I am a frequent customer at this store until today when I was treated by an employee like I stole something after I already paid for it, had it stapled into the bag, and the employee Cinnamon cut herself on the staple. She asked a co-worker to put my stuff in a new bag that I had already paid for and instead of the young man looking at the receipt that Cinnamon and I had checked off he decided to act like he was checking me out basically! I told him that I had already paid for all of it and that I would like for him to put it in the bag and hand it to me! He told me that he still wanted to go over it for his own assurance, why would that be?! It's obviously in the bag with a staple on it for a reason! It's because I paid for it! Never will I go here again! I noticed a lot of new employees because the older employees are gone, but I thought maybe I was just tripping but now I'm starting to understand why! Since you didn't decide to teach that young man manners you lost a loyal customer for good! Story is three more miles down the road! I absolutely refuse to be treated that way When it comes to anyone! What happened to actual customer service training?! That young man obviously didn't have any! You don't treat people that way especially when there is a receipt right there and all of the stuff was in one bag and all you had to do was remove it and put it in another bag! You don't treat people like that!

I have been here a few times and have yet to meet an unpleasant worker. Everyone I have talked to has been so friendly, helpful, and patient. Definitely a great atmosphere to help ease any anxiety or nervousness you may have walking in as a new customer. 10/10 all around.

Took my 62 year old mother in for her first visit and the universe lined us up with Stevie. It was a great experience in what can sometimes be a very anxious moment for someone who has always done business with a handshake from a friend. Stevie felt like a friend and my mother was very comfortable, as was I. Great service!… and the product is spot on.
Bloom Seven Mile is by far my favorite store! All the employees are great. Donovan helped me yesterday by going to get 2 products for me that I added on to my order. He was very fast and helpful.

Travis was professional and personable. I was greeted with a smile and Travis made sure I got everything I was looking for. He even made me laugh! On top of saving me almost $50. I came into the dispensary desperate for sleep as I had been up over 24hrs due to RLS or overactive nerves in my legs. I had tried everything I knew may work but nothing did. Adam knew exactly what to give me. The grape CBN drink did the trick!!!!. I was so relaxed and drifting off to sleep in no time after drinking it. So now when my RLS starts, which it does everyday, I take a sip and relax. Thank You Adam!!! This place rocks and is very knowledgeable about the products. After years of suffering, I suffer no more!! Happy Girl....

After wrapping up a job in the area, And doing a quick search online for a dispensary near me, Bloom medicinals caught my eye! The first thing I appreciated was the prices followed by selection, And after making an online purchase, I zipped over to their facility and was quickly processed and able to pick up my order. Customer service was outstanding! And my bud tender Stevie was amazing! Her smile is unmeasurable and her attitude is something we need a lot more of in this world! Even though I am 2 1/2 hours away from their location the next time I am in the area for work or any reason for that matter, I will definitely be paying a visit to Bloom medicinal!

This was my second time going to Bloom and I had Kaytee As my bud tender and she is amazing very knowledgeable. She’s very personable has a great attitude and was willing and ready to help with any question that I may have had. I highly recommend bloom 7 mile dispensary, especially now that they carry Khalifa Kush. I haven’t had it since I was in Vegas last year… so excited.
