I ordered a used set of factory OEM running boards from their eBay store on a Wednesday and they arrived on a Friday in less than 48 hours. They came in better a lot than their described condition. They absolutely looked brand new. They were clean and packaged very well. They even had new Ford OEM mounting hardware in sealed plastic not just some nuts and bolts from a hardware store. You can obviously tell the owner and employees take pride in this company. The other eBay stores selling OEM take off running boards were about the same price maybe $20 cheaper but the charging $75 to $275 in shipping. My $285 price included shipping so I saved a ton by purchasing them here and I installed them within 24 hours of making the online purchase. If I need anything else for this truck or future trucks I know I can buy with complete confidence from these people.
My husband ordered a tailgate for our truck for $742.00 and when we received it we found it wouldn't work. He contacted them and was told it was $287.00 to ship it back. After my husband determined that it would cheaper to drive from KY to Ohio he drove the distance to do the return. When he returned the tailgate he was only refunded $616.00 because they wouldn't refund the "shipping" cost of $126.00. Please make sure that you are requesting the correct part because they apparently believe that customers aren't smart enough to do the math.
I drove 2 hrs to pick up a part and was very pleased with the service, the part, and the fairness they provided. If they have what you seek, then I highly recommend this place.
If I could I would leave 0 stars, I told them my husband would be up there to pick a tire up around 4:30 and they said that was fine. My husband shows up and they’re closed and now we have no tire till Monday since they’re closed all weekend. What a joke, if you are supposed to be open till 5 then stay open till 5.
Found this place through eBay as I was looking for a side mirror for my vehicle. I called the place to make sure the part would fit my vehicle. I was told that it would fit. Part arrived and it did not fit. Out of $100 I paid for the part , I received a $60 check. They charge a restocking fee and $20 shipping. I should have not been charged a restocking fee as I was told by staff that the part was compatible with my vehicle. Also not sure why they couldn’t pick the cheapest shipping .
I bought a tail light assembly for my 2020 F250 off ebay. It was ship to me from you, but when it arrived had a small crack in the lens. I called and Rob and Gene I think there names were had me send a picture of both the crack and the invoice for the product. They called me back and are sending me a different one. Great service and nice people to work with. THANKS again
We bought a used tire than blew it out. Went back to see if we could buy another one a week later and they gave us one! No charge at all! Definitely helped us out a bunch!!
Just received my rear bumper assembly and I couldn’t be happier, exactly what I needed and arrived the very next day it shipped. Outstanding! Minor scrape on the paint but nothing a sharpie can’t fix haha, very competitive prices, looking forward to many more purchases.
New but mostly used parts available for sale here. Used tires are plentiful and in the $30 price range per tire. Batteries, engines, doors, call or stop in to see what they might have. Highly reccomend.
Please stay away from this place I purchase truck seat from them paid for it ask them to ship on specific date put my truck to shop took old seat off and then find out that they would not ship also no refund very shady business
After calling 10 other salvage companies looking for a rear differential for my Jeep. I called them and even though they didn't have one, they look on their database and told me where the nearest one was. Something the other companies didn't do.
I go there to get all my truck parts. They always have nice parts that always work. I have never had an issue there and if I did I know they will be willing to make it right. Friendly people.
