Truck broke down@4:30 PM; called Stonebraker's (based largely on the POSITIVE reviews) and Randy answered, listened to my description of what was wrong and immediately went to truck. He fixed the truck, called me and said we would settle up on the bill the next day. Invoice was more than fair and he made suggestions of how to prevent this from happening again. Very honest people, I called them because my truck needed a starter, they were able to start the truck without replacing the starter. We need more mechanic shops like this, still have faith in people.
Long story short I was having a good day until my load shifted on an oil and gas lease road way out in Cameron West Virginia. I was not able to get traction to make it up the roads I was on. The roads were to narrow to back the trailer very far so I was left with no choice but to call a Towing company. From the start of the call to the end of the job Stonebraker's provided A1 service.
Great place. Was here for tire replace. Fair price, fast in and out, nice communication. They take me for tire replace at saturday. 20 min and back on road. Time is very important for mid distance truck driver. Thank you for your service.
I usually don’t leave a review,but these guys are honesty people they charged me a fair price and Quick repair, I call on road service once I arrived their shop, they said we have charged you a Half hour price never seen before.
Great experience, I was on the road and had an electrical issue with my truck. I called ahead and asked if they could help me out, they were able to get me in and fixed up quick! Price was very fair and I highly recommend them.
Almost lost the inside and outside aluminum rims on my Kentucky trailer. The holes became elongated. Previous tire repair shop probably did not know how to work on bud style wheels. Could not move the trailer for safety reasons with the possibility of the wheel coming off. I called Stonebrakers. I was at the westbound rest area on i-70. They sent a tech out and they arrived within a half hour, his name was Kevin. He jumped right on the job and explained everything throughout the process of what he was going to do. He got everything disassembled removed and prepped, took my two rims back to the shop to have my tires transferred to new rims. As promised he came back 7: 30am the following morning installed a new hub, wheel seal, brakes, and two rims. They did a spotless and flawless job, I highly recommend Kevin and this company, if I could give them 10 stars I would, and they did it for a very reasonable price Thank you everybody at Stonebrakers, your the best!!!
They were lifesavers! Super nice on the phone, and drove out to us on the side of the interstate to get our rv running. Any other place we would've had to wait for hours with our baby and in laws in the heat. They put in the work and got us up and running in no time, they were also very reasonably priced even though they stayed out past their hours. Definitely recommend, great place, great service!
Roadside emergency service. Our RV was needing a fan belt and electrical repairs... the men were great and very responsive. Highly recommend these guys. Randy took my call and went to work calling several places for the electrical wiring and sensor. This was done on interstate 470 in the emergency lane.

Came In with a flat tire on my semi truck they fixed it in less than an hour. Very professional and been around for a long time. I recommend their services.
I was driving out to Cincinnati when my truck was making a loud noise, I stopped in there early on a Thursday and they took the truck for a ride came back and fixed my issue and had me on the road by noon. If your stuck on the road or need a repair on your semi truck this place will never take advantage or just over charge for anything. This is a real family business and I haven't stopped going there since I found them. Just up the road from the Pilot at the 208 on I70. Just good people.
We have used Stonebrakers for both commercial truck towing and repairs, they are very nice people to work with. Their response time was fast to get me towed off the road, and repaired my truck quickly.

This guy showed up to save my backside at 3:45 AM in the middle of nowhere backroad West Virginia with no lights around and he winched my trailer back onto the road and off of an embankment after I made an extremely embarrassing mistake and he not only treated me with respect and professionalism, but he refused to leave until I was back on the road and safe. I would recommend Stonebrakers to anyone. VERY nice trucks, well maintained equipment, awesome people, very knowledgeable, and they can handle ANYTHING! What more could you ask for from a service company?
These people are as honest as they come. I wouldn't be in business if it weren't for these people. By far the best!!!! ANYONE leaving negative feedback for these guys have nothing better to do. THIS IS 24 HOURS(Road Service) but you cant have 20 guys working through the night. Sometimes you just have to wait, its called life. And its worth the wait if you might have a wait. You will get good honest service and not worry about getting ripped off. I cant say enough for these people.
I would turn around in the dealers parking lot to go back to stonebreakers no fluff no Barcaloungers or TV room or Cappuccinos but the coffee was good just honest fairly priced people working on trucks if you need a repair definitely worth your while To go see these guys Plenty a room to turn around and drop your trailer and my alternator done in less than an hour in and out thanks guys
Called for roadside service on August 1st, 2019. Someone was at the truck in record time. Had the truck up and running in about two hours. The price was really fair and repair was done right. Faith in humanity: Restored Thank you Janet
24 hour service is a lie!!! Told us "he didn't feel like coming out" on a Saturday afternoon and could we wait until Monday for tire service. Stop advertising you are 24 hour service and say "when you feel like it service".
I don’t understand how any one leaves a review other than 5 stars! Randy and crew are always more than fair with everything they’ve done for me, whether it be a tow or work done in their shop! I would recommend Stonebrakers every time!
Very fair and reasonable. Transmission line blew out on my on I-470 about to drop back onto I-70 in WV. Called said they would be out in and hour. 35 or 40 mins later they showed up and took care of me. Went to settle the bill with them and was told don't worry about it tonight I got your number we will settle it up in the morning. Granted this was the second time that I had dealt with these awesome guys and continue to do so.
