My car was towed by them after I was in a wreck, it was totaled. They told me to bring the title in for the tow bill. So I go today to take the title & i call 2 hours before I even go saying who i am and what my car was and that I needed my license plate off it. All he said is well youre bringing the title right? Yes I am. I was on my way to work when I stopped when I gave my title again he asks me what vehicle and the date gives me my slip to sign and sends me down to the impound lot to wait for 20 mins for someone to meet me there & the dude was like im pretty sure your car isnt even here anymore, we dont need the title to crush it. they sent my car to the crusher the day prior. Its just insane to me that I was there and you couldn't of told me that. Complete waste of time. My plate and registration sticker was good until April 2026 at this point it wouldnt surprise me if they took it off and kept it

Waited on a tow from insurance for 5 hours and called naylor. They showed up within 20 minutes and worked with me in every possible way. Would highly recommend if you ever have issues. Fair prices and awesome people!

AWFUL. Waited for an hour on Grant St. Which is only 5 blocks away for service from triple A. Never showed. 5 blocks. Called and cancelled through triple A. Thankfully they won't be paid for the time I saw a truck drive back and forth twice on Zane hwy.
My car broke down on the interstate yesterday evening and I struggled for over 1.5 hrs to find someone willing to tow me as it was late. I was starting to get nervous because I was 5 hours from home, getting cold, and not within walking distance to civilization, but these guys came through! Jerry prob got out of his comfy bed to come pick me up! He was friendly, funny, professional and knowledgeable- he even figured out it was my rear differential that failed which helped a lot when I called mechanics the next day. He also gave me a ride to the hotel so I didn’t have to walk in the cold and told me which neighborhoods to avoid in town.
Service quality is decent. Prices are a little high, and I don't personally like the customer service they provide. The owner can be rude and the staff aren't very helpful
This company is so disrespectful I swear. They got a call from my neighbors to tow for the crackhead duplex. An just because they couldn't get someone to open the door they took it upon themselves to use my driveway. Not only that he was 6 inches from my vehicle an he didn't even knock on my door an ask if he could use my driveway which is private property to start with. So now their is a spot in my driveway where his tire got stuck an he spent out to get out. An who's going to fix that?? I bet anything this company is not going to come back to my property an fix what they trespassed to do because I do have no trespassing signs posted in every window of my home. So now what's the reason this company took it upon themselves to trespass on private property??? What day will you be back to fix my driveway?? You picked up for 738 1/2 main St so you know you used the driveway with thetwo red vehicles sitting in it. And you never even told me you messed up my driveway an you know I was outside because I caught you trespassing an told you that you were trespassing!!!
This is a shady business. They were told to release my vehicle to the body shop. They held my vehicle for 2 extra days at $30 per day. When I called to see what was going on, they acted like I never called. This place will charge you for anything they can.
Thanks to Bills Towing, my truck got to the body shop. I'd call Bills Towing if I were you.
I would give Charlie 100 stars if I could! He went above and beyond to help us when we were stranded on the side of the highway with a flat tire in the middle of nowhere.
We were on a cross-country roadtrip when our rental car broke down very far from where we needed to get to. AAA originally quoted a 2 hour wait as they said it would be difficult to find a tow truck driver who’d be willing to drive all the way out to retrieve us and tow us the free 100 miles towards our destination. A few short minutes later, Charlie called saying he could leave immediately and be there in 30 minutes.
Charlie was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make the whole experience as painless as possible. After towing our car the 100 miles to the nearest rest stop, not only did he do his best to make sure the rest stop he’d be dropping us off at was a clean and safe one, but he even helped us change our spare tire so that we could drive the rest of the way to our destination.
While we were riding in his tow truck, Charlie even offered us the ability to play our own music through Bluetooth! He was really nice and made the whole experience much less stressful than it could have been.
I would highly recommend this tow truck driver to anyone who needs help. He is a true professional and a great guy.

