Spoke near the end of the work day and we discussed a time for meeting the next day. I was also given a quote at that time. Joe asked me to call in the morning to let him know if the specified time would work. I called three times and left two messages and never received a return call. I had to scramble to find another company, and, thankfully, they were available. Karma was, I was given almost double what Joe quoted. Guess it was meant to be, but this company is unreliable. A simple returned call telling me they were unavailable would have been the professional thing to do.
Edited after reply: I was told you had to bring 6 cars to a junk yard in the morning and then 1:00 would work for you. Since I followed your request of a call and I stated I had to drive 90 minutes to get there, a call to confirm or change your plans would have been appreciated. And, I never received a 'sent message' either text or voicemail, hence the poor review.
Edit after you changed your first reply a year later - 8/12/25: I’m not sure why a year later you are changing your response, but we did have an agreement and you gave me instructions to contact you the day of service, which I did. I appreciate your apology, but a simple returned call or an answer to my texts letting me know your plans had changed would have been the professional thing to do; we could have made arrangements for another day. From my honest review, I hope you have learned the importance of communication as well as respecting other people’s time.
Had my car break down on me. Was going to cost more to fix it than it was worth. So I decided to sell it. I found this business on here, left a message and the guy (Mark) promptly called me back and made me a offer. Setup a time to get the car the next day. Called me before he came. Process took less than 20 minutes. Very friendly, and professional. Also gave me a good price for the car. Good business to deal with if you are looking to sell a junk car.
We had two junk cars that did not run and took up space. They responded very quickly and hauled both cars away the same day. Very friendly and professional service. We will definitely use their services again if needed.
They showed up when they said they would. Were very careful not to damage my property, paid the agreed amount in cash, and worked diligently until my old Land Rover Discovery, which had been sitting in my yard for 2 years, was loaded on the roll back and gone.

I found buying junk cars on google. Their feedback, reviews and comments were were very good. I only use companies with good feedback. I called mark and he immediately set up a pick up time and day and he showed up when he said he would and the car transfer was very easy.

I've called Mark to pick up a couple cars in the past.Once when I lived in Hamilton I had a car sitting in my yard for several years he came the same day I called and had it out of my yard with cash in my hand.I didnt think it would be that easy.I called several different places to get quotes and none could compare.The second time is after I moved I live over 3 hrs away I was in visiting family and my transmission went out in my car.It was too far to tow and too expensive to fix so I called Mark once again and Mark saved the day! I called in wanting a quote to buy a junk car that I didn't have time or money to fix. The car had been sitting at the house for quite a while and I decided to get rid of it. I googled "buying junk cars" and I noticed that almost the whole page was the same company and I seen nothing but great reviews. So I called. I spoke with a man named Mark. He was very nice and he wasn't short with me. He gave me a very good quote right over the phone. He told me he would be at my house to pick up the car at 2:00pm and he was actually ten minutes early. He had the car on his trailer in minutes and paid me CASH!!! This is the kind of service one should expect. I told him that I was a customer for life and I would refer my friends and family to him. He was driving a brand new 2013 F-250. Talk about dressing for success!!! I would do business with this company again and again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
I was in an awful position, broken down vehicle too expensive to repair. The car was sitting on the lot of a business that wanted it gone. Found this business on internet. Made contact, set up appointment. I was so pleased, the gentleman was there ahead of schedule, did everything he said he would and was such a nice guy. I felt great about the entire exchange and most important, he is an army veteran and I have served veterans via the VA for 20 years. It was a painless pleasant experience!
