedEx and the driver left it outside without a signature while we were closed. Once we retured from vacation, I opened the well wrapped plastic shrink wrap and I noticed damage to the plastic trim that wasn'tv visible in the pics on eBay. I notified Striker Auto parts. They told me to contact FedEx and file a claim. I did and FedEx rejected it due to the seat being delivered for over 3 days.
Then once we installed the power seat the truck's "service airbag restrain system" light came on. After checking everything and consulting GMC, they stated that it was the OCS sensor and that the seat came out of a vehicle that was in an accident.
So to repair it was close to $400. I contacted Stricker and they did refund the $390 some odd dollars..but..then they evidently reversed the Free Shipping and had FedEx send us a $195 invoice for lift gate service delivery. The seat literally weighs 38 lbs. We but these all the time from other eBay sellers and they take the backrest off the bottom ans ship is a box.
So, when I notified Stricker Auto they told me to tell FedEx that it was not delivered via a truck with a Lift Gate and FedEx would void the invoice. That would be a lie. I don't lie.
When I disputed the invoice with FedEx...they sent me the documents and it clearly states "freight prepaid by shipper"
That's why I know Stricker reversed the Free Shipping to most likely cover their partial refund.
If you buy from this company i recommend picking up the part or parts in person.

I can be pretty picky and grouchy, but Dave took an extra moment to ensure the used body part met my needs. The part was freight shipped, arrived a day early, and was packaged better than anything I've ever seen before.

A business that actually tries to help people out is tough to come by these days. I had a busted fuel tank on my 2024 work truck that the big name dealership wanted to charge me more than TRIPLE what these guys did (parts & labor). I thought there had to be a catch but there wasn't. It was truly a blessing during a tough stretch for me. I still can't believe it and am so thankful for what Ryan, Claude, and Co. did for a complete stranger to their company. Thank you again guys.

It's an all right place. You can pretty much get everything you want or need unless it's a ' '98 Ford ranger and you need a motor and transmission for it and you can't get it. They don't have neither one as of April 17th of 2024.
The engine on my sons car exploded in South Carolina. R&R was beyond the cars value. Spoke with the great people at Stricker who had an engine in stock and performs installations. Had the car shipped from SC, then towed to Stricker. Pricing was excellent and comes with 6 months parts and labor warranty. The install was fast, pricing was dead on what they quoted, no surprises. These people are friendly and honest, I will be back if needed.
I paid $2,100 for a lift gate ASSEMBLY. They said it’s in an excellent condition and everything will be included – turns out a wiring harness and two object sensors were damaged. Also, the interior panels were missing. I would return it but they don’t take returns as well as credit cards… So, BEWARE, I won’t do any business with them in the future *** If they don't accept credit cards, then there's a reason... and it's not in your favor!
Purchased a set of calipers on Monday at 2pm, and they were at my door by Tuesday before 11am. Fantastic service and best price I could find.

These guys were unbelievably awesome! I had a leaky tire that I thought was being caused by a bent rim. A gentleman just called me and told me they found a small nail in my tire and they went ahead and patched it for me. Guess what they charged me.... $0. They could have easily charged me $100’s to “fix” the problem but choose to be honest people. The world is still full of good honest people. Sometimes you just have to look a little harder. I will be a forever strikers customer!
Have used them for parts off and on for years as my father did when he owned a car lot . They have a nice selection of parts and are very well inventoried so they can get the parts you need quick. They are competitive on their prices and as with most things you get what you pay for so a few bucks premium is worth it IMO but they are not overpriced by any means. I am a true believer in sticking with what I know and what I have had good experiences with and I have always had good ones here.
Stricker Auto Parts has without a doubt the best parts at reasonable prices. I won't say they are the cheapest but they are fair and comparable. They bend over to do everything they can to give you the service you expect. I haven't had the need to use their warranty but I assume they will take care of you and your needs. Drive a little farther and see what a state of the art reclaimed auto parts store is!
Got great New tires from here. Installed! Mounted, balanced, alignment. The works. Great price too. Even alerted me to work my car needed just like any other Car Care dealership would. Very satisfied.
