Had parts I couldn’t find in my city. They sent me photos of threading that I had questions about and the shipping was very quick and reasonably priced.
Just drove 45 mins to pick up a part was told it was gonna be pulled was not pulled waited 15 mins for them to tell me they don’t even have the part huge joke and waste of time
Worst place to get parts! Called about a rear end for a Chrysler 300c and said they would try and have it out the same day. And got the rear end out and gave it to another customer cause they supposedly called one time and I never got the call. I will never do business with them again. Never in a million years. And first guy told me there would be a core charge and I called back to ask for the price and another guy said there wasn’t. Just bad business in general. Highly recommend anyone that needs car parts to go elsewhere and not fool with this company. Worthless!!!!!!

I came down from Canton this morning on October 28th got it back window for my car! Which I've been looking for for so long but I'm giving five star because the customer service! Really nice polite group of guys!
They do have parts that other places don't...BUT....it is an unsafe, unclean environment to work at. Workers are very low paid with no health benefits. The water turns orange/brown after filling a
glass. They are very intimindating to their staff.
OSHA needs to make a visit there.
This place went above and beyond to get parts for my ole Chevy. Nice people and very clean facility. Not your average junkyard, drove 3hrs to get here and would do it again in a heartbeat. What a place! The 4.5 whatever review Avg is an understatement. This is every bit of 5 stars.

Horrible customer service you basically have to have the part number of what your looking for or they will talked to you like a your a three year old . eBay it is lol

I originally called J&J but they didn't have my part( manual window regulator, 08 F150) but they found out that Fox had it, and gave me their number. They had the part, and sent me pictures of it to make sure it's what I needed( found after market part, but one of the brackets faced the wrong way.), being that I live in Florida. I bought it and got it the next week, works great and am really pleased with the service........

Asking way too much for an engine, and unwilling to give costs on other parts. Says "If you want prices come in" then hangs up. I cant just come in i live 3 hours away thats why i called!
I'm from cleveland, I work at Bruce's automotive up in lakewood. I went down to Canton pull a part for a connector for a customers car, short of buying a harness it was my only option. Turns out the car didnt have the equipped features to supply the connector I needed. I got referred to fox auto to see if they had it. It took a few tries to find the car with the proper connector for me. They got me all squared away within an hour. I appreciate the help today, especially when I just called on a whim. Would like to do some more business with you if I can, maybe on a larger scale. Thank you again! Thought my trip was wasted going down there.

Not only did they have what i needed, but they had brand new parts for just a few dollars more than salvage prices, and these were CAPA certified. Outstanding customer service, they took great care of me after another yard left me high and dry. Thanks Fox!

Much better than others we have gone to. Had the part we needed and for a decent price. They were also friendly so it was worth the drive. Will be using them again.
I've have good experiences and bad experiences, I'll say it's ok. They almost always have the part your looking for, but make sure you the money as they aren't cheep!
