Unorganized, was told online they had my part but after driving 45 minutes to get there, the part was not there. The parts yard is a mud pit and interior parts are left to the elements.
Liars, they quote you one price and change it when you get there/if you don’t grab the part immediately. Sell broken parts and wont replace them, give 30 day warranties and then change their mind after 24 hours. Do NOT shop this yard
Tom was a great help. I sent a message and he texted with me about the parts I requested. He sent pictures to verify everything was right. I called him and paid for my parts and shipping to my doorstep at a good price! I’d definitely recommend them and I’d do business with them again. Great guys
Place is GARBAGE big scam artist tell me I can return a part even ask him before I leave just to come back and get told I can’t lol SCAM VANMARK IS TRASH. Told me they was gonna call me the next day cause they couldn’t pull the part and never got a call best 100$ I ever spent lol pretty much just donated to whatever kinda scam business they’re running. What a joke.

Advertising a computer(for a car) that they didn’t have. Ended up driving a hour each way because they wouldn’t pull it till i got there all to find out it was the wrong computer… waste of 2 hours and my fuel because of laziness or they were trying to get more money by labeling it as a better computer??? Idk but terrible experience.
Excellent customer communication and service. In era of parts and supply shortages, they repaired my vehicle after a collision with much less delays than other body shops I contacted. I'll definitely use them again!
Paid for a part and was told it'd take an hour to get. After a 15 minute wait was told equipment was broke and couldn't get part same day but could next day. 4 days later part still not available or I could buy a new part for double the price! So here to get refund. Wasted trip from Kentucky twice.
While searching for a driveshaft for my old BMW on Car-Part.com, I came across Vandemark’s parts. I emailed Tom and he got back to me right away. Tom and his team were able to pull and send me the driveshaft to Texas for a very fair price. With a tracking number too! He even sent me photos of the driveshaft with the car on a lift. Awesome service and great prices. Thanks guys!

The told me on the phone they had the car I needed parts off of and when I got there I was charge for each person to look. Then they didn't have even one of the cars I was looking for... Wast of time.
Staff was very helpful with any questions I had. In all honesty, I'm not very educated on car related stuff. With that being said I felt like I was getting the appropriate and proper service from the time I called and spoke to someone to the time I arrived to the store.
Heard it's a joke with trashy cars & people who run around ripping people off and putting shame upon their own family name. Nobody related, aquainted or befriended by me will waste their time here with dishonest people. One persons lies and lifestyle can reflect bad on the rest of the probably innocent, fair people who may run this place, but I wouldn't test my luck. I would not recommend. Sorry.
Sent core instead of motor with 81,000 miles on it. Signed credit card consent with stock number of item, but got totally different bad item. To be sent other motor but it was bad also. Was to receive a refund for over $700 dollars but now they are trying to keep $295 shipping on there mistake, so they are attempting credit card fraud due to the item being something totally different than what was agreed on. Well capital one has stepped in and there was an actual circuit court judge that witnessed the engine delivery and problems that day, so good luck on challenging this guys, oh and an ASE mechanic!!! Very bad and milage post on motors is false. Buyer beware!!!!!!!
Called 6 different times to be hung up on each time. Then I finally get through to someone and they are absolutely no help, and extremely rude. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
Very slow. I came in to get a steel rim for my Elantra. They took over an hour to find it. They are very rude also. I will not be coming back here. They know nothing about customer service. I could have driven to u pull and pay and back sooner then they got the rim
Very short customer service, almost rude in fact. It seems the staff rarely has the freedom to answer questions without contacting the owner, and the owner is less than helpful. I don't think I would recommend them, especially when other great car places are so close by.
So the owner of this used auto shop, sold me a screwed up car. And left me screwed. Bought for 3000$ had 191000 miles on it but he claimed he just changed the transmission and the new one only had 131000 on it. Well the transmission is bad. He came to look it once after the alternator broke ( a week later after I bought the car) then he had to drain a couple fluids on my car to put the alternator in. So my grandpa bought the fluids for me car and refilled them, 2 weeks later my car started to overheat!. And some how " someone" put tissue around the radiator cap. And must have done some damage to my transmission. All I have to say is karma will get u
I work at an auto parts store. Sorry i can not say wich one as i still work there. I bought a gas tank to replace my old leaky tank. Well the tank they sold me leaked worse. It leaked onto my exhuast and was extremely hazardous. I had to buy a fire extinguisher and i had to pay for the labor to put it on and it was all a waste. I ended up buying a new tank and after dropping my tank 4 times i finally resolved my leak with a new tank. I live 45 minutes away so i called them to see if i could get my money back. I was told yes just bring the reciept. When i went there they then said they need to see the reciept for the new tank. I didnt have it but you can look and see its a new tank or i can go to my store and get a print out of the transaction. That still wouldn't work for them. They sold me a bad part that put my safety and car in hazards way and wasted a lot of extra money on and lied to me and called me a liar. I will never go there again and nor will i ever refer anyone to them.
