Super nice people there. But the reason I’m giving a 1 star is because the owner told me he had to call his boss to check if I could return a part. Come to find out he lied and actually was the owner and made a fake phone call right in front of me.
The owner Scott cook is like family to me and he has good selection of newer cars for part's I will not buy another used engine or transmission from another yard again I highly highly recommend hamer rd auto salvage for any auto needs he is a really good guy
They were honest about the parts before I got there. Parts were pulled when I showed up no waiting. And good conversation, wasn't a pay and ship me out. Friendly owners! Thanks!
Call about getting a rack and pinion out for a grand am then called back after not needing it 5 mins later and get instantly hung up on no words said at all lmao
If I could give 10 stars I would..... Very professional folks I called and talked to the lady at the counter and she took care of the part I needed in a very quick and professional manner..... I got a great part at a great value that will be honored..... This has always been my go to place before I go anywhere else..... Great place for your car parts.....
Very knowledgeable and helpful. Traveled an hour and a half to pick up an engine and they had it ready when I got there. They had the best prices very affordable and staff is nice. It's a bit off the beaten path but don't let that discourage you. I would recommend them to anyone looking for used auto parts.
Drove almost an hour up there for a wheel that they said they had and they were going to have waiting for me..... Turns out they don't know what the hell they're talking about, they don't have the wheel I need and the best they can do is blame it on the new girl.
