I went in for new wiper blades almost a week ago. We had a snow storm coming and I needed new blades. I bought 2 front and one rear. Front… no problem. Rear the kid working could not get it . After another attempt he broke the whole wiper arm in half. He said they would order a replacement. I went in to get my money back because obviously I no longer needed the rear at that time. The woman working, I assume is the manager, who has no business not only being a manager but also being in customer service waited on me. She acted like it was my fault and I was bothering her.I waited 3 days and called. They said it was on back orders… could have called and told me. Needless to say the snow storm has come and gone and I had to drive with NO REAR WIPER. I understand accidents happen. But management should have better customer service skills. I will never shop there again.
You need to hire someone who knows what there are doing, the woman there definitely know what they are doing, the guys omg, really wow! Idk how these guys are still working there 🥺 never again. Asked to did a test to see what the miss in my motor was , the guys said it was bad had from smith oil, turns out it was a coil pack, get educated man 😡
Today I purchased a battery and my cables to the battery were corroded. These guys replaced my battery and replaced the corroded cable base. You Enrique and team are Angels sent from the Most High God. Thank you for all your help. I really appreciate businesses that help even when it’s not the policy. Forever grateful
My 2013 Buick LaCrosse hybrid car is one that needs a powerful battery and luckily Advanced Auto parts carries the special AGM battery I needed. They were very helpful and knew exactly what they were doing and replaced the battery. I do recommend the Bellaire, Ohio store.
I shop here often. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. If I can't find the right part here, they are willing to share where to get one. 2 staff members minimum, at 3 counters. Never a long wait.

I ordered a transmission filter for my pick up truck. They had to order it. When I went in I questioned the filter, they told me it was the correct one but that they forgot about the small spin on filter that goes with the main pan filter. So, today I go to put the filters on and the pan filter is wrong. I called and they have the right one but I have to come get it. I explained that I am from out of town and have no way to get there because they sold my the wrong filter and I have no way to put my truck back together. The store called the general manager but he hasn't bothered to call me. Guess his day off is more important then helping a stranded woman. So, I called Napa and guess what they are bringing me the correct filter.
