Jaime Albert and his team do good work at a fair price. He is amazing at being available when, and as needed, and has helped me get back up and running multiple times. I've utilized his services in both towing and in repairs. This is "my mechanic."
Car died while in a McD's drivethru.
Called Albert's Towing, and within 20 min Mr. Albert was there.
I explained to him that this was my only mode of transportation, and by 2pm the next day not only did he have it diagnosed, he actually got a new fuel pump and his staff had it installed! I wasn't even down 24hrs...

My car just stopped working in the middle of the road. Was trying to get home after a really long day so imagine my frustration. A friend recommended Albert's Auto Repair and Towing so I gave them a call. Was close to midnight but they were there in no time and towed my car to their location for repairing. I thought I would have to leave it there, at least for the night, but they did a quick diagnose and found out that it was a fuel system issue and they were able to fix it on the spot. Amazing people, extraordinary quality of service and really great prices. Highly recommended.
I brought my car in because my AC/heat wasn’t working and they were able to complete the job in less than a day. They were able to complete the job quickly since this was my only car and they were also very reasonably priced compared to other auto shops. I will recommend Albert’s Towing to anyone needing a car repair.

I took my van in for a transmission problem, I think. I never really got a definite answer on the problem, but we was told the transmission was bad & engine had a internal problem. We had transmission & engine replaced, but since I got it back when I turn on my air conditioning it acts weird and has a vibration in gas pedal. We took van back was told a switch shorted out. So got van back and still have a vibration and runs weird, also the transmission lags when it sets for a few days when I start up van. $12,000 I spent & im not happy, especially since I need to sell the van & first person to test drive got in and transmission lagged as soon as they took off. Needless to say they left without the van. Now I don’t know what to do cause the owner has no idea what’s wrong, he said it was fine. It runs good when air is off
Very professional, courteous, and Jamie who did the tow and worked on my car was very knowledgeable nice and gave me a great deal on everything. I recommend Albert’s to anyone who needs their car worked or needs a tow. I now only go to Albert’s if I’m having car issues. Best place in Ohio.
Been using Albert's Auto Repair for all my family vehicles for the last 2 years and always 110% happy. Oil changes, tune-ups, new tires, towing when wife was broke down, and complete engine replacement. Albert's always does amazing work at a very fair price! Fast and friendly service, needed local tow due to break down. Called me when on the way with estimated time of arrival and was there within a minute of estimate. Took great care to hook up and load car. Could not have been happier.
