Never trust them! They will lie to your face, tell you one price on the phone and triple it when you arrive. Came here for years and now I'll never come back. Horrible customer service! Outrageous pricing!
The owner is a man of his word and made sure that even when things went wrong he got it all figured out. You can trust this company and would forsure use it again
Horrible place to try to do business. Can't trust them. Called days ahead for a tow and was told it was all fine. The day of no tow trucks available. They said we can this afternoon and Noone came. Called back and was told sorry maybe the next day. I already explained I was 2 hours away from home where the car broke down. They where rude and unprofessional never go here .

Called ask about a part, yeah we got that I'll call ya when they get it pulled. Waited all next day then I called, no didn't get it pulled. Waited all the next day I called back … ol we don't even have one of those car's in the yard. Wth. Wasted 3 days on these guy's.
Granted it was the wrong salvage yard that I was looking for. The lady behind the counter was nice and helpful. She got me pointed in the right direction.
Highly do NOT recommend unless you want terrible service all the way around. They will just hang up on you when you’re talking and not answer when you call back… unless it’s from a different number lol.
My brother went there to get his tire put on and when he left he made it to bethel and it fell off. He almost wrecked and they said it wasn’t their fault. Wouldn’t even finish the conversion to figure anything out.
I will tell every single person i know to NEVER go there again.
And sad thing is.. i got my first car from there when i was 16 years old and everything all around was great… not sure what happened to that place but whoever is running it needs replaced.

These people took advantage of my elderly grandpa!!! They put diesel thick oil in it so it wouldn't knock at the time of purchase. My grandpa got it home and 3 days later, it started knocking BAD, brake lines went out and NOW it needs a motor!!!! This is ridiculous and they need shut down
DO NOT YO HERE!! not worth it at all anymore. The son that's been running it has no clue what he's doing or how to run a business it's gone so far downhill from the time I started going there till now... The staff an all .. I got an alternator from there that was bad took it back second one was bad took it back an the third one is bad as well.. they won't return ur money an that's okay I get it but dam how many bad parts can u sell before it jus like okay here's ur money it's crazy.. the dad needs to come back an run the place like he used to maybe it will start smoothing out an running better .. the son is rude disrespectful an don't care how he talks the way he talks or who he's talking to... It's jus a rundown place anymore seems more like all it is now is drama with a dont care owmer... Get the dad back in there he knows how to run it the way it should be ran!!!!

I have been going to place for 20 years to get parts. I even used to build cars for the owner at my step-dads bodyshop in ripley. They have always taken care of us I call them 1st for anything!!! I just wish they jeep wrangler parts!!! The skinny guy at the counter he's always real welcoming and eager to gelp u find what u need!!!
This place is a joke! Bought and paid for a transmission to be installed just to have it start slipping only 4 days later. Took it back to them as we had a 30 day warranty just for them to drive it around until the warranty expired and had to call them to get my car back. 1300.00 dollars later and the owner was so rude and didn't do anything to fix the problem. That guy is a con!!! I wouldn't send my worst enemy there!
Its a salvage yard, remeber that cause its in the name! Bought 2 tires with 95% of tread left for $70 total. And they are an incredibly hard to find size, wish i had more money that day cause they had all 4, but i only had enough for the 2. But again great service kind and friendly.
Went in on a Friday waited 45 mins to get a radiator, to take it an hour away install it for it to be busted, called n told them at 430 said sorry were closing can't do nothing till monday! Website says they close at 6! And website says they are open on saturdays!!! N they are Not! Pretty aggravated
Have just about whatever you need, but are the rudest people you will ever meet. They talk to you like you are wasting their time and it's rush rush..5 Stars comes from them having just about everything you need. Be careful though because they will tell you they have it and 90% of the time they do..the other 10% is to get you off the phone.
The guys there at D&S are my heroes. Got screwed paying to much for a truck that needed a transmission. Luckily, D&S had a few. Charged me a very fare price. And "to put the cherry on top", in spite of me getting there close to closing. They were friendly, courteous, and very respectful. I, myself give those rascals 5 stars because they deserve it.
I just went up and bought a set of tires for less than the price of 2 new and got the rims that the tires were on for free basically. Always have been able to get good cheap parts.. Well for a good price.
I had a bad exp with them I needed a head for a car and I called them on Monday January 30th and was told they had one in stock and it needed to be taken off the car.... I gave my number and was told they would call me when it was ready that was at 9:30 Monday morning I went over there late afternoon to see if it was ready and it wasn't I was told it might be done before closing so I waited 2 hours and still no head so I decided to wait until Tuesday morning to call back and when I called I was informed that they took 3 heads off and they were no good and that they was still looking and they would call me back....That was Tuesday mid morning and I still have not heard a word from them.... So I opted to drive to Dayton Ohio to get the head I needed for my car it only took them 45 minutes to get me my part and they guaranteed it would work.... D&S used to be a great place to get car parts cheap and reliable but there customer service is in need of a overhaul I hope they can get it together....
Worst possible service I've had anywhere. Extremely rude! Since I live an hour away I called before going to be sure they had the part I needed and was told yes and given pricing. Get there and given different pricing, higher of course before then being told that they did not even have the right part. So it then being noon on Saturday was not able to locate the part anywhere else before everywhere closed and am stranded til Monday when I will be calling off work to fix my vehicle. The place is a JOKE. Do yourself a favor and continue up 125 about 15 minutes to Vandemark who I've been to numerous times with great service and upfront.
Very rude ! Guaranteed me my money back if the engine I bought didn't work, well its a bad engine and I called back up there a week later and they said I cannot get My money back but they will give me a new engine. But then said they will have to let the car that has the new engine in it run to make sure it's a good engine and if it isn't they will look for another one. Nowhere on the receipt does it say no refund ! It says 30day warranty . I just want my money back. And they say the boss won't be there till Monday ! Bunch of bull if you ask me. Oh and they are very very rude !
