I am truly thankful for Dave Young at Prime Towing Services in Wellsville, Ohio. My wife and daughter broke down after attending an event at Shaker Woods on a Sunday, and Dave was dispatched to help. From the moment he arrived, he was engaging, empathetic, and highly professional. He first attempted to fix the issue on-site, and when that wasn’t possible, he towed our vehicle all the way to Washington, Pennsylvania.
What really stood out was the level of care he showed. Typically, towing services don’t transport passengers, but Dave went above and beyond by making sure my wife and daughter were comfortable during the hour-long trip, even providing drinks for the trip. That kind of thoughtfulness and professionalism is rare.

Had a blow out on our camper on the off ramp 15 mins away from the shop. They had a driver bring us a tire on a rim to help us. Even though the tire didn't fit, he took our rim with the blowout back to the shop and switched it out so we could get to our campground for the night. Even offered to change our tires if we found some the next day. Great guys and very very helpful.
This place is the best I would recommend to anyone had issues with my daughters car and they came and picked it up fixed it and brought it back they did that twice excellent customer service very caring people Dave is awesome and very caring about issues we had!

Okay they told me that they could fix what I needed to get done, then once I brought the car in, they told me it wasn't that part and just fixed whatever they wanted!!! Which was the control arms. Which then cost me $616.00 at the same time they broke sensors on the parts that they were working on and told me that it was just a coincidence, that specific part had broken when they were working on it! So I brought the car back to them because they said they would rather my business then have a negative review... So I brought my vehicle back to them expecting them to fix the noise that they were originally supposed to fix, well the person that I spoke to on the phone said that they were going to fix it so he sends some other guy out that doesn't know what he's doing obviously because he didn't fix the original problem, so the 4th or 5th time I bring my vehicle to them they still haven't fixed the problem. By the time I actually feel like I should bring my vehicle to them they have talked down to me so much that I just don't feel the necessary to bring it to them to get the problem fixed because of how bad the service was....
Dave went above and beyond. I was in a situation and was scared to my core, his professionalism, calm demeanor and his skill is unmatched. Highly recommend this company to everyone!

I was in town from Chicago to haul a car back there and was skeptical about the brakes holding going down a big hill on to my trailer so I called Prime Towing and within 10 mins they were there and hooked up to the car and brought it back to their yard to put on my trailer for a very fair price. You don't find alot of trustworthy people nowadays but I did today with Prime Towing. Thanks again!
Got a Lamtrac LTR 6140T buried in mud a mile into the middle of the woods. Called Prime Towing and Services for help. Within 3 hours, they showed up and were able to get the Lamtrac out with 2 skid steers. Very professional, plus plenty of knowledge.
These guys are AWESOMENESS !!. Collin & Corey towed 2 classic cars for my husband from Pittsburgh to Lisbon and they arrived safe and sound WITH NO ISSUES OR DAMAGE! They were both very cautious and took care of the cars as my husband would have himself; going above and beyond the usually good service they provide. Ryan, the owner was also extremely helpful with all the coordination needed to make this happen and it went very smoothly. I must say for these guys to impress my husband the way they have, I give them 10 out of 5 stars. My husband is NOT the best customer, especially when it comes to his Mustangs, so for him to have nothing but praises for them leaves me extremely impressed. My Son’s best friend slid on the ice into a large ditch! I called and prime towing was there within 20 minutes, very nice! They had the vehicle out in no time, even changed the tire and put a spare on for us! Very responsive and friendly! Excellent pricing! Truck came way quicker than I thought. The guy was so sweet & nice. Instead of putting on my spear bc i couldn’t find the tool to take my special lug nuts off he just plugged the tire bc I was late for work. Awesome experience very grateful there was a huge mail in my tire
Had issues with my car loosing power on hills and sputtering while driving. Told him no rush dropped car off he had it two days and it runs perfectly. Met me off business hours for me to pick it up. Definitely reasonable pricing, and I highly recommend him!
Probly the best tow I’ve ever had. My gt3000 twin turbo lost power and this guy was there In no time to pull me to my local shop 20 miles away. Got to talk cars on the way and even gave me a ride home. These guys seem great! Even pulled my battery! Big thumbs up