My son called for a tow at 3 pm today. At 5 pm he called again and was told there dropping a car in Bellaire and will be right up. At 7 pm still no tow truck. If thats the way you do business maybe you should hire some reliable people to get the job done in a timely manner. I support small businesses in our area but this one will never get our business after today.
These guys are the absolute best. There has never been a time that me or my daughters had a problem that wasn't taken care of in a timely fashion. Above all else we have always been treated with kindness and never felt like we were being taken advantage of because we're just silly girls. When it comes to Naylors it's the kindness for me.
I recently had an extremely disappointing encounter with Naylor Bros Towing in Martins Ferry. Their unethical tactics left me feeling taken advantage of and unfairly charged, prompting me to share my experience.
On 05/28/2023, my car was towed 0.4 miles from Elm Street to Naylor's lot due to a collection of 8 unpaid parking tickets. Understanding the natural consequences of my actions/inactions and the fact that Naylor Bros did deserve to be compensated for the services they provided on behalf of Martins Ferry Police Department, I expected to pay a semi-hefty towing fee, because there is no such thing as a cheap one. I called to discuss the process of regaining possession of my car and the associated fees. At that time I was informed it would cost $85 for the tow and a $25 per day storage fee, which I accepted. However, upon arriving at Naylor Bros on that same day but hours later, no representative was present to assist me.
After calling them and waiting, Tom eventually arrived to verify that my tickets had been paid. He then informed me that an additional $75 fee was due because it was a holiday weekend and Memorial Day was approaching. I want to emphasize that Naylor Bros chose to work during the holiday weekend and were already conducting regular business when I arrived. This unexpected extra charge felt extremely unfair and deceptive. With no other option, I begrudgingly paid the fee but made it clear that I felt mistreated.
Tom offered me a ride back to my car, which I declined out of frustration (thank you Tom) from the situation. I walked across town once more to meet Tom at Naylor’s lot next to Convenient. Though Tom expressed sympathy for my predicament, working for an unreasonable boss doesn’t excuse Naylor Bros' unethical practices.
In conclusion, my experience with Naylor Bros Towing was utterly disheartening. The dishonest imposition of last-minute fees left me feeling extorted and exploited. Though Tom apologized for the excessive charges, this does not alleviate their unethical business practices.
I strongly advise others to seek different towing options when in need, as Naylor Bros Towing clearly prioritizes profit over transparency and customer satisfaction.
On our way from Columbus to Philadelphia, we experienced a tire blowout. Our roadside assistance company canceled our distress call and told us we were on our own. Les from Naylor Bros literally went out of his way to make sure were towed to safety. So grateful for his help!

Tried to charge me 9 hours of labor cost for a one to two hour job. Thank God I know my stuff when it comes to cars. He almost pulled a fast one on me. That would have been really costly for me and extremely beneficial to him. I do my best to try to support local small business, but in the end, they just want to rip you off. STIR CLEAR OF NAYLORS TOWING!!!
I had my sons truck towed, thru progressive roadside assistance. The towing destination was 2.7 miles over the covered mileage. This place charged us $55.93 for less than three miles. Then, they blocked the alleyway to the garage my son was having it dropped to, until I called the office to pay the $55.93, or they would take it to the impound lot. Blocked people from coming or going down this street until the bill was paid. I complained and was laughed at. This place was completely unprofessional and overpriced, not to mention having my son wait almost three hours for a tow that is literally fifteen minutes from their shop!
Found myself stranded on the road 70 miles from home with a flat tire and no spare. On a Sunday evening, when everyone is closed. Thank heavens for AAA. Tom from Naylor towed my car back to Pittsburgh, to our tire shop. He couldn’t have been more professional, and kind. Thank you. Thank you.
Got my vehicle in right away and had it fixed in a day. Definitely my new 'go to' shop for work on my vehicles. One of the best labor rates you'll find.
I had a blow out at midnight on a Friday night! Once Naylor Bros. were notified, they arrived within 20 minutes. They got my car where it needed to go and gave me a lift home! Thank you Naylor Bros. Towing!
About a month ago I had an oil change and a tire repair. Well so I thought. The air in my tire had been leaking out for a few weeks and i needed to get an oil change so i called they said to bring my car over around 2 and they would take care of it. I get there the guy tells me he cant take me that day. And I Ask when I could get it done because the guy on the phone told me to bring it today. He said he would go ahead and do it . I left my car he called me I came back to get it . I ask him what was wrong with the tire. He said he had to reseal it or something. Cost $17 for the repair I paid have him a 20 for taking care of it that day and left. Thinking it was good to go. My car seemed off like it need aligned so I assumed that's what was wrong. Well my tire pressure light came on yesterday so I checked the other tires first. Assumining the tire they fixed was good. But the other tires were fine. The pressure in the tire they fixed was at 80lbs of pressure. The jackass could have caused my tire to blow out. I'm so livid. I have to get another oil change as well because I doubt he even did that. Please do not trust these people with your vehicle. Thankfully my light came back on before I drive it to SC which is a 10 hour drive. I cannot believe this.
