I purchased a 2013 Subaru Legacy from here, haven't had the car 3 months and barely out 2,500 miles on it, all the dash lights came on and the transmission went out, while at the shop it also needs a rear bearing, will not ever be buying another vehicle from here nor will I ever recommend anybody else to do so unless you plan on spending $3000 in repairs after you buy a vehicle
I would give them 1/2 of a star if I could. The car I bought is awful. Thank God I bought a warranty. They simply reset the dash lights because within 2 days every light in my dash was on. I have just made my first payment on the car and have had to replace brakes, rotors, ball joints, spark plugs, manifold gasket and converter. I only had to pay $500 out of pocket so far and my warranty covered the rest. The car had zero oil in it after a couple of days and we will soon be replacing the motor. I reached out to Steve and was told "I was being taken advantage of by my mechanic, there was no lemon law, and that I needed to calm down." I just paid $16K for a vehicle that needed immediate work. It was a HUGE mistake.
I’ve purchased vehicles in the past from this lot Chrysler Sebring Conv, And a neon. The sales man was very nice and the owner went out of his way to help also to get the best finance rate . I grew up in the plains I knew the mechanic he was very good and I knew he would fix whatever if something happened we had very good luck!😀I would highly recommend buying from this sales lot!!
I asked for a car thatd help me get to school safely and back which is an hour drive. I also work in direct care with people with disabilities so i travel alot. I bought a car within a month after buying the car the car was burning oil. Then i got it finally checked out and the guy said my car needed a new timing chain. It was scheduled to be fixed.. Now the car no longer runs. I have to pay around 1500 if its still just the timing chain. They did not help me out at all. I am without a car and still own 9 grand on the car. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
My uncle also bought a car from here which is very expensive & he had to buy a new transmission and motor because the would also not help him out and it was also within a month time period. Waste of money/time!
Wish I could give no stars. Bought a truck form here and it's been a nightmare. The transmission was barley held in by two bolts, I've had two mechanics find evidence that the truck was in a previous accident, had to replace almost everything involving the breaks within weeks of buying it, the horn was disabled when we bought it (turns out it's because the key doesn't have a fob so every time we unlock the truck the alarm goes off), and after taking it for some auto body work we found out the body was 95% auto body putty. Just don't go here.
People there sent me down the road in a truck with one bolt holding the half way rusted into bed on and the brakes going out on it. They told me it just needed brake fluid, that lasted about 2 days then turned around and charged me 80 bucks to fix the brakes. Their own mrchanimtold my wife that they had a new bed to put on it while her anfher mom was there getting a oil change. They never disclosed none of it wotwme because I would of never bought it. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
I've purchased two vehicles here. Great sales staff both times. Vehicles have been awesome. I've had one 4 years and the other 5. No major issues whatsoever. Try them out!!
